Went in for the Sunday roast, we were totally impressed, excellent roast pork and veg. Slightly disappointed that there was no live music, however, they’re cracking more than made up for that!!!

Went for after-work beer&snacks. Very loud inside, even without the live band, the acoustics are just useless with heaps of echo.
Food no issues, it was even tasty.
Tables dirty and stained, even early in the evening. Bar service when paying the bill extremely tired manner, rude and played hard to hear and/or understand what was said. Maybe the high noise level played in, I would never work in that kind of environment.
Cleaning table done late and only partially.
Not going back.

We had a great work dinner here last week. My steak was just right, and the table was happy with everything - not easy for 14 people! The Wirra Wirra shiraz was a great bottle.

we got✨🍽️:
🧈striploin with cafe de paris butter
🍝linguine marinara
🍷eye fillet with red wine jus
🍄wild mushroom arancini balls
🤍scallops
both the steaks were pretty nice!! they also gave me their mushroom sauce with my eye fillet and oooo, so good! definitely get their mushroom sauce with their steaks🔥🤩they also give a massive side of chips along with the steaks which no one can say no to! 👀✨🤣
🍝✨the linguine marinara was quite nice, had a ton of flavour and the pasta was cooked perfectly yay!🤤🥳i really liked their arancini balls, crisp outer layer with a hot aromatic filling!🤩✨the scallops tasted fine, but the only downside was the small size of them🥹🤧
and right now from monday to thursday, enjoy a 2-course experience with their $45 Feed Me Lunch package! a selected entree, which includes their lovely arancini balls, and a selected main course, which includes their tasty striploin, for only $45!🤩🥰 definitely don’t miss out on this deal~✨👀
conclusion, i do recommend @portofficehotel and they have some lovely dishes on offer in their elegant and beautiful location~!✨🤍

This is a hotel and restaurant located in the center of Brisbane
Meals and ingredients are very fresh
They are very professional in controlling the doneness of steaks
There are also bars where you can drink 🍻
Usually the restaurant is not very busy
They get very busy on Fridays, so it’s recommended to book early.
However, their service will not treat customers casually because they are busy. Instead, they take great care of every guest.
Highly recommend their duck legs + duck breasts
Served with red wine sauce
Have another glass of red wine 🍷
It’s simply a heavenly enjoyment😋
This time we chose to go to Port Office to celebrate our friend’s birthday in advance🍾
And they were very warm and prepared small cards and desserts.
Enough proof that they take great care of and care about their guests

The food was brilliant, the lamb ribs entree was brilliant, a great striploin cooked well and great bar.. But the service was even better. Isaac is the champion of the single diner, doyern of the menu and all round champion. Give the man a raise.
At the end, there was a pretty young woman who was friendly, professional and a credit to her skills and training as she dealt with smarmy businessmen with ease but still was kind and attentive in the appropriate manner to others.

Sooo... my podiatrist recommended this place to me...thought we would check it out. My wife and twin girls went along, no booking, they fitted us in. Wow wow wow!! This is one of the few places I have given five stars to. Everything was perfect, service, food, atmosphere, great selection of drinks. Everything was quality plus!! Loved it.

Solid dining. Great value for money and really friendly staff. It’s a great option the food was very generous. My only gripe is does it have to be lit like a post office. (Ie brighter than it really needs to be). It’s a dining room. At night it can really turn down the lights a bit. But I guess then the punters will probably complain about not being able to read the menu. Anyway first world problems. Decent choice if you are going out nearby

Old-school style pub in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD that offers a range of beers and meals at the counter. Easy to get to from most parts of the city, it has a relaxed vibe and lots of TVs showing sport. Service is friendly and accommodating, the food is typical pub fare but well-made. Definitely worth dropping in if you’re nearby or looking for a casual dinner option.

My husband and I had dinner at the Port Office Hotel. The service from Ally and Angus was exceptional. The food was very good, my husband had the honey mustard chicken wings which were delicious. I had the battered fish which was also delicious and fresh. Next time we are in Brisbane we will definately have another meal here.

In the picture a $25 beef burger with chips. Flavour gets 4/5. Portion size gets 2/5. The places around have plenty of other excellent delicious and decent size options within the $15-$20 range.
The overall look and feel is not bad and feels quite cosy.
Overall, I feel this place has a decent opportunity for improvement to become competitive with the many options around it.

