We went there last year whilst attending a footy carnival and liked the place so much we came back this year with a bigger group.
We were fed extremely quickly and the food was top notch. The licensee Andrew is a top bloke and was extremely accommodating. All the staff were extremely pleasant.
If the carnival returns to Tamworth next year we will be back that's for sure. Thanks Andrew and all your staff

We had drinks at the Post Office Hotel on a number of occasions during the country music festival. Drinks were expensive, staff were friendly. The women's toilets were not clean and out of order on one of the nights we attended as they were blocked and flooded. It was a good party venue.

We had a large group booked in for dinner including children. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and were great with the kids, meals were fantastic!

Wednesday night trivia is great fun! Bar staff are great, food is scrumptious, atmoaphere plus. Happy days plus!

Visited during Country Music last day.. It was packed. Nice pub, had a good band headed by the local state MP. Not really country but they had the crowd going.. Had fans going all over the place, Presumably to move the air around to minimise the Covid threat. Good pub

Very engaging proprietor. Quiet night as Monday and no meals provided but client was given several options of local meal venues by the proprietor. Would definitely love to return during the CMF.

Our group of 10 adults and 4 young children ,shared a Birthday celebration here. The young staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful with anything on the night.Well done! Big thumbs up to the chef, beautiful meals, there was not one complaint from our group.

Lovely lunch I have the cous cous special. Hubby had the fish and chips a bit ordinary. The lady behind the bar was so lovely. We'll be back.

I love the fact that you can pre order here. I only have half hour for lunch but I am still able to enjoy a pub meal. Food quality was and great prices are good as well. The staff are friendly and more than happy to assist when required.

Great pub. Appears to have been renovated recently. Only stopped in as we were walking to another pub and thought we would try this one instead.
Service was excellent, food delicious and the atmosphere was great.
Highly recommend and will be happy to return in the future and make it my go to pub.

Fantastic little hotel bar especially during festival time. Great staff and awesome entertainment. Especially loved the local house band that close every night... I think they were called "Bolt and Crook"?!?

Awesome spot for lunch, had roast pumpkin salad which was very tasty, chips were yummy also. Very friendly staff, definitely worthwhile stopping here.

Always good food and atmosphere. Does lunch and dinner. Often live music at night on weekends. Pokies, dance floor, dining area and smoking area. Wheels hair access from the arcade.

A group meet every Fri 6.00ish at PO Hotel. Always a Fri raffle for trays of meat - drawn 7.00PM - some of the group will stay for dinner - food is always good basic pub food and pleasant evening out. Some go weekly, others vary - as does the clientele- pre- Xmas was very busy - particularly with the heatwave we experienced.
Well, it's worth a visit and stay for a meal but will be particularly busy this month with the Festival so rethink and try in February. JANEB

A great pub with indoor and outdoor seating available in the mall. All the regular pub meals with good lunch specials too.
