About Pritchard's Hotel

your hotel has always been good angela bar staff couldnt have been better even though it was a little quiet. but you bistro chef is hopless. we ordered a medium done steak and received a burnt over well done steak that was at best a quarter of an inch thick like it was a normal steak cut/sliced in half in addition we couldnt cut it with a serrated steak knife no flavour shocking she almost stabbed herself trying to cut it it was truly bad and i am sorry for the poor review but i have been coming there for drinks and dinner for 6 years and its getting worse not better and the cost has doubled in the past 18 months

We spent a night at ‘Nightcap on Pritchard’s Hotel’ last night and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room for the price. Excellent value for money! The outside looks a bit dated, but the rooms are freshly renovated with contemporary furnishings. Our room was nice and clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay again when passing back through.

We had a very comfortable & enjoybale stay here with family.
For us the location was great & the facilities convenient for dining, great coffee. The staff are very helpful & friendly. A special shout out to Jen for all her help, kindness & care. Will definitely be back sometime.

We gave it a try. It was a very dark and gloomy room. No atmosphere for dining in and very poor customer service from the girl at the bistro register. No greetings no smiles and no thank you. Food was average

Very good hotel, very good rooms. Very good service, good price. Friendly and professional staff. I like and trust this place.

This pub is great. Love the food. Staff are really nice. Just up the road from home. We come here at least once a week.

The hotel himself was really good. Quiet, big room, and clean. Could check in earlier and nothing to complain. Just the location for non car users is a bit bad, because the bus not runs until late at night.

Really good. Stayed 2 nights and felt comfortable. Had all amenities needed. Good location close to shops and other food options. A little old but is kept clean. Beds made and fresh towels every day. Would visit again.

Portions way too large. Steak had grizzle all over and was not rested so bled over the plate. Ordered drinks using the QR code disc but waitress could not identify which table so was walking around asking who ordered. You can do better

Once again we had a wonderful meal here - even if you don't have the $10 meal, their other food is reasonable priced. We eat here on a regular basis and have eaten a number of different dishes - have no complaints with any of them. But when it's 40 degrees outside and you don't feel like cooking - how can you go past $10 for a steak !!

My hubby and I are amazed at the bad reviews. We have been for lunch on many occasions and we feel the standard of food is as good if not better than local clubs.
I love your Mona Lisa picture behind the bar. Your salad is the best and the size of the meals is excellent. I always take some home for my dinner at night

(MT Pritchard) Great place, had booked room 16 which is tastefully decorated, clean, spacious and has everything for a comfortable stay. Only thing this motel could probably improve on would be to give the bar and reception staff payrises! The staff fom the time of check in and during each interaction were kind, personable and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Mixed grill was plentiful, not over cooked, service was quick, the only issue we had, it doesn't have a decent kids play area.

In the Gaming area - the staff are rude & unwelcoming. I watched a staff member put reserve on machines for no reason .. there was no one using it while people are walking around trying to find one to use!

Had a catch up with family there on Sunday for lunch meals very ordinary & my hubby's surf & turf steak which he'd asked for medium was well done & chewy on top of that child's meal that wasn't eaten & when I asked for container for left overs they wanted 50c for small container or $1 for lge container absolutely refused to pay...won't be going there for a meal ever again...giving a generous 2 star rating

Great food and so affordable. The $12 steaks are the best served with yummy salad and the mushroom sauce is perfection. We sat outside under the fairy lights, even our children loved it. Will definitely be back!!

Food was great. They have $10 specials which are on point. There are limited seats though. Bar has good service and the gambling area is really good. They also have rooms available for a reasonable price and the location is driving distance from Liverpool. It also is close to a few fast food chains.

Cheap prices and great food make this venue a winner!
From hot plates to burgers and chips, the range is good. The side salads are so fresh and crisp.
Meals were so delicious, everyone at our table was satisfied with their choice.
The meal sizes were generous, so much flavor and freshly made to order.
Kids meals were thoroughly enjoyed by children all through the venue.
It was super busy with families and parties, inside and in the beer garden.
Staff were friendly.
Plenty of parking around the building.
It was easy to find and accessible by all.

Absolutely infuriated with management!!! We called to make a booking and had to fill out all information online and obviously give my bank details so they could take the booking fee. In that form it DID not state in the policy’s that we had to pay and extra $200 for bond. We drove over an hour to get to this hotel as we had to see a sick family member last minute. We are from Canberra and drove out from Bondi to this place. They showed us the policy’s and i re-read it. Of course we were right and it was not stated. The manager just said ‘yeah I don’t know why it isn’t but you still have to pay’. I’m heavily pregnant and unfortunately they took all the money I left in my account for this day. So it’s either my partner and I sleep in our car until we figure something out or head back to Canberra. I get the whole bond needed for silly people but if we were informed and If it was stated we would not have chose this place. So now it’s 10:14pm and I’m currently doing a 3 or so hour drive back in the dark super uncomfortable. Not happy at all. Will not ever go there again and do not recommend this dingy place. Seen a few complaints here about the same manager.
