Would be a much better place if they didn't kick hard working tradesmen out for wearing flouros after 7. Sorry didn't rush home and get changed into my 3 peice suit to go for a pub feed. Don't worry leumeah hotel happily supplied me with a few beer a feed whilst I spent $500 in their pokies. Never to return

What a little gem.
At the beginning of February we decided to use another local pub for dinner.
Master Paul Special
Scotch Fillet, Medium Rare, Double Salad (No dressing on the salad with olive oil on the side) with the option of mushroom sauce.
We started with one day per week and thought we would test out three days per week and found the quality was great every night.
What a great way to finish a Friday/Saturday & Sunday

We ordered Burrito bowl and parmi they tasted super delicious, my son ordered Nuggets and chips he loved the fact they were dinosaur nuggets total win for him, service was quick and staff were lovely.

Train you're staff in what is allowed and what isnt. We get there only to be told we cant enter if we had drinks somewhere else! What a lame excuse not to let people in. We weren't intoxicated at all. I hold an rsa and rcg and know what is allowed on a premises and this Islander man with no knowledge just stood there while trying to justify his excuses. Place looked sad and empty anyway.

The staff at this tavern are what make this tavern good it has a good gaming area. But is also heavily family friendly with a fully fenced in beer garden and large area where children are allowed in side aswell.I was there on the Friday night and they also have live entertainment on that night. It had been 20 or more years since being in this tavern and it has not changed except modernist I regard this as one of the areas quite places to have a social drink

Small and friendly bottle shop next to the tavern, stocking most of the common booze people drink. You need to go elsewhere if you are looking for any specialty alcoholic beverages.

Ruse Pub is the best to go to if you wanna have a good win on the Pokies! My girlfriend and I always win at Ruse Pub! Just the other day, my girl and I witnessed someone win $14,000 on one of the pokies there! Not only that it has a good relaxed atmosphere! Quiet too...

Pretty trashy but laid back played pokies there last week, probably the only pub where the girls are lazy and never bring drinks out like a normal pub. Not enough air ventilation in smokers section place stinks of stale smoke in non smoking section. If your after a place full of over 60s men constantly swearing and cant handle there drinks come on down to ruse.

Not as done up as some of the other pubs in Macarthur.
Still a pretty solid little pub though.

I used to visit with my Dad when I was younger and it was a great place. Last time I visited though, I believe was a Thursday night. I had my family with me and were popping in for dinner as I had heard good things. I did not know it was lingerie waitress night. I was very uncomfortable around my young kids. I didn't think these type of places existed any more. I pretty much turned around and walked out.

First time at Ruse Tavern, and I was pleasantly surprised by this clean, friendly pub.
I ordered the Pork Fillet with chips and salad, and also the Scotch Fillet with the same sides. Both meals were cooked perfectly and reasonably priced.
A big thank you to the chef and staff for their exceptional service. This hidden gem offers great food and bar service. We’ll definitely be back!
