Woefull meals to small.Staff no help, not worth it.Asked for manager, good one, didn't even come over. Some staff obviously have issues and should be supervised closely, but not. Hopeless sack them all won't be back .

We stopped here for lunch and ended up Rockin n rolling to the very entertaining one man band. I love the idea of live Music from Wed to Sunday from 11am. More clubs should follow suit!. Food was lovely, coffee was hot just as I like it and the service was quite friendly. 5 out of 5 for me.

Went for lunch on the 6/01/2024 wait staff 5 star. Our entrees where really good and we where excited about the mains. Mains where a little let down after the entrees. It was not bad just we expected more. Really I would like to give a 3.5 star review.

We came to the RSL to have lunch. My wife ordered the fish which was priced at $22 odd. The cashier did not say anything about a $10 members lunch for the same product. SMALL pieces, and definitely not worth the price. After meal, staff came along to clean up, dropped knives and forks on her with no real apologies, we called for the manager who only said my wife could have a coffee, , put off pocket for aged pensioners by at least $12.00. Come back at night to utilise vouchers, better than day time. Not happy

Waited nearly an hour for our meal. The food was barely edible. We left still hungry. Won't be back!!!

Waited 45 minutes for a meal and when i asked for a refund they gave me a cold roast beef meal. The reason was because they were busy. Meals ordered after us were delivered. The servers were delivering 1 meal at a time, although some were delivering 3 at a time. Worst meal and service I have ever had

"Visited this RSL with my family today and found it to be quite spacious, housing two distinct restaurants: one self-service and the other catering-oriented. The venue features gaming machines and is user-friendly. It offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with reasonably priced meals. Additionally, there's an option to place bets on horses via the tap system. I'd happily recommend this place for others to explore. Membership isn't a prerequisite, but joining offers slight discounts on meals and drinks, making it an appealing option for regular visitors."

Unfortunately not a pleasant evening tonight at the Redcliffe RSL. My husband and I attended tonight hoping to have a nice evening. We walked in and ordered which we had no issue with the server behind the counter was polite she even kept apologising because it was so loud none of us could hear what was being said. After we ordered we did a lap of the venue to discover no tables were available. We stood off to the side along with other patrons waiting for others to leave. We decided to have a walk around again to see if a table was free to which there wasn’t, no issue was happy to wait. I asked one of the staff after about 15mins what happens if no one leaves where do we all eat. She asked her manager to which the reply was “we can’t really do anything unfortunately”. Anyway our food came out and the staff member walked up to us to give us the food however we still had no table. We asked her what to do to which she suggested we sit at a table that already had a family at it and simply move some chairs, to which we declined as it was there table they were sitting, eating at. I told the staff member we would sit at one of the reserved tables and move to another once one became available, she put the food down and walked away us thinking no issue. Not even 2 mins later one of the floor staff came up to us and told us we couldn’t sit there. To which we asked where we could sit only again to be told not their problem and that it was Friday night. When I then asked to speak to the manager as my husband and I didn’t plan on sitting on the floor, the wait staffer stormed off. The manager came over immediately in a huff stating loudly we had to move table and that we shouldn’t swear at the staff member who told us to move. I told her no such thing happened even the table next to us tried to jump in and confirm our story but the duty manager didn’t want to hear it and shut them down quickly. I then stated that we also hadn’t received all the food we ordered, which only made her more aggressive. At this point she was yelling at us with no solutions and just accusing us of things that hadn’t happened. My husband and I looked at one another and decided we would leave as no solution was offered and didn’t feel like being abused by the manager. I asked for a refund which she refused and when I objected and said she hasn’t even given us what we ordered that she either needs to provide the service or a refund. She stated I was wrong and that I had no idea what I was talking about. I stated unless she provides the food we ordered she can’t just charge us as it’s then a scam. She became infuriated and continued yelling, my husband stood up at this point and told her we would be leaving and that we will require a refund. She stormed off mumbling we could have a refund. She then printed me off an itemised receipt at my request as she kept yelling at me earlier that the items we hadn’t been given weren’t on it. My husband and I looked at the receipt and found they were listed as we stated to her. I then called the venue once we returned home hoping to speak to someone higher to report the behaviour. The reception area tried to transfer me to the duty manager I stated no and asked if someone higher was onsite to speak with and would have to call back Monday as that is when someone will be in. We will call Monday and report as it was a horrible experience and shouldn’t have happened. We have read some of the other reviews and seems to be a regular occurrence by this duty manager to treat patrons this way. It especially hurt that this venue treated its customers this way as my husband is a veteran himself and we enjoy looking at the displays downstairs and we know a lot of the people who attend and they are vets themselves.

