We recently played for a Corporate Christmas Party and everything went well. Thanks to Alex and Sam for assisting DJ Matt during the site visit. Looking forward to work with the team again soon.

Well appointed. Nice size. Rustic yet modern venue. Awesome for weddings or functions. Two bars. Love ceiling soft lighting.

We had a few drinks here before heading into a fringe show. It was deserted at first but picked up as the night wore on. Normally there are food trucks but apparently the truck couldn't make it that night. Jugs were good value at $20 and there was plenty of room to sit.

This is a great hidden gem of a venue. Love the style and the people running this place.
When you are in need for a venue that can easily handle a couple of hundred people, with excellent courtyard facilities, in the middle of the city, this is the place.

My husband and I chose the Mess Hall to hold our wedding reception at, and my goodness it did not disappoint! Massive thank you to Sam, Sam A and the whole team for making us feel so special, going above and beyond, and helping make our day one we will never forget. Everything ran smoothly, and our guests were very impressed with the set up. The ability to have food vans and a pop up bar in the courtyard made it very easy for people to spread out both inside and outside of the venue, very 2022 covid safe! I would 100% recommend this venue to any couple looking to book their wedding reception, it is a relaxing and fun place to wind down, have a dance and some drinks, and enjoy! Thank you guys again so much for everything!

I went twice on the opening weekend (including opening night) and I was underwhelmed. For a city where people will line up hours for anything, there was hardly anyone there. The food is great depending on what's available but the bar is incredibly overpriced.

I came here for a crafts meetup before opening time. After the place opened the lights came on and the atmosphere was amazing. There were a big group of people that I thought must be regulars, they were loud, but so jolly and friendly, and they were all playing that game where you try to throw the hoops onto the stick. It was really fun to watch. In short, its a great place of you're looking to mingle with a lively crowd, have a bit of fun, and sit down, relax, and have a cold beer. They also have some really creative cocktails!

Great open venue. The guys are willing to set and prepare the space for anything.
Weddings, birthdays , party's.

Great food. Almost home cooked. Really fresh and full of flavour. Pity the Canadian food van was out of gas. I was really looking forward to some of that stuff.

Good edition to the area - a few food trucks with lots of different food on offer. Something different for perth that will surely grow more popular!

Excellent change from a typical pub. Always something different in terms of food - which is delicious. I can't wait until they have sour beers on tap, I will go there every single WEEKEND.

Awesome venue. Funky, cool and well designed. Only complaint was the bar wasnt setup well to handle our very large company of drinkers.

A great place to make some parties and even small festivals.
The toilets are very nice and have a few around the place.

Afrocarribean festival, excellent event, attended family friendly session.
Interesting venue space, friendly staff, amazing food, particularly the Mauritan.
Misters and more shade in courtyard would be nice, but it was a great visit.
