Wouldnt bother with this hotel says double beds but its 2 single beds pushed together the hotel manager calls me up and was 100% Rude after i left bad feedback dont bother guys stay some where nicer hotel and service is a joke

Wonderful serviced apartments, located close to city centre. Priced very reasonably. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

What a nice place to stay had a one bedroom apartment well fitted out. Service when checking in was very good. Some CBD locations could learn a thing or two from this place.

We visit this region regularly and have tried many accommodation options. These have included leasing via air b&b, local Motels, hotels and apartments. None of these come close to the convenience of the Quest at Wadonga or Albury. We are welcomed on each occasion with a friendly reception, clean well presented apartment, undercover security parking, within walking distance of the CBD. All the facilities one expects are within easy reach. Local restaurants are excellant and an easy walk, no need to get the car out or worry about a second glass of vino. The tariff is competitive and reasonable. We have yet to find fault and the staff are friendly and efficient

We stayed in the studio on the ground level. Room is clean and new. Location is great. Also visited the both 2 and 3 bedroom, both very impressive and with a large living room.

Our room was lovely and clean.
The Customer service/ receptionist ‘Shelley’ made our booking and sorted out a cancellation perfectly. Shelley also made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. 10/10 stars! Thanks Shelley and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed here twice now and LOVE it.
Apartments are spacious and modern. Also have a Gym and a Pool. Great for kids. Super close the supermarket and shops.

We have always been a loyal member to Quest - Wodonga. Its been 5 years we have been visiting and staying at Quest - Wodonga and I must say its one of the best accommodation so far I have ever come across. The rooms are very clean with a good size clean bathroom and kitchen. You get ample of parking. My reviews in the past were always 10/10 for each visit. And I must say the bed/ mattress they use is of top quality where we both enjoy a peaceful sleep after a busy hiking, sightseeing, long travel schedule. However, this time I was amazed and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a big sag at the edge of the bed. Plus I could feel the springs in the mattress which were hurting my back. We both had a disturbed sleep and I started to have a backache. To add more, the room was not at all sound proof and we could hear every thing from the next room. (Kids making loud noises/ playing around etc). The service was really good but the room wasn't. It's a request to the quest staff to please look into this issue. Shout out to Terry - at the reception who was just amazing and so patient.

We had such a lovely family stay at Quest Wodonga last weekend, the staff were wonderful, our room was spacious and super clean and with such beautiful views. Proximity to the town was so close also being walking distance to everything. We loved it.

We had a such a lovely stay at Quest,Wodonga. Very friendly and helpful staff. We also got free upgrade to superior apartment with a balcony. Very big and spacious self-contained apartment with all the facilities.
Apartment provides great breakfast to your room in the morning.

We had a paid upfront booking at the hotel to attend a nearby 50th birthday party in Wodonga which was unfortunately cancelled due to Covid. I contacted Quest Wodonga to cancel, and though I had selected a cheaper non-refundable room rate they fully reimbursed me. This was really fantastic of them, and they were super polite and helpful on the phone, so I cannot recommend more highly for excellent customer care.

Warmly greeted on arrival, with a very helpful front desk who was happy to give suggestions for dining, and attractions.
Studio room was well presented and clean upon arrival. Whilst being a generous size for myself (traveled alone).
Housekeeping staff were bubbly and happy to assist with anything required.
If another visit is required I'll gladly return.

Very cosy 0lace to have a meeting. I went there for the organisation planning meeting. Coffee machines, cups, all the rest, Audio and video options, morning tea, all were excellent.
Nice big glass windows.
When we had some problem support was quick.
Reception had a smiling person to direct.
I will go again to use this good facility in the heart of Wodonga.

Took a last minute booking for my family with virtually no notice, happily worked out the cheapest suitable option for us instead of defaulting to a larger room, and were exceptionally friendly, thorough, and courteous.
The accommodation was very clean, fitted with easy to use climate control and pristine linen with extra blankets and pillows already in the cupboard.
Having a full kitchen was a boon, and it saved a bunch of hassle for keeping the kids fed and happy for our all too brief stay.
Quite a delightful view of the sunrise from our little pad too.
I'm massively impressed.

The room was great however I was charged again on checkout even though I told the staff member I'd already paid through wotif. I was wrongly told that was only a credit hold and would be refunded. Now I need to go through the hassle of sorting out my refund with management due to this mistake by the staff member on checkout.

The room was comfortable enough with a full kitchenette and a balcony. Bathroom was decent, but the shower could have done with some minor repair.
There is sufficient secure parking which is a plus.
Close to shops with both Coles and Woolworths a few minutes walk away.
The big detractor for me was the lift being broken. We were advised at check-in that this would be fixed the following day, however this was not the case. Certainly made things difficult having to carry suitcases and bags up 4 flights of stairs. I guess we were lucky compared to some having to carry prams. Some form of compensation would have made this a bit easier to swallow.

