We had the best customer service by Ben! 10/10, he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our experience here. Will definitely come back, the atmosphere was great and the venue looks absolutely gorgeous

Unfortunately, poorly mixed cocktails and below quality food offerings.
After having a bad cocktail experience in the main restaurant at the reef view, I decided to give the lounge a try, although I didn’t want to order one of the “house cocktails” as that is what was made poorly for me the night prior. I asked for a simple vodka martini with kettle one citrus vodka (they only have that, absolute vanilla, and Smirnoff… and who wants Smirnoff?). The martini was watered down to a point where the taste was off, and I’m not even sure if they added vermouth at all.
We also had the burger (lower than airplane quality) and the club sandwich (not bad at all, but I took off the quite fatty ham which was served on the sandwich).
Just stick to wine and beer here, or perhaps straight up liquor. Don’t get them involved in mixology or you’ll be sorry. Staff was kind and nice however!

There is also a lobby bar where you can get alcoholic drinks, coffee and bar food and watch sports or the live music they have at night time. Unfortunately barista wasn’t particularly friendly.

So while checking in - get a upgrade - $365/night to a $700/night place. Wow. Then book for a further 2 nights. Was amazing - heated pools, views, the island was so cool. The breakfast is also epic! Please do.

Shocking service on the two times we went. Waited 45 mins for a plate of chips for the kids. My mum had to go up 3 separate times to get these. They had completely forgotten the order.
The second time we went, we waited 30 mins for two drinks. From the time we arrived to the time we left, our table was still full of the old drinks and rubbish from several other guests who had been there before us.
The staff were pretty unfriendly and unhelpful.

Recently refurbished, re-opened on 25th of June. Great atmosphere, quiet music in background. Good selection of drinks and finger food. Open from 10am till late. Great to chill with friends after a day on the beach or a boat ride...
3 big screen TVs to keep you entertained as well.

Quite place for lunch and not the cheapest however the food came out quickly and it was fresh.cant say too much as its hard to stuff up a club sandwich.i thought the fresh avo really made it.

Its our third time visiting the island and its absolutely the most relaxing holiday you could wish for.
Reef view hotel was fine. Service was good. Bath rooms dated. Beds not very comfortable, need an update. Overall a good stay.

If you go to reef lounge ensure you have 30min to wait for your drink. Gets busy and the young staff they have do there best.

Had pre dinner drinks with entree snacks. A local musician playing was an added bonus.
Nice atmosphere, very tropical and open french doors made it relaxing and enjoyable to drink with friends.

Great social spot, great drinks, the live music on the night we visited left a lot to be desired... The man on the guitar was butchering every song :-/

Comfy, well styled hotel lounge bar. Nothing to fault really. The resort hosted a Trivia Night there which was a good laugh.

Beautiful location, all staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Reef lounge is a great way to end the day with some great live entertainment. Rooms are very spacious, along with the bathrooms which have a large bath & seperate shower cubicle. Rooms have iron & board, table & chairs, seating, and a good size balcony that gets regular visitors!

This bar is a must when on Hamilton Island!
Staff are super friendly, personable and helpful! Had a particularly lovely lady, Sarah, who made us feel very welcome with amazing customer service!
Wide range of drinks available and the cocktails were absolutely delicious!

A classy bar with great atmosphere. Good selection of alcohol behind the bar. Plenty of seating both indoors and out on the patio.
Service is quick and staff are friendly.
Can get quite busy as the evening goes on.
