Went here a while ago staff very rude not welcoming and friendly asked for menu said “wall behind ya” absolutely zero (hi guys how are you going today)…
Got a Parmi “best voted in the region” and was very disappointed was processed snitizels overall experience wasn’t not happy

Such as disappointment. the basic time spent there saw:
- food split down my wife's back, then when it came time to clean it the staff didnt know where the disabled toilet was so i had to help her in the hall way get clean
- meat (sausage) not cook, and when we sent it back over hear a conversation about 'micro waving it'
- asked that the under cooked food not be microwave and which point we could hear the cook complaining about it
But this is all forgive able if not for the management. we paid and i rang the next week, told that they want an email address and would get back to me. another week goes by and i call again. im told the email is drafted. but that there are in consistencies. Oh no, what are they
- on investigation it was salad dressing not garlic juice spilt down my wife's back (apparently that makes it ok or not as bad, not clear)
- the food was cook, and anyway they remade it (not measure of the microwave).
Then im asked what i want - well it cost $170, maybe a partial refund. told not, basically told i was lairing, and then be hang up.
If you looking for a place to eat, try anywhere else first, because on top of all of that the food was terrible.

Reminds me of the meals pubs used to serve, before many pubs became trendy, high priced dining destinations.
Food and drinks at pub prices, not restaurant prices.
Highly recommend.

Chicken was dry and the food is terrible. Do yourself a favour and skip this place.

Amazing food and atmosphere and venue. Have been here dozens of times and never ever disappointed. Best simple food in Geelong. This place is sensational. Can't recommend enough.