The room was clean but there were no water bottles. The curtains were full of holes, and the room was not soundproof. The bed was against the wall where the lift was and you could hear all the conversations in the corridor, as well as the neighbour clearing his throat, doing his dishes, and grabbing his shower.
One of the bedside lamps stopped working late at night then exploded in the morning as we were getting ready and there was broken glass all over the bed.
When I told front desk, I was told they would put a note in the system not to put me next to a lift next time..

The rooms are good, location is good, comfortable beds and great parking ||The stand out for this quest is the team without a doubt. The front of house greet you with a smile and make you feel like your welcome, even the cleaners stop and smile in the morning and say good morning||By far the best quest I have stayed in and will be my request anytime I travel to that area

Super impressed with Quest Wodonga. We had a terrible experience at another hotel today due to cleanliness and had to leave. Called Quest at 7pm and managed to get a room for a super affordable price and at such late notice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. My family and I couldn't be happier. Especially after such a poor experience from the last place. Will definitely be bringing our business here from now on.

Studio room for the night, dinner at the restaurant was superb with wonderful wait staff. King bed probably needs re-newing but room was great. Got breaky pack with cereal, milk, poppy seed orange patty cake, orange juice and lemon slice! Very sweet breakfast. Would have prefered toast bread as the toaster was there.

Staying about a month due to work commitments.
Wonderful and friendly staff. Cleaners are very helpful and ask what you need.
Front desk also very helpful. Anything we'd needed was addressed promptly. Also allowed us to change room to get a different view and stored our excess luggage over Christmas while we traveled to Melbourne.

Stayed one night on the recommendation of a relative who stays here regularly. It is located just off the town centre. It's very new with lots of carparking. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed here for one night whilst travelling for work. Check-in was easy and efficient.
The room is a standard size with a small kitchen and a table. The bed was very comfortable, I got a good nights rest. Bathroom is well laid out and the water pressure was good.
There is a very good restaurant right next to the Quest and an RSL across the road.

Stayed here for a work conference; but my car broke down and had to stay longer than expected; was really impressed by the extra level of service they gave, was truly exemplary.
The restaurant was fantastic, too.

Stayed for a month great place to visit staff are very friendly and would highly recommend staying there again I was a bit concerned about the balcony cause I had a child that could of went over it but thay gave me a key to lock it so he couldn't get out there witch eased my worry lol place was spotless and staff was friendly I will stay there again

Seemed to be a great hotel, parking was ample and convenient, appearance was clean and modern and the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. However the one thing that is a deal breaker for me is the bed needs to be faultless as all I really want is a good nights sleep and could not believe it when I saw a big sag in the middle of the bed………Yes that equates to poor sleep early wake up and check out and a long drive home to get a descent nights sleep. So if you do decide to stay at Quest Wodonga make sure it’s not room 201B

Rubbish from previous occupation was still in the bin. Lift to basement car space wasn't operating which the person on reception didn't bother to mention. Table in the room also hadn't been wiped down. Noise from other rooms was annoying. Not good value for money.

They are fairly spacious and clean modern apartments in this complex. We booked one of the two bedroom units with friends. Most of the fundamentals are good here including the eating and lounge area, bedroom and bathrooms. The mattress, pillow and shower were broadly good too.
There were numerous quirks though that can’t be left unmentioned. There was basically no view from the apartment. What view there was was completely obscured by a large metal screen. It must have been a condition of planning approval for the building. It was the strangest thing being in the middle of a country town several floors up with absolutely no view. Bizarre.
Various smaller details weren’t well managed either. There was no salt and pepper, for example, a basic in any apartment accommodation. There are only small car parking spaces which makes it tight to park and remove belongings from vehicles. Entry to the car park is somewhat circuitous. Aircon arrangements in the rooms are also poor. There were no extra pillows either, usually standard in any accommodation. The clothes dryer wasn’t working either among other matters.
It’s an ok place but with numerous quirks as described. Sometimes you get to thinking that an old style country motel is not such a bad place after all.

Quest Wodonga is clean and modern, with good facilities. My King Studio room was a little interesting though - the king bed was really two singles side by side, and the 'complimentary' wifi is only valid for 500mb, regardless of stay length, which is a bit poor. Undercover secure parking is good, kitchenette and en-suite in the room we're spotless. Pool, gym, laundry facilities and enclosed second story walkway to neighbouring restaurant round out the package.

Quest provides a great room with modern facilities and comfortable bedding. Always great staying at quest. Modern and quite place to rest. Nice pub/restaurant across the walkway makes it handy for a nice meal and drink to relax.

