When I first arrived we had a table that was very wobbly and very unstable so I’ve addressed the waitress ( Natalie) and asked if we could move to another table- Her response was - No !! Because then the next customer will have a wobbly and unstable table !! She was extremely rude and very disrespectful in the way she spoke to me not helpful whatsoever ( this hasn’t been the only time either) have had problems with her before in the way she speaks to customers.
Then I order the cabarona and I might as well have had milk and noodles. No flavour , no garlic so bland I had to add my friends Singapore noodles to my dish for me to continue to eat it as the Singapore noodles brought flavour to my dish.
A waitress ( Alisha) approached and asked how our meals were and I told her. She was very apologetic explained to me what to do next time this happens and offered me a refund straight away. Her customer service skills were 100 per cent in the way she dealt with a complaint. She’s definitely an asset to your tavern.
Your meals are always spot on and your prices are great.
So I believe tonight was a one off with the meal and I will definitely be back.

What a shame this place has such a poor but small group of clients who feel like going to the pub to punch on. Great first impression walking into eating area, head out to sports bar only to be confronted with a brawl. Instead of staying and enjoying a much anticipated steak, straight back out to the car and KFC on way home.

We've been coming to the tavern for many years. Family events, dinner with friends, etc. We came last night to celebrate my mums bday. Not only could they not find her booking, but the ladies serving meals and cleaning table look grumpy and Sour. No smiles. When serving our meals, they acted inconvenienced when handling our food. When we mentioned take home containers as the food portions were quite large, I personally was rudely spoken to by the lady clearing our plates away. She lectured me on them not having a licence for takeaway. This IS something you have done in the past! With the cost of living rising, people tend to NOT like wasting food!! I had to bit my tounge so not to give her an attitude adjustment. I have never had such a bad experience in my life.
The line to order food was extremely long. Longer than normal. Even the bar had long waits with only one lady serving. Felt sorry for her!
On a plus side, the lady who assisted with getting a table sorted was lovely and the young lady taking our order was also lovely. Unfortunately it's not enough for us to return in the future tho.

We live close by so took our family of 5 out for dinner. First time to PRT. What a wonderful evening. Atmosphere is family friendly. Service is excellent. Staff are friendly & helpful. Food is delicious. We loved it and will definitely be back. Thank you PRT👍😊

We had a large table of 20 people. The service was top knotch. Food well presented and good sizes for everyone. Recommend.

We celebrated our daughter’s 21st last night with about 20 family members. The food was good with a varied menu catering for all tastes. The service was excellent, staff were very helpful & attentive. Definitely a great choice of venue. Thank you for helping make it a memorable night.

We came here on Friday night (10/5) for dinner and we were impressed. This place has a great atmosphere and we were well looked after by very polite waitresses. Hats off to ‘Ellie’ for going above and beyond for us. We’ll be back for sure.

We booked for mothers day dinner, the steak was burned, I was served a rotten tomato that almost made me throw up, the chips were bland and dry. It's like they had been sitting out all day. First time ever coming here and it will be the last. Overall experience, horrible. Food was inedible.

We attended for mothers day. The que for ordering was long. Seems like they may have been short staffed.
The food was amazing and I couldn't finish the pork belly pieces.
The playground is a hit with the kids. It has some wear could do with a tidy up.
Will be back again

We are regulars Customer and have been there about two years, but recently I have to give up with rude staff and even the duty manager. The machine have issues and I need help but the girl came out fixing the machine without willing, the worse thing is she raised her voice talking so rude, the big tall on duty manager with beard standing say nothing and encourage her to keep rude to me. Enough us enough, this is a third times I have problems with this place but thought because it maybe just that person on that time, but after three times with different staff and different managers but still act the same, maybe they don’t care.

The food and the serving sizes are always amazing. Excellent value for money! The food is always delivered within a prompt timeframe no matter how busy they are. We've been there a few times on the Wednesday nights and love the atmosphere with music trivia.