This is an RSL with great water views from within the restaurant. Laid back venue that has dining, sports lounge, gaming facilities, bars etc. Food arrives quickly and with a smile. Vegan options available in the dining area with comfortable seating. Food is pub quality and can tend to be a little dry if you eat late. Parking is minimal but there is access to public parking over the road. Venue is appropriate to all ages. Some live entertainment on various days of the week www.redcliffersl.com.au for more information.

The venue itself is just amazing, staff friendly, and food prices are great. So why do you ask if all is good? You give it a 1 star. I tell you why, fish and chips with a salad, to me is not box fish, with a white tasteless look. A golden brown crispy battered is way better, the box fish tonight tasted like cardboard with a fishy disgusting taste, rather take it off your menu than serve such disgusting meal, doesn't make the hard working chef's look good.

Redcliffe RSL, located at Irene Street, Redcliffe, is right across the road from the Anzac Park area & beautiful Moreton Bay. The peninsula bus service runs right past the RSL. There is also a smaller size car park nearby. This car park has a limited number of disabled parking spaces available. There is also a car park across the road from the RSL, but it is mainly used for other purposes with other businesses nearby. A user friendly drop off point is located at the front entrance. This allows anyone with Wheelchair Disabilities to access the RSL with a minimum of fuss. Redcliffe RSL no longer requires people visiting this establishment to use the QR scanning. The staff at the main reception area are very welcoming & ensure everything is done to make you feel welcomed. There are plenty of hand sanitising stations located in the front entrance & also in & around the club. There is a lift in the foyer area of the RSL for wheelchairs. There are escalators & stairs that take you up to the Level one. The restaurant located on Level One of the RSL has an excellent selection of meals available for everyone, including people who have special dietary requirements, I was more than impressed with my meal. Excellent live entertainment is regularly available & the open floor plan on Level 1 makes it easy to get around. There is a gaming area on the same level, as well as toilets that are suitable for people with disabilities. There are excellent views of Moreton Bay & the Redcliffe beach area & surrounding park area. The park area is also used by the RSL to conduct any formal duties such as Anzac Day. All in all, I found the RSL an excellent place to visit & enjoy all the facilities. The RSL has a Sub Branch on site for Veterans, requiring to see any staff member in the sub branch. The Redcliffe RSL has a memorabilia display, which is worth the time when visiting this establishment. It's definitely worth a visit to enjoy a great meal & a refreshing drink with family and friends.

Our group went to the RSL again, for lunch and for some of us the meals were a disappointment not up to their usual yummy standard. Been to Redcliffe RSL several times. Our group has had lunch there. Lovely looking out over the water. Entertainment is good. I had Chicken Chasseur for lunch and would go back just for that. Delicious. Prices are good. My lunch was $19, a bit cheaper if you're a member.

My dad Jack Arthars loved going to rsl . The staff were so kind, they expected him and had his coffee ready on arrival. The day we informed them he had passed the staff made his coffee and put it at the table where he always sat. My sister and I took mum for her 84th bday last night. Darrin who was the entertainment made mum feel very special. The meals were so tasty and huge serving, great value. The staff were polite and friendly...they all looked like they loved being there. On the menu was a GG burger. GG is the name my dads great grand kids called him. A beautiful coincidence for our family. Thank you for such a lovely memorable night. You guys really care.

Love the quiet respectful but busy ambience. Food choices in the Diggers lounge are more than reasonable and great value. Love going on Friday night to ear, drink, socialise, be entertained and watch the dancing.

Lovely spot to have dinner upstairs. Staff are friendly, meals came out quick regardless to the line up being quite awhile. It was fabulous. Food was well portioned and delicious. Drinks were reasonably priced.

