We tried the $10 burger special on Monday and it was really nice, there a a range to choose from.
Very friendly staff and the food comes out very quick. Good play area for the kids

Went to play drag bingo. What a fantastic night we had and the hosts were incredible. So much fun. Next time though I won't bother ordering food, I'll eat somewhere else before hand.

Went for tea for my sister’s birthday this week. The standard parma was lovely, and other guests enjoyed their dishes. What to be aware of is that the halloumi chips are battered, not grilled, and not a generous serve. A bucket though for the middle aged woman serving on the bistro counter. She’s brusque to the point of rudeness and should not be in a client facing role. So I’m taking off 2 points for that.

Went for a meal before drag BINGO. Although a parma is only $15 just not worth it. Cold, flavourless, manufactured. Cold chips. Salad with cheap dressing. Just do the bingo

We have been twice in the past week and our experience was excellent. The food was served promptly and everyone enjoyed their dishes. The grandkids and the adults loved the Halloween theme and the effort put into this display is to be commended. Great family friendly bistro with a good selection of dishes at a reasonable price.

We had lunch there on our way to a wedding. The staff were fantastic in the way they looked after us. Will go back again.

We had a party of five for Dinner Friday Night all our meals were correct as ordered they were hot and filling also everyone had a wonderful meal and evening will be back again Thank you Ringwood RSL.

We both had seniors 200 gm rump steak (despite it being Tuesday Parma night). Some of the best steak we have had for ages. No fat at all and beautifully cooked. Staff were very friendly and we could not have been happier with food and service.

Unfortunately for us, it is one of the worst meals we have had in a long time.
Don't know if we'll go back .
I had chicken schnitzel chips and vegetables vegies too soft chips soaked in oil gravy tasted like mud.
My wife had Laksa with prawns. We had to send that one back and replaced it with a Lamb Shank.
That one was just ok.

This is a great place to have family lunches and dinners.
The staff are friendly and efficient, the food quality is very good, the variety is very good, the sizes of the meals are "large", and the ambience quite nice.
Prices are very reasonable.
Have a playground to the kids.
Love the effort they go with on decorating for special occasions like Halloween and Christmas

The food was really good. Medium steak was cooked to perfection. The Dean’s burger also should be tried. The spicy sauce was really good. The middle eastern Shawarma was a good choice. Thanks chef.

Six of us dined at the Ringwood RSL Bistro on Mothers Day. Both food and service was very good, as was the atmosphere. We really enjoyed the experience.

Nice place and easy to get too. Lady on reception was very friendly.
Meals were nice when they weren't thrown at you by the lad bringing them out.

My side chips and salad for $10 - chips were hot and fresh, salad a tad sad and hardly any dressing, portions could be bigger but they were sides so I guess ok; great service from Leanne - very friendly; unfortunately a piece of plastic in my friend’s Singapore noodles (he didn’t want to tell you because he was embarrassed but I just had to let you know)

I was pleasantly surprised with this place, a friendly and warm environment with some wonderful staff. The tapas style entrees are varied and very tasty. The calamari was A1. I had the hot burger and they were happy to change out the chips to sweet potato. This burger blew my mind and I would definitely come back just for this. My girlfriend had the steak sandwich and also was super happy. I can't wait for my next visit.

I visited the Ringwood RSL for my birthday. It was quite a mixed feeling during the visit as one of machine wasn't working, lady in reception attempt her best to serve all customers by herself. I managed to get the membership, it took sometime for me to take a seat and ordering food experience wasn't really great as staff in the bar/order taker wasn't friendly but rather bit of way state what do you want. Food we ordered alright but a small hair found while we slice the parma. we managed to receive a replacement but it was after manager denied that they had no staff with short hair and perhaps it's hair from chicken we were told. I tried to keep in a positive mood as possible with kids so I haven't thought to put review but I would like to pass the message to management to improve service for the future.

I am a regular customer at the RSL. 2-3 months ago l had won $1100 while playing a machine. I put reserved on my machine to go to the toilet when l returned l found someone had played the free games and collated my ticket. They cashed the ticket in and had left with my money. The manager Jack said they couldn't help with my money that had been stolen. I went to the police and made a statement. Turns out the 2 girls that stole my money were known to police. Even though l had been going to the RSL for over 9 years and a regular customer, l was brushed off by the staff. Yesterday a gentleman who l was telling about what had happened to me stood up to the staff for me, regarding my lost money, l was harrased by a staff member today and told that l shouldnt be telling anyone about it. I called them to let them know l didn't appreciate being put on the spot and that l will no longer be going there. Truly disappointed.

Had the crab burger and a side of onion rings. This is new to the menu and very tasty, onion rings very crisp and tasty as well.

Had a function here recently and can not speak highly enough of how well the night went. Staff were brilliant and ensured the night went exactly as planned. They were very professional throughout the night and provided great service to all who attended. Would highly recommend anyone looking to host a function check out the Ringwood RSL.

First time at the RSL, not sure where to go for dinner. The front desk was very helpful.
Great atmosphere for a Friday night dinner with friends too.
Had the Lamb Shank, good value.

Fantastic Burrito Bowl
Today for lunch I ordered the Barramundi
Buritto Bowl - A good serve of grilled barramundi on top of a lovely
serve of rice, tomato salsa, charred corn, black beans with avocado and
sour cream ($26). Highly recommend this burrito bowl - delicious.

Dined for dinner. I had the Thai beef salad which was good & hubby had the pork parma & said that was good too. I love enjoying some cocktails when I go out but they didn't do them here so that's definitely the one recommendation I have, add a few classic cocktails to your bar/drinks menu. Service friendly.

Came for steak night. Was pleasantly surprised, medium was cooked well, not over or under but was a bit charred. Brilliant value with the chips and salad and sauce. The seniors menu is light on- a few fish fillets, and the garlic and cheese bread was small. Priciest things on the menu are drinks. My jaw dropped for the jug prices of softdrink and beer.
I've been to a few RSL's. And would say this one is one of the best yet. The memorabilia cabinets had some fantastic treasures. Reminding us of the reason for the place.

A very rude staff member ! We stood for 5 minutes before anyone attended to us, the older woman who finally walked over to us asked in a very rude manner if we had a booking, we did! As the bistro was very empty I couldn't understand her attitude. She took us to our table plonked the menus down and didn't explain about ordering. Luckily the bar staff and the person taking our order were very pleasant. The meal was very enjoyable, latter I tried to order sweets and coffee, same rude woman barked at me to go to the pokies area to order, like I wanted to sit in the pokies with my sweets and coffee. The food was good, due to the extremely rude waitress we will never return,
