Went there on Wed evening with friends and colleagues. It was quite fun, especially the card games.
They have got xbox and other games as well, though we didn't really play.
Food was good, we ordered most of the items from Small Bytes, Kilobytes and Megabytes menu. Vegetarian Momos and Nachos were delicious.
Excellent customer service.
We will return for sure. Recommended for groups.

Was there for the SLAM! Event last night, the themed drinks were awesome and the staff incredibly friendly. Will be back!

Very good place to hangout with friends.I loved the food and the service was amazing. Went there for the wrestling event was lit 🔥 . Definitely recommended.

SUPER expensive venue hire. Mortified we had to pay $75/hr for 3 pool tables on top of costly venue hire. Surely this cost should be incorporated in hire fee. Food expensive & kitchen closed at 8pm on Sat night. 2 staff were fine, 1 didn't want to be there. Ladies toilets are DISGUSTING! Look like they've never been cleaned. Certainly needs addressing. Hire a cleaner! Or new staff duty. Unacceptable state! The part goers had a great night but GREAT expense! Potential but would love to see money put back into the place.

SO FUN OMG!!! There was a SLAM! live pro wrestling event and it was absolutely incredible!! The wrestlers were so talented!! And the bar staff are so nice!

Reload has been a go to in the city for me for years. Was there for their collab with Slam Pro Wrestling last night which added a whole nother level to the atmosphere

Not a safe space for POC
We chose to leave due to a colleague having to get white colleagues to vouch that they were part of our Christmas party. It was behaviour from only one staff member as our colleague had been served and added to our tab by other staff members. When seeking an apology the manager denied the experience of our colleague and not even an apology was offered.
Extremely disappointing, this was supposed to be an accepting space.

I've been following this place for years wanting to go and i finally managed to. It was pretty good, the food and service was great. The venue itself was just disappointing. Overall pretty good and I'd go back.

It's an ok place. If they would have had bit mire games, that would have been good. Plenty of improvements can be done. We had finger foods, was good, but still can improve.

I highly recommend this place if you want to hire a space for a casual function. We had my wife's 30th birthday celebration in the balcony area upstairs. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a really good time. The pool tables were a hit and so was karaoke. They provided plates and spoons etc. for the cake we brought in too. Thank you Reload, for helping us put on such a good night with our friends.

Had an incredible night at reload this past Saturday.
Had an absolute epic burger and a great cocktail.
They also put on a massive Wrestling event with Slam pro wrestling league in the back alley, it was Tremendous!

Great venue and better staff. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful to accommodate all our needs. Food came out quick and every dish was delicious. It was our second booking and would definitely recommend.

Great location near Tram. Great menu and food with plenty to do with Games, Pool and Karaoke. Try the Homer Burger.

Great food, friendly service and an enjoyable place to enjoy a few drinks with friends. Perfect if you are booking a mid-sized function or event. The cheeseburger spring rolls and beef quesadillas were particularly delicious! Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and drinks. They have Mario cart and guitar hero, and other games free to play. We went on a Saturday night and wasn’t overly crowded. The DJ was also very good. Highly recommend it!

Good food and a great event (went there for a work Xmas party) the activities organised were excellent. The pool tables needed a bit of adjustment, but were serviceable.

Gaming devices need an upgrade, only played guitar hero but one of the buttons were sticky and didn't work. Cocktails were decent though

Evertime i go to Reload the atmosphere is awesome, always a nice venue with great events. This time I went for the Slam Pro Wrestling event at Reload. It was fantastic!!!

Awesome place for anyone who's into video games/pop culture.
The atmosphere is the real deal here, plenty of consoles, neon lights and pop culture references everywhere.
Very friendly staff and attendants, reasonably priced will definitely visit again.