No service at the table, you have to queue up and order at the counter, but the place is kept clean and well organised, good furniture and decorations, and the food is good.
Waiters will bring your foot to your table and then withdraw the dirty dishes from your table when you’re gone.
It’s a tavern, not really a restaurant.

My wife and I have been regulars for many years and usually visit on Sunday night as a nice way to finish the weekend and begin a new week. The food is very well priced and quite generous in serving size. Food service is always astonishingly fast and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always pleasant, polite and obliging. Shout out to Liz who patiently takes our order every week with a smile and a quick chat, and Nat who always clears our table quickly with a smile and a quick hello. The staff here are lovely and that is why we have been regulars for many years.

My family and I have been dining here since 2008 and thoroughly enjoyed our experiences, until now . THE worst meal ever! Fries were Stone cold, steak was bland and not seasoned and the beef burger Was cold. Disappointing.

Ladies serving food are great, the rest need to work on their people skills. More worried about not speaking to their friends, than actually doing job. Walk around like they own the place and feel entitled

I’ve had there pork ribs and chicken Louisiana OMG the meat just fell off the bone and the sauce with the chicken absolutely beautiful. I’m a big eater I could of polished off 2 plates of chicken I suggest get garlic bread I heard there steak is nice I’ll try that next.

I've frequented the PR/Tavern on numerous occasions and never had below par visit.
But lately the visits have been a little disappointing. Today I ordered my usual and actually counted 11,chips and minimal salad and my piece of chicken in a side dish!

It was okay. Can't say much. Had better but it was okay as we needed a large space for many people.
Noodles were average.
Salmon was terrific.

I had my son’s 18th birthday with some of his friends and our family last week in the private function room… what can I say… WOW! One of the managers, Alisha, assisted with our event prior to and during the night.
The attentiveness, food, venue and overall service was amazing! You all certainly helped make my son’s birthday a memorable one - his exact words were “thanks mum, this was the best 18th ever!”.
In addition to the platters we ordered, I mentioned that there were 3 people with dietary requirements and they ensured there was a separate platter on the night to cater for this!
Alisha made sure the set up in the room was exactly what we discussed and even arranged for helium balloons in our chosen colour scheme in bunches on every table!
The private function room booking fee was worth every single dollar with all things considered - for us, as it was a Thursday evening, the room booking was $200… you can’t even get as many helium balloons from Big W for the same price… as I said… worth, every, dollar!!
I will definitely be recommending your venue and in particular your ability to provide an unforgettable private function!!

Had my dads wake in the function room 31/05/24 the staff were amazing and helpful the catering was perfect. Thankyou for making a difficult day special. Everyone said how great the venue was.

For a tavern it's above average. Salad needed olive oil on the dry old leaves but the pumpkin,feta,tomato's and balsamic sauce was fantastic. Well worth a visit on music bingo night.

Food and service is great!! But it gets so noisy it's gard to hear the people you're sitting with to have a good conversation. Not sure how that could be fixed.

First time there. Meet a friend there. What a lovely place. Service great, food great and so reasonably priced.
Waiting time for the food was not long at all. Nice and clean. Can't fault anything
Takes 30 minutes to get there from my place, but certainly worth the drive

Fast service after ordering. Very busy recommend booking a table. Great choice of specials for affordable lunches. Tasty meals. Staff were very helpful & hard working flat out.

Brought the family for dinner here on a Thursday night, 2 adults and 5 kids. I was really happy with the cost and service of the restaurant, in total including drinks we spent $150, that included some alcoholic drinks for the adults. The atmosphere was good and I really enjoyed my chicken schnitzel. Only negative was the playground had some damage however was clean and still operational. Well done guys

Abit late but me & my 3 friends came in for Mother’s Day dinner & drinks, the food is always amazing but our bar lady was a bloody legend !! She was more than happy to make the cocktails we requested & so quickly ! She was so friendly & she even made us some toasties before we headed off ! Hands down the best service we have had in a long time ! We basically stayed because she made our time there so awesome, thank you 💕
