We've been going to Riverwood hotel for quite some time now and always have a great time. Staff is fantastic, always welcomed warmly by Hannah, with her bubbly way about her and her going beyond to make sure our time spent at the hotel is time well spent. It's staff like Hannah that ensures our return.

Visted Riverwood for the first time in a long time and had a great experience with all staff who were friendly and accomadating and food service was great. Giki service in gaming room was 2nd to none with her friendly attitude, funny sense of humour and her strong work ethic, you need to get more staff like her as she made the experience that so much more better for all patrons as I saw she was engaging with everyone . My wife and myself enjoyed our time and will be returning in the near future :)

Pretty cool place, food is amazing and the service is excellent. Always happy to see when Hannah is working, literally the only one who knows how to pour a beer perfectly every time.

Popped in the other day for dinner. Great food from the kitchen and top notch service at the bar by Hannah. Lovely lady, good service and happy for a friendly chat. Good sense of humour!

I went there for dinner 1 month ago. We had Gage Meats Platter. The kransky sausage and chips with the sauce were really good. It’s also good place for family to dine in.

I was in Sydney for the day and was looking for a place to have a feed and a quiet drink. Looked on Google maps and found the Riverwood Hotel nearby. What a great find. I was welcomed as I walked in. The staff were very personal and attentative. Let's start at the feed see my picture. Yum. Great meal at good prices. Decided to have a go on the pokies. Staff came around at regular intervals with hot finger food and nuts. Staff were were always available to get you a drink. All round great place. Know where I will visit next trip to Sydney.

I've been there several time to eat have a couple of drinks in the lounge or go to the bottle shop have been served by a lovely young lady named Hannah always helpful and friendly the service industry needs more people like that.

I just love this place. I get one night to go out with the girls every month and this place is it. The atmosphere is great and the staff are so friendly especially Hannah who always greets us with a very warm welcome. Thanks Hannah and the team for making it always such a great night. Keep up the good work.

I have been going to this pub for years, the food is amazing , the atmosphere is incredible and the staff there are unbelievable! Every time I go I see Hannah and she is absolutely incredible, always has a smile, always welcoming, and has the best can do attitude! Overall the best place I like to go to when needing a feed or just to wind down with a couple beers. Thank you again Hannah and all staff at the Riverwood hotel.❤️

I go to this pub all the time and always have a great night. Friendly staff, especially Hannah who is super friendly and always up for a laugh. Great service and delicious food!

Great local pub with nice food and vibe. Plenty of time spent here after work and weekends. Staff are all friendly. Shout out to Angel for also for being a friendly face to our family. Always warm and welcoming :)

Food and drinks were good but the service was even better. Natasha was nothing short of extraordinary. She seemed to anticipate the needs of myself and my friends with impeccable timing and a warm smile. My usually stuck up friend even said she felt like we were VIPs! I look forward to being served by Natasha again

A nice spot to have a drink and a good meal. Definitely recommend the food here. The steak and the wagyu beef burger are fond favourites. Always happy to have Hannah, the bartender, serve me. She's always so polite and ready for a nice chat over service.

Always have a great time when visiting Riverwood hotel. I love the food, service and comfortable atmosphere. A big thank you to Hannah for making sure it all goes good. Honestly that girl doesn't stop, such a good worker.

A fairly large hotel that attracts the more unusual and dubious clientele with its capacious bar and gambling rooms, I was there for the innocent reason of trying out their all-day $16 meals. It took some time navigating through each section to get to the bistro but once we were arrived, we were cautiously examining the chairs and tables for any strange stains which were spotted everywhere along the banquettes. We ordered $16 rump steak, lamb loin chops and kransky sausages at the counter and then buzzed in like any traditional pub with lukewarm service. Even though the pictures on the menu displayed exactly what our dishes looked like, we were taken aback by the enormous portions of meat, chips and salad. If you're picky about eating vegetables, the generous drizzle of honey mustard elevates the nutritious spinach and rocket with an enticing creamy and sharp sweetness. The chips were alright but in some places, they were overly salted. But both the sides successfully played its role in boosting the centrepieces of the dish. Three pieces of fresh and tender lamb chops that tasted wonderful when slathered with buttery mushroom gravy, triple the enjoyment. Then a more ridiculous serving of three hefty Kransky sausages grilled until the skin is crunchy, bursting with succulent and fiery juices. Dip it in the smooth, captivating diane sauce and you'll jump right down into Flavortown. The steak was also a picturesque sight except it had sat on the grill for too long and resulted in an irksome taste of charcoal that tainted the delicate layers of meat. I left the hotel with a satisfied appetite and an urge to return for another meal, it's awesome stuff!
