Worst place to have a pub meal.
Freezer food at its finest never coming back.
No one to take our order stuck on our phones trying to scan a code.
What happened to waiters doin there job

Won't be back booked arrived and seated only to find you need to scan QR code struck to table to order and pay as they don't have a physical menu,not gonna waste time asI don't have QR scanner on phone so we walked away and went elsewhere,at least give customers a choice not decide for them.

We hold our workplace Christmas lunch here and have done so for several years now. Friendly and fantastic service by all staff. Everyone is always happy with their meals, good size and a nice selection on offer. The venue is comfortable and clean. Would recommend.

To order they now want you to order through a QR code. Which wants to know all your details. What about ordering the old fashion way. My husband and I went last week and he refused to order this way. The staff didn't know what to say. Yes he was able to order the way he wanted only because he was very vocal about choosing in which way he wanted to order. Food was very nice. Crazy, you have to place your order like this now.

The disgraceful people that ‘smash smash smash bash bash bash’ the poker machines are absolutely disgusting. You are completely disrespectful to others around you. If I was a staff member and noticed this; one warning and you are Out.

The 250gm rump steak with salt & pepper calamari covered in mushroom sauce served with chips and salad that I ordered from this hotel was cooked to perfection. It filled me up nicely, so much so that I couldn't fit any dessert in

Playground and slots are available while waiting for the food.
Staffs are friendly and the place can accommodate a large crowd which is good for any occasions.
Food is delicious and very big portions at a fair price.

Our group has been dining here for years and since the table scanning service has come into effect the meals are taking far to long to come out. My friend ordered her food and l ordered mine at the same time. My meal came out around about the time hers did but my poor husband had to wait another 25 minutes for his to come out. When a group orders off a table then all the meals should come out together so that we can enjoy our meals together. Slow service needs to improve otherwise we might need to chose a better venue

Nasi Goreng, amazing. Underated Hotel in the south east suburbs. Good feeds, greater prices. And complimentary coffee if you eat a main course. Get down to Doveton.

Last Friday I had a seafood mix grill for my dinner and it was an absolute blast! Loved every bit of it. Hats off to the chef! Will come back for more.

I visited Melbourne for the first time recently and this was one of the best places I've eaten in Melbourne. Foods was really amazing and they had a friendly staff. Garlic prawns, chicken wings and bruschetta dishes were my favourite and I wish I had it now. Foods are worth for the price and i should say, i enjoyed every single bite of their meals..❤️❤️

I hope I have name right jojo is amazing there customer service is above and beyond. They are lovely and friendly and should be a trainer of how to waiting tables. Meal was also great . I hope Jo Jo gets massive pay rise

I come in for dinner regularly and always receive great service and awesome food. On Tuesday night when I came in with my family for dinner, Monica gave outstanding service and fixed any issues that we had with the app ordering system and although it was busy nothing seemed like to much trouble for her and she kept a smile on her face. Well done to her and the team

I can't rate my bistro service on Tuesday night highly enough at the prince mark in the bistro,
Monica is was very friendly from seating us and explains the qr code app thing to us and letting us still order at the counter, then again serving our drinks at the bar. She also bought our meals and desserts out.
The bistro was quite busy for a public holiday but everything seemed to go smoothly and the chefs cooked nice meals.
After dinner we went into the the gaming area for sometime.
The staff in here were also quite friendly although one did not seem like she wanted to be working and kept telling us to put our feet down off the counter when resting them
When we asked for a soft drink we were told we had to pay for it because we had dinner, which seemed a bit strange because, because in the past when we were in the gaming room, we didn't have to pay for small soft drinks, but maybe the rules have changed since there Is cordial and water on stand by now.
Over all we still had a good experience by most of the staff at the prince mark

Had a lovely dinner here Tuesday night. Food was great and service impeccable. Monica looked after us so well and helped us with the app ordering. She went over and above with her service and nothing fazed her..

Great service stopped in the have dinner my friend and I had the mixed grill which was amazing the price was good friendly service. I will be back next time I'm in the area. only down side was the price of the drinks.

Go here very often. Looks like a small dingy little pub but the food is consistently really nice, and every staff member I have dealt with have been super friendly and welcoming. I really like this place for a nice comfortable family dinner. And it is also quite cheap compared to many other pubs too. Recommended.

Fantastic venue to come for a meal and cheap beer specials.
The food was great and reasonably priced, while the staff and customer service were fantastic.
Grace was very professional and accommodating to resolve a small issue with my order too.
I'd highly recommend this pub!