Popped in as we needed an urgent accommodation. Met with lovely Shelley. She gave us a large apartment which could accommodate our whole family. She also gave us a discount as it was a last minute booking. She looked after us like a family member! We felt right at home. The place was spotless clean and services were close to 5 star standard. The room had a full bathroom with laundry and a full kitchen. There is an outdoor pool as well which was fun for the kids on a scorching hot day. The place is right next to Tesla Supercharger and all shops and restaurants are in walking distance. Halal cafes are only a stroll away - Junction Kebab and Ali Baba. We highly recommend Shelley and her hotel for a family stay.

Our family (us in 2brm, and others in two additional rooms) stayed here to be close to our Wodonga family for Christmas. Check in was seamless. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was an added bonus on those hot days. I love the little book library near reception- so handy! Proximity to town and direct access to the hotel/restaurant was perfect.
We were on the 1st floor and found the upstairs guests a little noisy but took it all in the fun of the festive season.

Never again, put us in room 301B, right next to the lift, we could hear the lift operating till past 1am, then started again just after 5am. Very little sleep, a waste of $147, would have been better camping in the car somewhere quiet. Very very very poor designed motel, to have a room share a common wall with a lift shaft, SO WRONG, drive on by.

Lovely place to stay. Nice and clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of in-room and external amenities. The adjoining restaurant to the hotel was a bonus. there was enough room at the time we stayed for a car with 5m trailer however it was a bit of a squeeze to get into the secure parking.

Rooms are ok.
1 bed exec apt - no bath just a shower.
No ducted air con.
No air con in bedroom!
Travelled in Jan. 2x 1 night stopover to Melb and back from Syd. Agoda price $223 then $253 per night cheaper than Quest direct. Car parking is extra.
Bins stank below apt 403 from heat couldn't use balcony. Get an even numbered room if you can. Noisiest dryer ever!!! Like truck air brakes! must be faulty as started stopped by itself. aircon was noisy. split system in living area only - none in bed. room stinking hot with it off so had to leave it on. Corridor and lifts airless and hot! To unload car burn to death in free parking or pay $10 to have some shade. it should be free - or plant some trees! reception staff are very nice. Sofa bed for kids only. was too hot for me in bed so I swapped out for a kid. It was not comfy at all! Snacks were cheap. Went to the Goods Shed for dinner. It's very close. Good food and craft beers.

I were here in the conference room doing St Johns First Aid training. The room was set up wonderfully. Fresh water and real glasses on all the tables. Awesome coffee machine with tea cups instead of cardboard cups. It was a great place to do a day of training.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Victoria.This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever in Wodonga.Staff were very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. The Quest is close to the city centre, Murray River , Hiking trails and a short drive to Albury NSW. There is so much to do in this beautiful town .

Great place to have a short break, the pub next door connected by an airial walkway has ambience and beautiful meals. The one problem is with the undergound car park. There are bollards all around the place that are too low to see from the car, all of them have been hit and unfortunately we also side swiped one because they are invisible when one is close to them. Hopefully the management will have enough complaints to do something about them unless of course they own the local panel beaters

Effortless stay, the staff made our life easy, everything was just as we’d asked for. Modern interior and spacious rooms (space for a suitcase and a port-a-cot in the main bedroom.
It was a benefit to be able to pay with points and pay from Qantas.

Car front end was torn off entering carpark and the hotel wont pay to repair, it was factory height car. Almost $4000 damage

Apartment was nice, but bed was uncomfortable - two single beds pushed together with a hard raised ridge down the middle. Pillows too soft. No electric blanket. No window to open for fresh air during night. Car park too small and cramped for the number of apartments. No-one available at reception for checkout. OK, but nothing to rave about, apart from proximity to Huon Hill Hotel, which serves great meals.

Although it was new and cleanish it completely lacks any style or atmosphere. We were allocated a room next to the elevator shaft where the vibrations of which could be felt throughout the night as the elevator ascended and decended and the noise of the announcement of the floor we were on and the ding of the door echoing through the walls. Our room was apparently a 2 bedroom apartment but it was two small units with adjoining doors with no space big enough for the four of us to gather together. besides the soullessness of the apartments Wodonga itself doesn't have much going for it either . Stay in Albury if you are just passing through.

A clean and well managed establishment that's just a 10min walk from central Wodonga and its shops and cafès. The area is quiet at night and not near busy roads, so getting a room with a balcony that looks on to the surrounding countryside wouldn't be ruined by the sound of heavy traffic.The room I stayed in had two good sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The combined dining and TV area wasn't cramped and was replete with the usual furniture, which did its job but won't win any design awards. The kitchen area was part of the main thoroughfare in and out of the room, and had all the facilities needed to knock up a good meal. My room was clean but just on the cusp of needing a little attention. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. Probably one of the best places to stay in Wodonga.

Accommodation is spacious with kitchenette including microwave. Have a wonderful nights sleep in a quiet location.
Free, secure parking on-site and attached to the Huon Hotel, if you need somewhere to eat/drink.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely fanastic accommodation staff are awesome helpful would recommend Quest Wodonga to anyone home away from home the best place to stay.
