Went there for Easter lunch. Started off a little awkward as they couldn’t find our booking. However once that was cleared up the service was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable lunch. The food was great. And they made the kids day with the mini Easter egg hunt around the restaurant. Really enjoyable day

Went for dinner. Food was very nice. Great portion sizes with great price.
The qr coding om the table didn't work properly, didn't show full menu.
Food came very quickly.
Absolutely kid friendly. Has cinema room and colouring. Great place for families.
Very clean and well presented.

Well for value you just can’t beat this pub. Kids eat free Monday and Tuesday (with paired adult main), plus all you can eat soft serve! We spent $107 for a family of 5 with drinks. Food quality 4/5 but can be excused green the value. And service was actually very good, despite other reviews. Menu lists all GF Gluten Free items clearly.

Very disappointing, we had checked out the menu on-line and our desired fish and chips was priced at $21.90. On ordering we were told it went up today and was now $23.90 each, dessert had also gone from $7 to $11 today, a huge jump.
The batter on the fish was very oily and the serve quite small. The salad / vegetable bar offered a good selection and was to my taste.
Ordering the meal at the bar entailed quite a long wait while the bar tenders served drinks, there was no designated meal ordering person.

This venue should be great…. |However our attempts each time when we think …………”let’s give it another go” is disappointing.|The dining areas are spread out so you don’t feel too close to anyone and the ambience is pleasant…it isn’t too long ago that the hotel was refurbished. ||Massive smorgasbord …assorted hot vegetables and salads.|The salads looked appealing however had little flavour….|We ordered our meals at the bar and within ten minutes were served at the table…albeit on entree sized plates. The meal portions were small and did not reflect the prices charged. This is mostly what prompted me to do a review. ||My sister in law had fish n chips which tasted great….|The 3 other were average.||For a Saturday night it was not busy…. Staff executed their jobs but were not friendly.

They were excellent considering how many of us rocked up after a Funeral. Not sure they were expecting so many.
The food was fantastic. Lot's of variety. They also have a great Salad Bar, something a lot of Hotels don't have. It makes a huge difference.
They had to get extra staff in to cope I think...it was a Monday

The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was great, reasonably priced, and the salad/veggie bar was a winner.

The room was extremely hot and very crowded. The salad bar is lovely but miss the rolls and butter. The chips were over cooked over salted, to think there is salt available on the table. I had meal with Dad, 1 fish n chips, 1 basket of chips a VB and an apple cider at $52 dollars. Miss the drive through as a female had to go elsewhere at night. Loads of people so fair wait for a drink.

Staff lost my group booking but were kind enough to open the bar just for us & designate a bar person for us. Phew! My daughter and our friends then ended up staying for dinner & having a great time on her 13th Birthday. Thanks for the free drink and not charging cakeage. Wonderfull. Food was delicious and....yay SALAD BAR!

Smaller hotel which compensates well with lots of extras and great staff.
The food here was nice and very well priced, the bistro boasts of an excellent salad bar and the movie room for the kids is well sized and was loved by my kids.
Definitely worth a try, the hotel has been reno'd recently which adds to its charm.

Reservations for 11 of us. In the main area, it was rather noisy. Could have put us in a quiter side room. Everyone at the table were pleased with their choices. The vegetable and salad bar was excellent with a good variety of choices. Highly recommend.

Quality of meals varies. Salad bar is a job in progress , never the same in the times we have been. Came on Wednesday for lunch and it was fine. Dinner on Friday was better but a fish scale on the seafood dual was at least an indication that it was fresh. But miss a scale ,miss a bone.|The Lemon , lime and bitters on Wednesday was a joy. On Friday it was crap. Post mix rubbish tha I wouldn't use to clean the dishes

Pretty consistent and reliable. Really like the renovations and the food. There is a good range of vegetarian options as well. ||Worth a visit if you don’t feel like going somewhere that requires dressing up. ||The wine list is also good and offers a lot of local SA wines.

Pretty average feed. Ordered a chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. There was a 3 cm gap between the crumbling and the schnitzel and the mushroom sauce had no gravy just chunky mushroom. On a positive...the staff were lovely.

