Wish I had read the reviews first, but waited 1 hour and 10 mins for the adult meals to come out and that was an hour after the kids meals, saw multiple people seated after us getting same meals we had ordered a half hour or more before us, this sort of wait makes one really hope it was worth it, but for me the fancy named seafood basket was disappointing fish was dry and tasteless, 2 massive king prawns with heads still on tasted OK, salt pepper squid was mediocre, salad wasn't worth having on the plate all a bit overpriced but hey I think we're paying for the reno costs, all in all the place is beautiful and the staff were great, but meal wise you can get nicer for half the cost (follow my reviews) we'll do one more visit and do cake and coffee but wouldn't do meals there again.

We’ve been here in different occasions. Today we celebrated a birthday party with more than 30 people.
The restaurant is very organised and serves exquisite food. Everybody was happy with their meals. Pizzas. Tomahawks. Bowls. Burgers.
Great cocktails too.
The kids had a blast in the playing area.
The atmosphere is fantastic and the service exceptional.

We're locals. Thought we have lunch. Very nice interior and atmosphere. Was quite busy with 3 birthdays on. We kinda understood food and drinks may take a bit longer to serve. Staff very nice. Waited 15min for drinks and entree. Then 45min for mains. Which was a bit too long. Food was ok but not worth the prices. Tables were sticky. Ask ed staff to wipe it down. Ended up doing myself. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. Maybe have few beers at there sports bar

We enjoyed a relaxing evening on the Rezz's outdoor area. The fans kept us cool and comfortable, and the playground while small is great for keeping the kids entertained. The atmosphere was quiet outside, but echo's off all the stone and tile inside getting quite loud, outside on a nice afternoon is perfect for winding down after a long week.
The service was excellent! Bar and wait staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Coffin Bay Oysters: Delicious–a great way to start the meal.
Orecchiette con Pollo: My wife loved this – flavourful and perfectly cooked.
45-Day 400gm Yardstick Rib Eye: This is the second time my steak has been overcooked from what was ordered, it is not a steak restaurant keep that for the other places that specalise. Stick to pastas, pizzas, and burgers if you love steak.
Kids Nuggets: No complaints, there never is.
Overall we had a positive experience at The Rezz. The outdoor seating, attentive and quick service, and delicious pasta dish made for a pleasant evening. While the steak was disappointing, the rest of the food was good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. I would recommend this spot for a casual family dinner, just skip the steak!

We along with three other couples enjoyed dinner at the Z- Restaurant last Sunday evening. Place was very busy when we arrived but we received attention from one of staff very quickly and received drinks very promptly. Shortly after we were asked if we were ready to order meals and our orders were taken. Despite the place being very busy, we received all our meals in very good time. Meals were very generous in size and quality was very good. Staff were exceptional and I would like to make special mention of Murillo who looked after us and went the extra yard to make sure that everything was OK. A great experience all round! Well done!

Food was fine, nothing special nothing particularly bad. The service however was slow and for the price that was demanded the portions sizes especially for the pizza is ridiculous. We ordered the Rezz pizza ($28) and the Mediterranean lamb kofta ($23).

Very poor service from this establishment. Ordered starters which arrived without issue. Then waited nearly an hour and still starter plates on table with no mains. Spoke with staff behind bar and assured on way. Waited another 15 and still starter plates on table and had to chase main meal up again. Waiting staff took no ownership of station and completely ignored all night. Meal room was only a quarter full.

This restaurant is beautiful and pretty aesthetic. I only had dessert there and a cappuccino as an afternoon tea as I was nearby. I tried the Barattolo Dolce and it tasted amazing. I tried the strawberry and lemon sorbet also but they were pretty average nothing special about them though. The restaurant was super spacious and they must’ve hired a great architect as I’m pretty sure they’ve redeveloped the restaurant. Honestly the only ick I got from this place was the staff seemed a bit intimidating

This place is almost exactly what you would expect from a pub run in an Italian neighbourhood. Its new facelift is gorgeous, The food is bloody excellent, there’s a good range of Italian beers on the menu and a wonderful wine list. It is extremely loud which does make it slightly difficult for a relaxed dinner, but maybe that’s because it’s full of patrons, and pubs are full of a patrons for a reason. There is a another dining space, which I assume is for a higher end (and maybe quieter) dining experience which I also assume would be excellent. Head on over if you’re in the neighbourhood

The Rezz Hotel was a crazily busy place. The food was nice & the service was friendly. It was a little too hectic for my liking and maybe this caused the chefs to be under the pump and provide me with a rare steak not medium rare. But otherwise I'd recommend the Rezz to people wanting to go out somewhere nice. The establishment is beautiful with amazing decor and lighting.

The only reason for giving four stars, is because it took some time for our main meals to come out. Otherwise, this place was fantastic. Beautiful modern decor, with beautiful lighting and real plants. Love the play area for the kids, and the big TV's for the adults. Lovely outdoor area too, not quite complete but when it's all finished I'm sure it will be even more lovely. Despite coming on a busy Saturday night, where we were told they were 3 chefs down, the staff were not flustered but were very polite, and even apologetic. When the food did come up, it was all very good. Generous servings and visually well presented. A little bit expensive, but worth it for what you get. I would come again!

