We ordered dinner around 8. The service is non existent. The staff stand around and chat whilst the food is sitting there waiting to be served. We had to go up and tell them as the food was sitting on the window. A very disorganized place. Standard pub feeds. Check your drink glasses as they are dirty with lipstick marks.

Went with group for lunch, great value and meals were fine, all mentioned would have been heaps better if food was hot, as plates were cold as well

Welcoming large club boasting multiple seating areas both in and outside, live music on weekends. Excellent choice of food and beverages Friendly staff and security would recommend if you’re in port mac

We had a family dinner and as a member I was able to have the pie and lamb for $20 with drinks. I also ordered the shank and it he flesh is falling of the bone. This is the biggest steak pie we had and it is really massive. Make sure you visit Panthers and enjoy the huge serving. I only paid $55 and good for 5 people. Try also the $10 tea with quiche.

Very close location to town centre. Plenty parking spots.
This club is huge and clean.
Nice interior design and beautiful views.
Staffs were all attentive and friendly.
Food was good price, tasty and massive! Really massive meals!
I'd come this place much more often if I lived in Port Macquarie.

Took 30 mins to join due to their system issues
Decor was average
They had a promo on regarding a gift when you purchased a glass of wine. None of the bar staff knew about it yet it was on the placards on their bar benches right in front of them. It was also on their display tv’s. Obviously their communication skills are nil.
Then the fact there is one guy manning a bar with an average of 5. -7 customers but the cafe and restaurant people not taking any orders can’t help because they don’t schedule anyone else with and RSA
And to top it off, the guy at the cocktail bar couldn’t help me as he had a blender fall on his head earlier but he told me he wasn’t allowed to go home because they were short staffed

The PANTHERS PORT MACQUARIE.
Very spacious place and quite busy people playing “KENO”.
Lunch starts at 11:30am, but has a café as well. Few selection on the menu and price isn’t too bad especially if you are a member.
Ordered 2 dishes. 1. Salt & Pepper Squid & 2. Beef patties burger in a brioche bun.
Salt & Pepper squid comes with chips, salad and Aioli sauce. Very boring, under seasoned and most pieces are small. $33 for the amount is so disappointing.
The squid doesn’t have any flavour, it’s like eating rubber!
The chips are good. Needs more seasoning and has a crunch to it.
The burger was good. Good seasoning and the patty was medium rare. The bun tasted old, soggy, could have done bit better by toasting it.
Over all it’s worth visiting and try other dishes. Wouldn’t recommend at all the salt & Pepper Squid.

Taking the missus around Port Macquarie for her first time here ever, and I get knocked back at the door for wearing closed in zipped up clean boots.. what a joke. Since when do venues get to choose what shoes you can wear, thongs fair enough ok.

Super lovely RSL. Looks great when you walk in and staff are helpful and friendly. However the food at the Kove restaurant is very average. Bland boring chips and burgers that appear to be made on mass like frozen Pattie’s. Nice atmosphere but a little too average. Will be back to try the other bar without the kids though

Service was very ordinary and I know it happens all the time but they used the price of a cheap steak dinner to get you to join the club. I don't appreciate being blackmailed..

Quite pricey for a club meal. No ambience to speak of. Service was good tho from friendly staff. My meal arrived and had to be sent back bc cook didn't read the order. We are unlikely to return.

Serving a bit small, but very tasty.

My go-to for casual drinks with mates. To put it simply, the place is quite large and it has a nice environment to it. The drinks are pretty cheap... well not overpriced like everywhere else so that's a huge bonus.
I've eaten here few times now and I must admit the food is generally pretty mid, I wouldn't recommend coming here just for the food.
There's a lot more to Panthers as well, whether it's bingo night or sports being played on the big screen. But I only really come here for cheap drinks in a nice environment and for that I give it a 4/5 star rating.

Lunch at Panthers Port Macquarie today, 26th Sept. Vegetarian Lasagne - huge meal/tasty $12.50 special 9/10.
Chicken caesar salad - extra $6 for 4 x dry thin pieces of chicken, cost $26, 6/10

Lovely place to have a stroll. Great wide path suitable for strollers, walkers and chairs.
Well maintained and gives you a great outlook.

It's a place to have a feed or a drink. Not overly fantastic unless you like gambling. Food is OK but not great hasn't got better atmosphere for as long as the place has been there

It’s a good sized club, not quite the mega-club of Western Sydney but it will be bigger than many local RSLs.
Drinks are a bit expensive and we didn’t eat anything.
However we loved our time there! A very large outside smokies, a very large selection of slappers and very quick service with drinks to the machines…like I have no idea how sometimes. It was insanely quick.

I had the displeasure of waiting to be served at the counter so as to order a meal, whilst waiting i saw a food prep person sneeze into his arm and he looked up at me and continued to wipe his arm with his other ungloved hand, then went to blow his nose and continued on preping, never once washing his hands. Really disappointed, I went home and prepared a meal.
15 May 2024, i just wanted to update everyone, after receiving reassurances from management of Panthers I went for a meal last night, I ordered the T bone steak meal medium/rare and after only a few minutes started enjoying the well presented meal on my plate, the steak was cooked as requested the salad was vibrant and fresh, and it was priced to enjoy at only $18.95, I loved it and asked the waitress to congratulate to cook on my behalf, this is going to be my regular Wednesday night place to be. Thankyou Panthers and management for listening.

I had lunch today at the bistro, the roast lamb tasted Iike garbage and the vegetables were to hard to eat. Thought was going to have a nice lunch...but left it all on the plate and vacated. Very disappointing.

Had a fantastic meal here, service was great. Very friendly and inviting club I can see is popular with the locals. Big club right on the water which is nice, plenty of parking.

Good food and service, reasonable prices. While it is RSL-like in many respects the food and atmosphere is better than that. Some good views too from the outdoor dining area.

Good feed and super fast service. Outside deck was perfect but plenty of inside seating too of you prefer. Great food, drinks and staff and reasonable pricing.

Friendly staff at entry. Had dinner at the bistro. 26/6/24. Food very average. Caesar salad which was dry hardly any sauce. Rump steak which was tough and dry. Ordered garlic cream sauce but wasn't told it was extra charge and didn't note until after I had paid. Sauce was inedible when it arrived anyway. Would not recommend eating here.

Didn't realise there was a Panthers in Port Macquarie until i spotted a small street sign. Great discovery - a nicely refurbished building with excellent food for family dinner.

Big club, with nice facilities and plenty of car parks, and good food options. The staff was very unfriendly and unwelcoming, no hello or welcome as we entered the premises. I don't think we'll be back here anytime soon.