Incredible food, too shelf. Great value, awesome staff too. Definitely recommend, we had a group of 12 and we all came away very impressed

I had a lovely experience here, the staff were beyond friendly and the service was quick. Steak was terrific and great value for money! Definitely will be returning.

I booked a private event for 18 people in the Green Room, and couldn't have been more impressed by the staff, service, well stocked bar, and most importantly the sumptuous food.
Well done to everyone for creating a gastro pub that truly dazzles at every level!

Had an amazing experience here last night. Got great service and energy from Isaac! Got our drinks and was so attentive and genuine and really listened and made us feel so welcome! I had steak with wild mushroom sauce and cos salad and chips Basic done exceptionally! So no pics but I was starving and once I started, I couldn’t stop! Everything was seasoned perfectly! My steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and every bite a delicious melt in my mouth delight! Lovely mushroom sauce, not too runny and not too thick. Went great with the steak and the chips! The cos salad was simple and delicious with shaved parmesan and dollops of aioli and the chips were hot with an amazing crunch, just seasoned and cooked to perfection! Loved the drinks, loved the meal and loved the atmosphere! Thanks Isaac! You made our night!

Group of 10 including children. We didn’t book the table in advance, however thanks for setting the table for us. Everyone including children enjoyed the meals including desserts. Whole Baby Barramundi was so delicious. Will recommend to fish lovers. Customer service was excellent, the girl called Lilly ( not sure the name correct) was very polite and outstanding customer service manners. Meals were pricey but worth it.

great spot for a casual pub meal. we went on a thursday and there was live music too. plenty of seating inside and outside. the calamari was good and a generous serving size. a little bit pricey.

Food:- very disappointing, not as expected based on the menu description. Wagyu rump grade 8-9 had a thick layer of fat on the outside, no marbling at all and was as tough as old boots. I would say it looked like a piece of Woollies steak but Woollies steak is much more tender to be honest. My partner had the whole Barramundi, the flesh was overcooked, salty and chalky, pretty sure it had been frozen, not fresh. The person opposite me left half of their pork chop so obviously that wasn't great either. I really feel ripped-off for my friend who was paying for the table of 9 for his 60th birthday. Service:- we waited for 15 min for the waitress who asked what we were having but we hadn't been provided with any food or drinks menus at that point. The meals arrived well over 1 hour (~1hr 20 min) after ordering. I took my complaint to the head waiter Isaac who, to be fair, listened to what I had to say about the food in particular and said he would 'pass it up the line' (thank you Isaac). I asked if there was something he could do in the way of desserts for my friend's 60th birthday. Two nice desserts were provided (hence the 2 stars) and small pieces were shared around the table. No discount was offered nor requested. Overall a completely disappointing experience and not good value for money. It's such a shame as we had such a wonderful dining experience there 5-6 years ago, great steaks, and why we booked this birthday party at the POH. Team, if you're going to advertise 250g wagyu grage 8-9 rump steak that's what you should dish up for $72, patrons these days know what to expect and unfortunately that wasn't it.

Finally made the trip to this restaurant after admiring the outside of it for years as I drove down Edward street. Well worth it too! All the dishes were on point, succulent char grilled octopus with chorizo was delectable! The beetroot risotto tender with beautiful earthy flavours and the 300gm medium rare rib eye was as tender and delicious as I’ve ever eaten.

Duck spring roll : it’s different with the spring roll that I always eat in Taiwan. Duck spring roll which skin is crispy and has a special texture. It is paired with two sauces, one is sweet and sour, and the other is a bit like green sauce. It is garnished with coriander, making the overall taste very rich really amazes me. It’s delicious.
Lamb: The outside is grilled very crispy, and the meat inside is very juicy. Paired with the sweet and sour white sauce, the overall taste is even better.
Drink: The bartender forgot to order a lemon lime and bitter for us, but after being reminded, he immediately made us that. It’s good.

Best Pork belly I have had in a very long time!
Exceptional!
The sauce used for the gravy with the chicken was brilliant and the reduction used in the bangers and mash is second to none.

Absolutely fantastic service, and amazing food.
Staff we wonderful, with Clare going above and beyond to help us out, it was really appreciated.
The food was of such an amazing quality, we will definitely be back again soon.