Such an awesome experience! Would highly recommend to anyone but even more so if you have young kids. The indoor playground is a huge win and the food was delicious and really well priced. We had arancini balls, seafood pasta, steak, churros and the salted caramel popcorn martini which was to die for! Our 2 year old had a kids meal fish and chips which was a great size and quality (definitely not what you get from the supermarket freezer isle like other places) and came with juice and ice cream for $12. We’re travelling from interstate and we’re super jealous of anyone who has this as their local. If we’re ever in town again we will be sure to visit!

Service was good and meal came out quickly. I had a pizza which was soggy, missing some of the included toppings and had to be eaten with a knife and fork. My wife had the seafood combo with a fancy name which was also missing part of the included salad. Reported this to 2 staff members who were not interested and offered no explanation nor compensation. This was a second visit to this hotel but there won't be a third.

Seated by very grumpy waitress, who later ignored me twice when I went to the bar, had to get own water and glasses for the table. All meals ordered at the same time and we were assured multiple times the meals would come out together. Nope. The people who got meals first were finished eating and we were waiting on food for the other 8 people on the table.
Food was ok, certainly not great. Will not go back

Really impressed with Rezz Hotel. There are many different eating areas on offer, huge bar, it's light and airy and has wood pizza ovens. The staff were friendly and meals arrived quickly. The pizza's were great. Only down side was that some of the tables were left uncleaned for a while after patrons left. Great spot to visit.

Our first time at the Rezz last night, wow such a beautiful place! A nice and spacious restaurant were you don't feel cramped next to the people near you. The food was amazing too. We had a variety of meals from pizzas seafood pastas and salads. Lots of dessert options as well. We were all very impressed. My daughter just informedme some of the kids arcade games were free too. We will definitely be back!

Notice the difference ? 1 month apart visits.
The food has been consistent with our visits. Although brunch ends a little too early for my comfort.
Atmosphere is the whole reason I visit this place, perfect for a walk before brunch at the park opposite the place.

Nice asthetic upgrade and pleasant surroundings. In whole the staff appear to be under too much pressure of handeling so many seats and i feel the quality of service dropping. Our meals took a long time and brought out in dribs and drabs ( biggest pet hate) I ordered the lamb pizza. When I eventually received it it barely had 2 table spoons of protein. Very unhappy with that. The meat that i did get however was very tasty. Also my and every other pizza I saw was way to thin in the middle therefore was wet and droopy. Really needs to be addressed to bring the quality and standard up. Accoustics were also very loud. Hard to have a conversation with the person across the table from you. Toilets look nice, happy you dont need to put your hands on a door to go in and out. The pool of urine on the floor by the urinal wasnt very pleasant to walk into. Make me wonder if these are checked immediately before the dining room opens and during service? Inexcess of 200 people over 5 hours is worthy of having an intermediate clean. ( constructive feedback )

New and improved. Restaurant prices more than pub ones, but the food was up to this standard and the waiting staff were excellent. Allowed us to store the cake in their freezer.

I had a large booking of 20 ppl last night and realised I needed an extra table & some chairs. The cafe was completely booked out and there were no spare tables but Chris came to the rescue & went and plucked one out of thin air. Not only that his service was exceptional and so too the rest of the staff. Thank you for looking after us Rezz team. The food, wine & service was 10/10.

Great atmosphere, great food, love the kids play area! Only need a bit more attention from the staff. I ordered a kids cup of water with a straw. The guy bought the cup to the table and it had ice, a straw and no water. I asked "Sorry, could I please have some water in here?" He snapped at me and said "you ordered only ice!". No... I didn't. I never mentioned the word ice. It wouldn't make sense to order a cup with ice and a straw. I work in hospo and his attitude stunk.

Good service and great looking restaurant. Food was average, big breakfast consisted of cheap ingredients and frozen hash brown. The sausage was plain and not as advertised.

Good food and staff were attentive but inside is extremely noisy and the outside seating has a smoking area right next to it so you can't escape smoke. We were there with an asthmatic, young children and a baby and it was almost constant smoke. Terrible, it ruined our experience.

Amazing place and Lovely Staff!!! ♥️
We had our intimate Civil Wedding ceremony here and we loved everything about it. The restaurant staff were so polite and accommodating. They took good care of our guests. I want to particularly mention Sue, she was such a breeze to communicate with and was very thorough with the details of the event. She coordinated really well with our other suppliers. The food was delicious, affordable and had good feedback from our guests. The place had a cozy, contemporary interior that went well with the theme of our event. It is also just across the road to the park if you want a touch of nature on your photos. Definitely worth checking this place out for events and even just a casual catch up with family/friends ♥️♥️♥️

3rd time visiting now different issues every time safe to say we will pass this now. Same issues re the food though which is not good. Food is bland, over priced and not at all value for money. Also had to wait 45 mins for a stake, burrito bowl and calamari. We had to go twice to check on our food as it was 45 mins already. The guy who went checking on my food I had to go check on him never found him lol!
