what can I say, first night opening wasn't great, but went again last night, couldn't be happier, great service, atmosphere, sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, garlic pizza and pork belly bao buns were amazing. highly recommend for a quick drink, family dinner or a large get together. Oh amd dont go past the espresso Martini's tap.. A+

Went for lunch and enjoyed the experience. Group of 3. Be prepared for the generous servings! Happy staff, very helpful and explained daily specials and pensioner meals. Ordered at the bar and food arrived 25 minutes later. It wasn't crowded and we were seated in a lovely cool breezy area so we could enjoy our generous meals. Ordered the share platter, karage chicken and a Hawaiian 5 O pizza. Excellent food!

We live around the corner but only came here today (2.5 months after grand opening) because we wanted to wait for them to ‘sort themselves out’ given poor reviews we read about this place. Luckily our visit was pretty good! - Book in advance. We called them on Sunday ~11am and asked if we have to book for lunch on the same day. They said yes, so we did for 12.30pm lunch. - We got there, very busy for Sunday lunch! It seems there were 2 birthday parties too. But the staff welcomed us straightaway and took us to our table (inside in the bistro) - Good range of menu, including vegetarian options - Order and pay at the bar, there was a line but with 2 registers it moved pretty quickly (would be better if they organised the queue so the line didn’t spill too much to the dining area) - They served our drink order straightaway - 20 minutes wait for our food, which we found pretty good given the place was packed - Generous size, great for the money we paid - Vegetarian burger and chips, as well as Green Thumb pizza taste amazing The bistro was too busy to our liking, too many loud kids and parents running around trying to control their kids. And the order line definitely can be improved to make it more organised. Besides all of those, we will definitely come back to try other menu. Glad that our experience with our local place was a good one!

We had a family gathering of 12 today and enjoyed the food, service and the atmosphere is great due to the staff who looked after us. We would like to mention Kimberlie the children's entertainer who was wonderful with our grandchildren and others that were there 5 stars for her. This is the fourth time we have been to The Pavilion and we have never been disappointed.

The sports bar is great with plenty of TVs and a decent food menu, but the restaurant is like dining in community hall with tables. A few clear blinds would also prevent diners from getting wet while sitting in the alfresco when there are no tables available inside.

The Bruschetta came out with 4 slices and the mix in a bowl. No spoon or fork provided on the plate. It's all good, I'll get one myself, shall I? It's pretty disappointing, with a lack of any real taste. 300gm Rib Eye (med to well) and the 200gm Rump (med rare) were cooked perfectly. The garlic sauce was good. The Steak Dianne gravy was very runny and tasted OK, but nothing special. The salad had one slice of tomato only and just some green leaves. The little bit of creamy dressing was good, what there was of it. The chips were good. Don't go Tuesday night if you don't like Trivia. The guy was so loud and hard to understand. The barman/kid didn't know what a middy was and said they only sell schooners and pints. The grill prices (except the 200gm rump) are well into the high side. Overall, I recommend giving them a try for yourself.

Setting the scene: It's mid week, it's midday on yet another bloody hot day in Queensland. My wife and I have done a sterling job of the outdoor chores and are very happy with the outcome. So how do we celebrate this minor win. The answer was unanimous, let's visit the Pavilion. And so it was. And what an awesome and happy visit it was. We sat at a bar leaner in the sports bar, had three or four drinks and shared a serving of chips/fries over a one hour period. The venue was very clean and tidy throughout, staff were well presented, active, helpful and friendly. We asked about holding a private function and received so much support. We spoke initially with a staff member who escalated to the manager who provided verbal and computer generated information. A great big thank you for that. We were rapt with our visit.

Popped in on a weekday afternoon. Order calamari and nachos. Portions did not disappoint. Food was very tasty. Service was little slow for the time. Sat outside, traffic was rather noisy due to being right beside the road. Overall experience good.

