What a great find! Nestled in Robina this place ticks all the boxes. The setting has multiple outdoor spaces with open views out to a gorgeous lake, the food is delicious- snapper for me today, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

What a beautiful tavern. Newly refurbished with the decor so nice, bright and very scandi. I was with a group of 10 and I ordered the pork belly, blue cheese n pear pizza. So impressed and very delicious. Love the HUGE outdoor area which I overlooks the lake and also a nice terraced sun lounge area.

We’ve been at Robina Pavilions a few times now and have always really enjoyed ourselves. The kids love the play area. The food and drinks are great, the kids enjoyed their food too! We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Well this is unfortunate!
Pulled pork taco sloppy salad, uncooked or warmed tortillas not any flair just slaps onto plate with no passion or flair.
Used to be a good menu but oh dear mediocrity is the style.
Just had GC Worst burger
Dry old bun
Overcooked dry pattie
Yuck
It’s a crime to serve this.
Used to be good food at pavilion but downward spiral.

We had lunch here today with friends. The coral trout (battered) is mediocre. My husband and my friend’s mother didn’t like it at all. There is so much batter and my husband thinks the fish was frozen, not fresh. My Caesar salad is ok but not to be bragged about. We won’t go there again.

The venue is pretty nice with a good outdoor area. A good variety of food and drunks. Booking is recommended. Burger is bit small. For a teenager, you need at least two burgers 😄.

The food is okay, but there are dirty tea cups and the staff are really unfriendly. I'm really disappointed with the service. It seemed like there were only employees who didn't want to work.

The atmosphere is lovely, we went with friends so we had a great time. Playground for the kids in close proximity is a great idea and entertained the kids while we relaxed.
I had the Hawaiian parmy, which unfortunately was a little dry and the chicken had a funny taste I didn't finish it. The hot chips were so yummy as was the salad. The range at the bar is extensive.

Such a great place for a quick easy and affordable pub feed. The food is always good and the venue is actually clean with a really nice outdoor setup.

Service was less than average. No greeting whatsoever when I went to order. Felt like I was a bother just ordering my food. Food was ok but nothing flash, just regular deep fried pub food. The salt and pepper calamari was pretty tasteless too and no bottled or cans of soft drink what the heck

Robina Pavillion's Service and Food is Great. Order the meals and they can be on your table within 10-15minutes max. Impressive considering how busy they normally are. Great meal portions you wont go hungry. Has a kids outdoor play area with 2 staff looking after them over the weekend, so you can have some time to eat your meal without the kids. Best to book a table to not miss out. It backs onto the lake which has heaps of Turtles, Earls and Fish in it - kids went nuts seeing so many. Highly recommend it

One of our family favourites. They cater to all dietary issues and the food is always exceptional. Make sure to book ahead as they are popular.

Not a bad place.
But the manager is a complete tool with small ball syndrome.
Trying to stand over a elderly lady cause she had a open pack of chips in the smoking area.
Instead of asking nicely to put them away he runs off with them.
Then comes back saying im the manager trying to stand over her to kick her out.
Realising how stupid and the tool he was infront of everyone he runs off fast not to be seen again..
Yes she got to enjoy her chips again. 🤣

Great menu although my daughter suggested mini Cesar 🥗 salad for kids ☺️ as the adult main Cesar is delicious 🤤

I love that this place is pet friendly in the lower deck, just head down the far right ▶️ hand side to get your fury friend in 🐾🐶

My chicken parmigiana was horrible, it look like something my dog would eat . The chicken parmi was horrible and dry and no flavour . On the top it was suppose to be neapolion sauce ,and it was filled with tomato sauce and half a ham that looked like a chew toy and cheese that was very rubbery. The service was horrible and the person who served us had a horrible attitude and rude . The pavilion used to have a really good menu but now it’s horrible menu and was really hard to choose from a menu that didn’t have much to offer . Never coming back there again ! Not recommended at all

Lovely venue. Over priced drinks. Awful food. Had the burger $22 cold chips stale bun meat patty not made in house not good.

Just popped in for a quick bite with my daughter, her husband & the kids. Service was great - good came really quickly as kids can be fidgety, when things take a while. Good value for money & lovely tranquil setting.

It’s been a while since I have been to Robina Pav but i was delightfully surprised! We were greeted by the lovely Caitlin who was an absolute GODSEND! Hospitality needs more people like her!! She found us the perfect table and answered all our annoying questions about the menu! She even recommended us her favourite dishes (which were a good reco!!) and listen to my husband babble about annoying questions and handled it all with grace and amazing customer service. We will definitely be back and hope sweet Caitlin will be there !!