I've been twice in the last couple months. Extremely ample venue, very minimal parking at times, large gaming section and highly staffed venue. Majority of staff were just unfriendly and miserable. Toilets were filthy. I went in there and there was a strong smell of urine and down the wall was some sort of liquid dripping onto the ground I assume to be urine. Portion size of food is quite minimal but value for money is good as the meals are low cost. Food was pretty poor in taste, have had better many times. Membership is cheap, only $5 for five years. Although, be careful when becoming a member though, they blitz you with around ten emails a fortnight with the worst offers on food and live entertainment, it is barbaric. Disappointed about the no hat rule. I do not really get it, does not make any logical sense hat or not to me. Maybe if I was wearing a war helmet they would say different haha.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Had a terrible customer service experience with an old lady when entering this RSL for lunch today. Completely rude and demanded to see our IDS even though we are both in our 30s (which we found quite comical and stupid to start off with as we have kids ourself and don’t look underage in the slightest) but the real issue was her attitude was terrible. I don't know how she got a job in hospitality as she’s got such a sour vibe. We just ended up leaving. Just a terrible first impression as we've been to this club multiple times and never had an issue in the past and usually enjoy the food and the service. But due to the lady attitude, we will never be returning.

Good food and a great location near Redcliffe beach. Nice balcony to sit outside not far from the water. Decent prices for what I got and I will be back here in future. There is council parking opposite the club and around the corner.

Friendly staff, quick service for bringing food out and clearing plates away too. Food was great and very reasonable prices. My only gripe was the live Tuesday lunch music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation across the table and we were a distance from the musician. She was great just way too loud.

Disgusting behaviour shown from your manager Nicole V tonight. We had a friends dinner which was served cold. She ordered steak and chips. Upon her receiving this meal she found the chips and steak cold. We informed our waiter who was great by the way. Then over comes Nicole wanting to have an argument with us regarding the meal. We requested a thermometer to test the temp of the meal which she was not interested in doing but instead argue with us. We are dining out and as paying customers deserve a lot more respect then we received tonight. Even too the point she suggested we eat elsewhere. Upper management please do something with this lady. She is destroying this place…. Until Nicole is taken off manger duties I suggest you eat elsewhere or don’t complain lol

Celebrated Australia Day with our whole family today, 14 very happy Aussies! All meals, which were very substantial and very well priced, were thoroughly enjoyed by all and arrived in no time. I joined this RSL even though I live in Brisbane CBD I was that impressed. Singer did a great job too and had several dancers up having a great time. Will definitely be back!

Been going to the RSL for 10 years, today was the worst experience in all that time. On arrival we decided to play some keno. On presenting our tickets to Ross at the bar he tried to process them but said the machine wouldn't accept them and had to do it manually, this put out rockets on different games to start with as he mucked one up and has to cancel it and redo it. He was saying he had reported the machine wasn't working properly earlier but nothing had been done about it. An out of order sign could have been put on it so people could go straight to the pokie room and do them there instead of waiting 10 minutes while they were done manually. Next my wife went to get drinks, once again served by Ross who didn't know how to make her soda, lime and bitters or how to swipe her membership card. This took her just as long as it took me to do the keno, when she got back our food had arrived and hers had gone cold. Not enough bar staff, as the line was backing up. Also the musicians volume was way too loud for such a small venue, we weren't in the auditorium and we had trouble hearing each other so we had to move. Staff need more training and if they are training it should say so on their name badges.

23 Dec 2023 Should have walked out at the top of the stairs on hearing a very loud very bad singer. No floor staff so asked cashier where my reserved table was but she couldn't hear me. We moved into the heat on the balcony to avoid the noise. No menu so walked to ask for one which they don't use, 15 minutes later we worked out the tag on the table linking our phones to a Web page. We yelled our orders over the noise and food arrived in good time however I bought a glass of wine and 1 serve muscato @ $26+, absolute robbery!! The food arrived, well my roast obviously had veg from the Coles frozen food section, disgusting! All the meat was fine but no salad dressing on any of 4 meals, cafeteria salt sachets and serviette dispenser, a water fountain no bottles! ........... Need I say more?