Ok so the Paradise is one of our favourite family hotels because besides being comfortable and beautiful decorated to add a warm and a relaxed atmosphere, our daughter works here and she's awesome 👌 infact the whole staff are awesome 👌. The staff are relaxed, fun, warm and helpful...we can not fault them. The menu is lovely and now serving warm winter comfort food...to go with the warm winter openish fires dotted around the place.
This hotel has some good specials on at the moment including mums eat free on certain days. The cocktails are great and well priced.
This is a family friendly pub where children are celebrated and made to feel welcome 🥳 there are fun colouring competitions and even a huge movie room so parents can relax a tad.
There's a separate sports bar and gaming room so there's something for everyone 😏 I highly recommend The Paradise Hotel.

My steak was fantastic and perfectly cooked. The veg / salad bar was varied and very fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic dinner for two.

It is a nice modern building and interior design, but unfortunately, the food is very average and doesn't differentiate from any similar place.
My beef Schnitzel was overcooked and had no flavour other than the old oil in the deep fat fryer it was cooked in.

Hayden and his staff went above and beyond to make my recent 70th Birthday lunch celebration a very special time. We were a large group, but guests' food orders were taken and served in a timely fashion, and guests were impressed with the quality of the meals they ordered, as well as the cost. The soup, salad and veggie bar was of a high standard. The staff were very friendly and on their game. Highly recommend!

Hadn't been to The Paradise for quite awhile, but after hearing it had a salad & vegetable bar, which many pubs now don't provide, decided to have lunch there. The three of us were very impressed, lovely staff, the main meals were all great and the salad and vegetable bar was a big hit. Paid a little bit extra to finish off our meals with the ice cream machine. All up a very pleasant experience and will certainly be back!

Had lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed my Crumbed Prawns and Salad Bar while sitting in the comfortable booth. The special touch was the lovely personalities of the Staff I dealt with i.e. Catalina/Lina and Joseph. Great place for a reasonably priced meal.

Good pub venue for a meal or drink. Staff are friendly, inviting & prices are fair. Casual, laid back atmosphere

Food was excellent as expected, but the service exceeds all expectations. It was a packed night but they are very attentive to everyone. Food was served quick, our plates and table are kept clean all the time. The sauce from our dessert got to the side of the plate and they even went to wipe the plate so we can take good pictures 😁.
Would definitely highly recommend. Roast Lamb was cooked to perfection combined with amazing sauce on the side. We also got the Garlic Prawns which is seriously delicious and our desert Sticky date which are wonderfully mouthwatering.
Overall, an amazing dining experience. Definitely worth the price. SuperB! All the Chefs and other staff! 😁

Food was absolutely delicious 😋. Lovely atmosphere very clean and updated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to anyone and I will most definitely going again. Superb quality

Commenting on dining only. Pleasant decor and my lamb shank was tender and tasty. Basic menu but enough to find something you like, and fairly good range on salad bar. If you prefer not to have kids running past your table avoid Mon and Tues, but if you have kids, these are the nights to go. Felt incongruous that my friend was charged extra to swap chips for mash potato (standard item with other dishes) in a venue that offers all you can eat salad bar and kids eat free times, and I am not sure that the loss of a customer is worth the $3 gained (she has indicated she will not be back).

Cats in Crisis would love to thank paradise hotel for holding a fundraising night for us. The team were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we all were happy. The food was delicious, the chicken snitty was cooked to perfection, very juicey and the crumbs were crisp. If the meal on its own wasn't big enough and great value you also have a array of a veg , salad and dessert bar , again while lacking my lips all I can say is I would score it 10 out of 10. The whole night went off fantastically well and the whole team were so easy to communicate with . Well done paradise hotel, I would 100% recommend you every time. Thank you so much 💓

Brilliant place the cheapest meal I have had in 15 years 2 adults and 1 child for $51 with drinks and a salad bar. This is what we need more of. Just good pub food with an amazing salad bar 10/10 guys well done 👍👍👍👍

10/10 for beer battered F n Chips, Seafood Duo average, Butter Chicken nice but tiny, salad bar average, veg bar well done. Nice setting great service.
