Used to be a great place before covid, now it has no atmosphere. I won't be going here again.

I'm a very regularly player there.... Pokies.... Usually have a coffee or two.... Few nights ago no more coffee.... Because the staff are giving free coffee to those non gamblers who come in sit around talk politics from back home... Don't even put a cent in the machine(smart people)..... Not happy JAN

Had the Ham tasty cheese & tomato sandwich and a beer in the pokies area friendly lady that helped me with directions , very modern looking venue . Would go back next time I am in the area .

Great pokies venue for all this of crowd of ages and styles it's totally a place I would recommend to all singles groups families and children can come along too if supervised obviously but more adult style type of place with great very well mannered and very happy and polite staff and also customers too great for their coffee well know for excellent coffees for a fact without a doubt at all ciao

Great place for a Friday night out.. drink and a flutter (everything in moderation of course!) Staff are friendly and the outdoor area allows you to take in the lygon street vibe

Disgusted in security asking me to remove my hat (which I wear for medical reasons) so turned around and walked out. Won’t be venturing back in there again.

Decent Pokie venue, ruined by a bald, tattooed, muppet staff member who will not shut the f*** up despite multiple requests from annoyed patrons.
Apparently, he likes to "mess with people" because obviously he has nothing better to do with his boring, inane, worthless life.

A very relaxing pokies on Lygon Street. Though at times to many makes swearing very loudly and ogling woman. Strangely the security doesn’t mind this and sometimes joins in.

I was disgusted by the pathetic level of service I received. I use to go there often eat dinner and play on the pokies. One night I asked if I could get a coffee and I was told by one of the staff members behind the bar to pay up $3.50. I think Zac was his name. I was outraged even though I went and sat and played on the machine and still wanted to charge me $3.50 for the coffee. It’s not about the $3.50 it’s about principle every other pokies place in this state offer I a free coffee when ur playing on the machines. But keep an unfriendly idiot like that behind the bar and rest assured ur going to keep losing more customers. I left feeling humiliated and got my coffee from the 7 eleven across the road. Myself and 4 other friends will never walk into that hideous place ever again. Wouldn’t even make me a coffee and I dropped $3000 into their machines not even a week prior to that night. Yeah good on u mate now u lost a group of customers not just me and I’m going to make sure I spread this experience all over social media. Next is google. I’d give negative stars if I could. Not just an ugly disservice but more of a Dogs act I what I think of Players on Lygon now.
