wow for a little country town this was unbelievable meal, mainly for the fact that its local produce, would happy to come back again just for the food,. well done, Loved it

When it’s cold outside, there is no other place I’d rather be then next to the warm fire and in-front of that delicious food. Really enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. What a great place to stop by for a drink too!

Went here for Lunch with darling husband and my 2 girls under 4. The food was delicious and it was family friendly with lots of room for the kids to run around and colouring in books / stickers offered by their friendly staff. I had their steak, kids loved their popcorn chicken and chips, and husband had the Mexican topper schnitzel which he demolished . We will definitely be back. Thanks for having us ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Waited an hour and a half for our meal. Asked staff and was told it wasn’t their problem and the chef was rude and unapologetic. It would have been nice to be told there was a long wait when we placed our order.

Very nice pizzas and the beer is just as good. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Variety of tap beer, had a tender & delicious scotch fillet, locals were very welcoming & staff were very helpful.
Will return & would definitely recommend.

This was such a wonderful experience to have had. Lovely generous staff, went the extra mile to serve us after they had just closed up. We were weary travellers getting some hot food which was absolutely delicious and the pizza was loaded with toppings. Thank you ladies for being so hospitable and offering my family such generous service.

Nice pub with outdoor area which is great for dogs and kids.
Recently renovated and worth a visit when in Gulgong.

Counted 20 maccas type French fries..
Glad not hungry for $16..

I went there with my Son & friend.
Bar service was GREAT.
Hot Food was FABULOUS.
ATMOSPHERE was REALLY GOOD.

I went there last Saturday 12th Nov 2022. There was live music and a very nice family atmosphere totally recommended. I had a brisket burger that was okay, I wish they put bacon on it though..The singer was great!, Darshani Martins, very talented.

If you are looking for great food and a lovely friendly atmosphere call in to The Post Office Hotel. We stopped for lunch at Gulgong and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and food.

Had lunch here today I had the steak sanga my wife the fish chips salad both meals were outstanding value. Washed down with a cold beer and wine. Great atmosphere very clean for a pub

Great place with amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Very family friendly. Great selection of craft beers next door as well. Great job by new owners and wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Great food and very friendly service at the Post Office Hotel. Gulgong has to one of the most amazing little towns in Australia! We felt like we'd travelled back in time to The 1850s Gold Rush. We'll be back :-)

Got take aways the other night absolutely disgusting no care put into the food at all couldn't even have been bothered to brown the cheese on our pizza was like chewing on wet card board

Food was amazing. Great Caesar salad, generous portions and friendly staff. Ate lunch in the sunny beer garden. Fresh food and hosted the local Labrador who the kids loved giving a pat.

Amazing friendly staff. Asked how our day was going and helped us with some great burgers after a long day on the bike despite the kitchen being closed.
