About Park Beach Resort Motel
Straightforward motel offering free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool & a hot tub, plus a BBQ. This modest, brick motel is set a 7-minute walk from Park Beach and is 3 km from the Big Banana amusement park. The straightforward rooms feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus sitting areas and kitchenettes. Upgraded rooms have whirlpool tubs, while family suites have full-size refrigerators and 2 bedrooms. There's also a 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, and a 2-level, 2-bedroom townhouse. There's an outdoor solar heated pool and hot tub, plus a gas BBQ grill, a mini-golf course, and a half-court tennis area. Breakfast and laundry facilities are available for a fee.

You Tube was a hit with our young kids. Average rating for cleanliness. Was woken by other guests through the night, not very soundproof 🙁. Heavy cleaning smell, some might find it reassuring but the chemically smell gave me a headache, felt the smell was to mask something undesirable…? On site car parking very narrow.

What a surprise, awesome value for money.
The rooms are very modern clean and exceptional well maintained.
The staff are super helpful and friendly.
We arrived in motorcycles, no problems at all.
We will definitely be back!

We were so impressed by the family unit and the service here. We were taken care off so well, everything was squeaky clean, and we want to highly recommend this motel! Best stay so far in Australia for us!

We stayed here over the State Cup Oz Tag period and we couldn't be happier. The rooms have everything you need and we were very impressed with the cleanliness.
Beds are comfortable, reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, good size TV with Netflix, made it the perfect way to relax after a long day at playing fields. There is also a well maintained pool, however we didn't get a chance to use it due to the weather. The owners are such lovely people, really welcoming, which is what you on any trip away.
Definitely hope we can stay here next carnival.

We had a two week stay due to work commitments with our 4 year old. Lyn and Arthur were absolutely amazing! Very clean and tidy, and room had all the amenities we needed. With just a short walk to the shopping center, pub, park and beach as well as having the pool available made our stay extremely enjoyable! Lyn and Cooper-Jackson were greeted daily by our very chatty 4 year old and she was always extremely kind and friendly to him even when she was very busy. The house keeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here for either short or long periods as it had everything we needed!! Thank you again for your hospitality and look forward to staying again.

We had a one night stay on our way to QLD... Absolutely lovely hosts (Arthur & Lyn) welcomed us and made us feel so comfortable (even so helpful and lovely from when I first booked over the phone). We even had a room upgrade to ensure that the kids had their own beds. The beds and pillows were so comfy. We had a kitchen and dining area to fit us all. They even have a small undercover smoking area down the back (hubby was happy) especially because it was raining. Thank you Arthur & Lyn.. what a lovely start to our holiday!

Very clean and attention to detail in these somewhat dated rooms. The bed was comfy, aircon efficient and clean, technology was good with a big screen smart TV, plenty of USB ports for charging and fast wifi.
Room condiment's were on point and the service was spot on from these passionate boomers! I will 💯 return and highly recommend this motel to stay in Coffs.

This motel is well located, clean, quiet and well managed. I have stayed twice in recent years and both times found the motel excellent. The rooms are quite big and have everything you need. There is a pub close by where you can get lunch and dinner.

This is a great motel. We turned up late in the afternoon on Friday 1st March without a booking and were greeted with a smile. Wonderful room, great pool and nothing was a problem. Good location to the local amenities and very comfortable beds. The room had everything you could need, even fresh milk for the morning coffee. Much better than some big name hotels - 5 Gold Stars to Lyn and Arthur - FYI, I stay at a lot of hotels! |I would recommend to anyone who wants a friendly atmosphere, great location and comfort. Stopped one night on the way to Queensland, was a very busy weekend in Coffs, but found us a room. Friendly staff, especially hosts Lyn and Arthur. Clean rooms, reasonable rates, great location. Will definitely stay again on the way back.

