You would be freezing in the rooms as there is no heater in none of the rooms. There is only one split system in living area that is not sufficient enough to warm up the room. I asked portable heater from reception whose name is Jessica and she was so rude and impolite. She was unhelpful and was just saying " It is what it is, use extra blanket". REALLY??
Wouldn’t go back there and don’t recommend this accommodation in winter.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and I’m happy to say that the queen bed was extremely comfortable! Not a very common thing in a motel, so I’m happy they’ve actually put some thought into this.
Two toilets - one in ensuite was a fantastic addition.
Rooms were warm, heating adequate and everything we could need.
My only gripe would be the lack of coffee and tea and sugar provided as well as the musty mouldy smell. The place needs to be kept open sometimes between guests.

We stayed for 2 nights, the unit was spacious and clean. Loved that I could do our washing in the privet of our own unit. Staff was kind and friendly. Overall stay was pleasant and quiet. Only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable.

We only stayed one night but had an amazing stay. ||Everything was clean, spacious and the staff were fantastic!||Loved that we had a laundry and they provided liquid it let us get all our stuff from the past week washed. ||Only negatives are Netflix and casting wouldn't work on the TV and the queen bed was two beds pushed together so the middle was hard and lumpy.

Totally unsuitable for anyone with a disbility. Mould in bathroom and uneven floor surface through a very poor patch up job and a shower that floods two-thirds of bathroom making it very unsafe. Not up to Quest standards that we have experienced in the past.

The room needs to be upgraded as it is quite tired. Lighting was dim. And we were put into Room 2, which meant being woken at 7.00 - 7.30am when the laundry truck arrives and linen delivered and staff load their trolleys, with doors slamming etc.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment that was like new ,everything you need to live like a king.
WIFI , dishwasher,microwave, oven,stove top,washing machine,two toilets,shower,bath,TV,balcony,free parking,outdoor pool only thing was no restaurant or breakfast options but you have everything to make your own anyway.
Very nice recommended.

Stayed here previously in the 3 bedroom apartments. They are very spacious and clean and great value

Staff are wonderful
Bed was terrible, hubby and I kept ending up in the middle, mattress was terrible.
No fan or aircon in the main bedroom.
Unfortunately our unit was on the road side and it was very loud.
The unit had a slight smell of old cigarette smell. This could be from other people smoking on the balcony and leaving the door open.
I suggest wash the block out curtains.
Location was good, pool good and plenty of parking good.

Room - The place is much bigger compared to others where we stayed when we go to Bendigo . It's clean and I love their walk in wardrobe.
Service - The staff are friendly
Location - Downside for me is it's a bit far walk to town. We always do morning walks and it's further walk compared to The Cathedral Motel where we stayed before. But by car, distance is not too bad.

Reception staff pretty rude , after a very real crisis situation when power went out overnight . Emergency numbers didn’t work , and we have to keep vital medication in fridge . Cleaners all good , friendly & helpful . Toilet door handle came off potentially locking you in if alone . Two light fittings not working . Reception told us we weren’t entitled to use second toilet and bedroom anyway . I don’t know which particular school of hostility she attended .

Quest apartments 489 High St Bendigo First I was quoted $488 for 2 nights for three adults. I was asked for my visa details to be held by Quest. Then 3 days before our trip $544 was taken off my visa account. Very cheeky I felt. When we arrived the apartment had 2 queens beds in two rooms. My adult daughters didn’t want to share a bed ( rightly so ) and after advising the office staff a fold up camp bed was provided. Not really suitable for adults. House keeping only supplied 4 tea bags and 4 coffee sachets each day with small long life milk There was a dishwasher but I thought it was cheap to only have 3 spoons folks knives etc in the draw. This I felt was very penny pinching considering the two nights was $544. Check out was 10 am and at exactly 10 am our swipe cards were electronically stopped. We had two suitcases in our car boot but our handbags were still in the apartment that we could not access. While my daughter went to advise the staff the lady in the apartment next to us was in the same situation with luggage in her car but her child now locked in the apartment. She resorted to climbing over the balcony to gain access. I just felt so disappointed as we didn’t feel valued as customers and the experience was in my opinion not worth the money.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find my room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, milk and coffee available and having a stove was a highlight so will keep that in mind for longer trips. Staff at the reception desk were so lovely. Will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised! Rooms are huge, well equipped, warm and comfortable.
The staff, Jack, is super friendly and very helpful.
I dropped a star only because of the spiderwebs in the entrance hall.
Everything else was perfect!

Nice rooms, spacious, clean, well appointed. Plenty of parking. Good service. Staff did their best to accommodate every request.

my review, it was fine, The room was nice, the staff was friendly. I will make this location my local of choice in future trips, i would liek some where to charge my vehicle though

I would highly recommend this hotel. rooms are very good. Cost is very economical . Staff go out of their wat to assist with anything.

I had made enquires checking about number of beds before booking 3 bedroom apartment that was meant to have 5 beds so was disappointed to arrive with only 4 beds made up and no extra linen to enable us to spilt one of the beds into 2 single. Horrendous road noise in master bedroom made it difficult to sleep plus ripped hole in the sheets was disappointing (see pic) .
The apartment was very spacious though so would be great size for a family. Also serviced everyday which was nice.
Could do with spring clean as cobwebs in ceiling corners.

I guess the reception today was incredibly frustrated that I called to tell her to tell that the room was in a bad state when I checked in, with:
Fly in my room
Dirt on the bathroom floor
Blood on the sheets
Hair on the sheets and in the bathroom
Dripping toilet which kept me up the whole night
Can’t find hair dryer
And said I should have let reception know earlier. I went down soon after I checked in but they weren’t there. They weren’t these this morning as well.

Highly recommend staying here. The apartment was spacious, lovely & clean, the bed was very comfortable and was just a lovely place to stay. I will be coming back and so will my family.

Had an unpleasant stay here on a very hot day. Started out with a tiny reception lobby that was crowded with more than 2 people in it. Neither of the access cards worked initially and had to be reprogrammed. Main room was nice and cool with the a/c on when we arrived, but the bedroom and ensuite (which was at the end of the passage, way from the only bedroom ?) were accessed off a passage and were very hot. Pedestal fan in the wardrobe was promising, but nowhere to plug it in as the power point was behind the (too-big-for-the-room) king bed and therefore of no use as the power cable didn't reach. No power point in the passage either, so no idea what use it was at all. No privacy curtains on the windows, so the drapes had to remain closed all the time, as the guests had to walk past our windows to access the building.8'clock in the morning, after a hot sleep in the hot bedroom, 40 minutes of renovations on the floor above, or furniture removalists, or something that was very loud banging. Our mini break turned into a can't-wait-to-get-back-home stay.

Great place for a business trip or getaway. Very friendly staff, great location. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment.

Great appartments. Spacious and very clean. Front of house, Tracey was fantastic to deal with she was very professional with great customer service. Highly recommend.

Could not have been better. The 2 bathrooms were of great benefit. The kitchen cupboards were very well stocked. The lounge and beds were both very comfortable, and the charge was very acceptable. We will be back.

A pleasant, clean and thankfully warm place to stay. Shops a short trip away (I walked - 20min) for provisions.

A nice apartment with everything you need to be comfortable. There was a strong closed up smell but besides that I enjoyed the stay.
