Off Route 26 in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, this relaxed hotel and pub is a 4-minute walk from Nundah railway station and 7 km from Brisbane Airport. We had an excellent meal thanks to the staff member, Rachel, who was knowledgeable and helpful with our menu choices and provided us with good service.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!!! Loved it!! but it was also a tiny bit off the pocket if you know what I mean. It's well worth it if you have the time and money to enjoy yourself. I would recommend a nice quiet Sunday midday lunch or during the week for they do get very busy.

The service at this place was outstanding! Unlike the rest of our journey The Prince Of Wales Hotel was the one that helped us when we had no where in the cold rain to go and let us check in 2 hrs earlier, and offered whatever help they could, all staff were friendly and great. Bit of old history thats close to the Airport and Entertainment Centre.

The room I got was small, quant, clean and bed was very comfortable. Very affordable price with a bistro downstairs. I enjoyed an awesome rump steak cooked to perfection ( rare). Handy to public transport and Woolworths less than 20 meters away. Very good

Rooms were very clean and the staff very accomodating. But it was the noise which gave us very little sleep. You could hear metal kegs being moved in the pub downstairs, people talking and being loud and the two busy roads either side made it very noisy.

Room 10 had a very unpleasant sweet musty smell and I got cluster bitten by something on my chin and neck that gave me a highly itchy reaction. Please get this room checked and sprayed for potential bedbugs.

Really pleasantly surprised by this unassuming pub. We have the king studio room with additional single bed, has a private bathroom as well. The room is very clean and comfortable, staff have been really lovely, had a quick feed downstairs and the food was awesome. Really nice after travelling all day in the car. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great low cost accommodation option.

Prince of Wales Hotel at Nudah has been standing in the same spot for some one hundred and fifty years. And where now there’s extensive parking for cars, in the past the hotel offered stables for the horses which brought customers to its doors.
Extensively renovated and refurbished many times since then it continues to be a favourite with the Nundah residents and travelers who choose to bunk there for a day or two or three.
Ideally situated close to the Nundah Shopping Centre and the Nundah Railway Station, you can easily walk to either place in a matter of minutes.
Apart from accommodation, the hotel offers food, entertainment and opportunity for celebrating special events both public and private.
It continues to be very much part of Nundah life and a very pleasant place to spend couple of hours as we did celebrating Mother’s Day. We enjoyed the food, appreciated the good service and the very friendly, approachable staff which made it all possible.

pretty sick hotel stayed there 1 night definitely worth the price pretty good food and lovely beer i am an alcoholic so this establishment was fantastic and suited my needs i would highly recommend this fine hotel

One of the worst pubs I have ever been to. I ordered hot chips and got mashed potato. I asked and paid for a beer, the keg was empty, 40 minutes later and still no beer. The smokers are treated like animals, neither smoking section rates better than a kennel. The TAB section is so depressing, with the gambling addicts chasing their loses. Overall, the service is terrible, the staff aren't happy and the management is unfit for the job.

Me and a few people were at the POW last night and when coming to closing time the staff were wonderful and fantastic as a friend of mine that attended has CP and she took a little longer to get out then everyone else but they didn’t rush her at all. Then had a bit of troubles getting to the car but if it wasn’t for a young fella by the name of Lucias helping us we would of had a lot more trouble he went beyond to make sure she got into the care as best as possible even with the rain he was so patient and understanding. LUCIAS if your seeing this we appreciate what you did from the bottom of our hearts we wanna take the time to make sure ur noticed for your outstanding work

I was looking for a place near the highway to Sunshine coast and not far from the airport. The room was generous in size and clean. It was a great location for me.
I was there only 1 night and dined alone. I found the cocktails to be reasonably priced and there was a great selection of meals. My dinner was served fairly quickly. Although part of my meal did not make it to the table, I was able to ask if I could have a dessert instead. The kitchen were happy to accommodate. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Haven’t been there for a while but headed on down during the week and it was a perfect local night out. Service by Jono was professional and friendly, reasonable prices, good sized menu, food was quick and tasty. Will definitely be back!

Great place, good vibes, played trivia with tony he is great!
Stayed in there accomodation as well, they were good.
Gravey was unreal!!
Had a parmi at my first stay, coming back through i will get a steak as i was informed the chefs specialties are steaks.
Would recommend.

Food was good and the lady who took the food order was really nice. However a man with bleach blonde hair and he wears it up was quite rude for no reason. I waved at him as he was going by and just said "Hey its been 15 minutes and I ordered a drink just wondering when ill get it. And he said " in a passive aggressive voice he said the tickets don't always come through so next time just come to the bar. I said oh okay I'm sorry and he said it's fine. And then he came back with the drink did a one second smile and instantly went into a dead face. Poor guy has been here for too long it seems.

Fantastic service through our establishment . Starting in sports bar, friendly fantastic staff continue to main bar for more relaxing friendly staff. Entree of calamari, soft non rubbery with flavoursome sauce. Followed by senior steak cooked to perfection with fresh chips, salad with a delicious vinaigrette. Chicken Parma chips and salad also. Fantastic place and loved our stay and friendly environment , will come again. Thank you all staff for making us feel like a local

Enjoyed a wonderful steak, chips & salad perfectly cooked to my perfection. Very satisfying!! Exceptional service, Jono was happy to help any way he could serving our large group with very little notice. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a traditional pub experience.

Didn’t stay in the hotel here, but stopped in for dinner and drinks. Food was nice and quick. Wish the chip portions were bigger but that’s ok. Nice atmosphere too plenty of TVs. 😊

Did not a realise it was a bathroom share scenario and plus we are in our 60+ and to get from one level to another, you had to use stairs, no lifts no ramps.

Consistently awesome staff ever willing to go the extra mile to make your visit comfortable and a real pleasure. Food is always excellent, good value for money, and shows talented use the fryer, food is crisp, and yet tender and juicy. Well done everyone! Close to the airport with a bottle shop bar and games room. Perfect way to end a trip. Was not expecting the quality in the menu either. Great price and great food. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Call wake up at no Clean but everything else seems to be okay. It's a little bit older hotel but the rooms are perfect for one night day flight change over all these sort of stuff from the airport $20 taxi back to airport or back to the airport

Beautiful lunch time meal at Prince of Wales! Recommend the Humpty-do barramundi with winter veg. Lovely presentation and delicious eating! YUM! Very reasonable price, even better if you are a pensioner.

A good nock about pub. Walking distance to where I live. Visit there whenever I don't want to cook for myself. Comfortable and cosy.