I'm really impressed with this little gem hidden away behind a bottle shop. It has been a great experience to dine there. Extensive menu catering to a variety of tastes. They have really good pizza's as well. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. The dining area looks out onto a lovely lake, and you can eat inside or outside. There's even a children's play area. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a good meal and a great time.

I made a reservation for 25 people, and the assistance I received over the phone was delightful. However, the service on the day of our event was disappointing. Since we had another venue to go to afterward, we didn't see the point in reserving a whole area for just a late lunch and drinks.
When I asked if I could arrange the tables, the girl behind the counter curtly refused, stating we only had 15 minutes to set them up. Despite witnessing the same tables empty for two hours during a prior visit, we were informed they couldn't be used. However, on the day they kept allowing customers to sit at those tables, right up until 15mins before our reserved timeframe. I knew we didn't need two hours or even an hour, but 30 minutes would suffice. The girl's rudeness escalated when I explained this, and she dismissively instructed us to wait. However, the manager was more understanding of the situation.
This girl also had the audacity to imply that since we didn't pay the $500 reserved area, we weren't entitled to extra time.
Furthermore, when our guests and the bride to be arrived, the same girl and two others started staring at us and then became rude to our group. My confusion was heightened when I ordered a drink, and the server didn't know what she was serving, causing me to doubt if it was intended for me.
The confusion persisted when the food was brought out, as the staff seemed unsure of what they were serving and who it was for. Their frustration soon became evident as they began rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing, and muttering under their breath, directing their irritation toward us.
If the staff aren't interested in providing good customer service, they should reconsider their career choices. It's ironic that the app asks if you want to tip the staff when the service falls short of expectations.
Having worked in customer-facing industries for a considerable time, I know firsthand that such behavior would not be tolerated among my staff.

I visited today at 3pm Ordered a meat lovers pizza and a bowl of chips with an extra gravy
.The pizza was the worst I have ever had ..didn't look like a meat lovers firstly .Hardly had any topping..All around the outside inwards 2"s was just this stain of red .not sure what it was .Wasn't even sure where the meat was or if there was actual meat at all.My mate and I were starving so we couldn't be bothered taking it back .Even the chips were soggy soft.It was a disgrace to pay that monies for what you served . Safe to say I won't be ordering any food there in a hurry but I will visit for the beers tho.I took a photo of the last 2 pieces while there but you have no place to attach on this review to show your business what was served.Cheers to the beers.

Great spot! Good pub meals, great variety and big portion sizes for the $ in my opinion.
Staff were very helpful when it began to rain also.

Food is really nice and the service was great. One of the servers accidentally took my plate away while I was in the bathroom which I hadn't finished eating (mistakes happen) but they were sure to replace the meal and bring me a whole new one out immediately. I had steak and hubby had parmigiana - both were lovely. Kids area is great for the little ones and lovely atmosphere on the back deck too. We will be back :)

Booked a table for a friend’s farewell party at Robina Pavilion. The QR code at the table only worked for drinks, so we had to walk to the front counter to order. It's 2024, yet they operate like it's the 1970s. We ordered Italian dishes: Fettuccine, Caesar salad, and a couple of pizzas. It took 20-25 minutes for the food to arrive. The Fettuccine was good but cold, the salad was delicious, but the pizza base was as dry as old newspapers and cold, though somewhat edible.
The worst part was when one of my friend’s farewell presents disappeared. We contacted the front desk, but the lady showed no compassion, was dismissive, and had no initiative to help find it. This experience was disappointing, and I regret booking at Robina Pavilion. I won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone.

Been here 3 times now and food is below average, bland. Thought today the pizza oven outside going the pizza would be better than the one I had last time from indoor kitchen. Undercooked and worst pizza ever again. The steak sandwich for $27 is shameful. The only thing you have going is drinks (overpriced) and atmosphere. Need to up the food game

16/06/24 - I went there for a friend’s bday . Beautiful place , got very excited as I never been to Burleigh pavilion before . One of the first things I noticed when I sat down was a QR code on the table outside “order here”. When I went to order I just saw drinks so I asked the waitress if it was just for drinks or if I could order food too from the table. She looked at me like I was the most stupid person and answered in a very rude way. Couple of friends noticed too. People have bad days but she was clearly making other people upset that day as well .