My partner & I took her family members here last night & we couldn't have been happier. It was a cold night , but the overhead heating made it very comfy. Super friendly staff, great selection of dishes, all very well presented & super tasty. From seafood to beef, parmigiana to onion rings. It was all cooked to perfection. We'll be back for sure!

Just like many other reviews I agree the food here is beyond terrible, it's also overpriced. The drink prices are also very high. All they care about is the pokies as they earn 100x more in there than the rest of the place. If you are a regular or bet high you will receive free alcohol in the gaming area so you get drunk and gamble more, very unethical from management. You can regularly overhear the staff talking about how poorly the place is run. The owners don't care at all.

It was a Wednesday & we were a table of 3 adults & 2 young children who very much enjoyed our lunch at the Pimpama Pavilion. I had the battered fish & chips. It was delicious, the batter perfect. Only drawback was the slow service, sometimes, no service at either the bar or the bistro. It was well over 40 mins from the time we ordered our meals to when they were brought to our table. There were only 4 other tables with diners, so the meal should not have taken that long to prepare & deliver. Despite this, we will return as it is conveniently located &the children loved the play equipment. I just hope the service will improve.

I got the 400g rump steak (medium well). It was awful. I sent it back and the second one they brought out wasn't much better. Over cooked, small, tough, half a dozen chips. I wouldn't pay for any more drinks and i won't be back.

Great venue with multiple issue. Overpriced pub food and drinks . It was not a busy Sat lunch yet waited 45 minutes for a burger and steak Sanga whilst multiple tables who sat and ordered after us were served and had finished or left before our food came out. Food was ok but not for the price. Ordering food and drinks at one till is not ideal. Needs to be separated. The duty manager walking around chewing gum was also a major turn off. Understaffed and overpriced for a pub in an area that is mostly low income earners. We won’t be back .

Food was cooked lovely and well. I prefer a medium rare steak but asked for rare and it came out medium so that's ok - at least it wasn't overcooked. It's a bit confusing ordering at the bar for food but I guess its manageable. We were in a table for 2x but seated very far from everyone - with the doors closed we felt somewhat secluded and locked away which was a bit disappointing but its OK. I ordered a Balter beer which was tasty and my fiance's midori cocktail was delicious. They didn't have the ingredients on hand and had to go elsewhere to get them which was very thoughtful and a great display of customer service. All in all, it was an enjoyable evening so 4 stars for some room to improve.

Expensive for tavern food $30 for a pizza $50 a steak. The burgers were frozen reheated and not fresh or tasty, roast beef was really good! Kids meals were a good rate $10 with an ice cream. Service was good although you have to go up and order they don’t come to you or give you cutlery when you order.

Came here for dinner after playing a round of golf at Gainsborough greens. There is plenty of TV's to watch the sports and plenty of dining room around aswell. The food was affordable we got the chicken parmigiana and the beer was a good price. The venue was kept really clean and there is ample parking outside or just next door. Great for lunch or dinner if you want a decent pub feed. Recommended to check out. 🍻

A nice pub, which was relatively quiet for a Thursday night. Not crowded. Dined here with friends and everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was responsive and nice.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted in our experience this afternoon. Walked in to have an early dinner at 4:30pm with 2 small children and there was only 2 other people in the whole bistro. We waited for close to 5mins and was not greeted. I went to find a staff member and I politely ask if there was a booth available when the staff turned around and said “if they say reserved it obviously means they arnt free” I look at one of the reservations times and it was booked for 7pm.. it was 4:30pm.. I walked back to my partner and he went to ask the staff member if we could have the booth. He very nicley tried to start a conversation and asked if she was on her own. She replied “yes” and walked straight past us. she still didn’t ask if we wanted to be seated. Friday afternoon early with 2 hungry children in our arms. We were excited to go out for dinner as a family. We understand it wasn’t Phillipa fault that she was on her own. But she chose to be incredibly rude to us resulting us to leave without dinner. She could of kindly said “I’m sorry I’ll be with you in a minute” Terrible service