Stayed just the 1 night, absolutely fantastic rooms, very clean. Fantastic service and great location. Would definitely stay again. Recommend to book directly with Lyn and Arthur

Staff were excellent and very friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were still greeted with a warm welcome and offered a snack and some milk for tea and coffee. The rate was very reasonable. The gentleman owner raced over to our room to put on the air conditioner and supply us with fresh towels and some Bryon Bay cookies. The owner's dog Cooper Jackson was an absolute delight and so friendly. Thank you for your hospitality and having us to stay, we will return.

Rooms are clean and spacious, great location, very nice receptionist. The best thing of this place is the owners' dog though - stunning!!

Our second stay at this fabulous property, spotlessly clean, great facilities, lovely hosts and the best bed linen I've ever experienced in a motel. Our go to motel in Coffs Harbour, close to local bowls club and local hotel for OK meals. I would recommend this property unreservedly!

Our pick of the bunch to overnight when passing through Coffs Harbour.Nice & close to the beach for a walk & several places to eat. Very clean motel, nice people & good value overall.. Bonus points for the sink in the kitchenette. It's a pet peeve of mine when I'm expected to wash cups etc in the bathroom sink at other motels.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Lyn and Arthur were some of the most accomodating people you could hope for! Made checking in and travelling with a 4 month old Bub so much easier. Cooper-Jackson and his personality was so refreshing! Will stay here again when travelling through!

Me and 4 friends stayed here for one night. Our experience was incredible, I never normally leave reviews but for this I had to. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating and the apartment was beautiful and clean. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Location is better suited for light sleepers as its several blocks away from the busy highway and doesn't have as much traffic noise.
Comfortable rooms and you are greeted by a hard working chatty host at reception.
Would stay here again.

I knew I was going to like this place the moment I walked into reception & met the lovely 4-legged receptionist Cooper Jackson. Then I met Lyn who was warm & friendly & very helpful when it came to the best attractions & restaurants around Coffs Harbour. Our room was exceptionally clean & had everything we needed & the bed was very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach & several shops & restaurants its in a great location. If I'm ever back in Coffs Harbour this is where I'll be staying every time.

Hosts Arthur and Lyn are extremely warm hospitable hosts. The house keepers also lovely and helpful. The rooms are a good size and are perfectly clean and tidy. Beds and pillows very comfy too. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants and the beach is a 3 minute walk. 10/10 I'll be back.

Hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Off street parking and tesla charger (for a small fee). Off the highway so no noise, close to beaches and not far to town centre. Happily recommended to many people.

Cleanest motel we've ever stayed in! Spotless with all new furniture and not long painted. Spacious room with great facilities for such a small space. |Cooper Jackson (dog) is gorgeous! |Staff are lovely and very friendly. |Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay. Have great TV with easy netflix signon, have nice bathroom though its a shame the spa air blowing function doesnt work but it was nevertheless still a good bath experience (in the non working spa). Easy car parking for loading/unloading and nice quite area too

A very welcoming place and very friendly manager. We arrived pretty shattered after a 7 hour drive and was very grateful for the advise to pick up food on our way, so we would not have to go out again. The room was clean, comfortable and a great shower head. The owners were very accommodating as we can’t climb stairs and she put us down on the ground floor. The motel is very busy but it was very quiet at night. We both got a great nights sleep. We stayed again on our way back to Brisbane and it was exactly the same again. Will recommend and definitely stay again when in Coffs.

Arriving late 6pm to Park beach and wanting somewhere that looked nice and clean but also had car parking available, we decided to drive into Park Beach Resort Motel. No regrets.
Lyn welcomed us and offered 2 room options which thankfully 1 had king bed (very tall hubby).
Walking distance to the Hoey Moey for dinner. Great air-conditioned and smart use of older style rooms. Clean and quiet and comfortable.

Absolutely terrible motel. No warning on the website that their seemingly quaint family restaurant/bar turns into a hell raising nightclub that plays thumping music 50metres from your motel room door from 7.30pm and well into the wee hours of the morning!! I had to be up travelling early the next day and didn’t sleep a wink. Shameful that they charge so much for what are tiny rooms that give no peace, quiet or comfort. Will be speaking to management about a refund and won’t ever come back.
