Went for lunch today. The staff and service was good but the food was not. A pile of lettuce leaves without dressing was not a salad. The lasagne was dry and like leather. Would not go again or recommend the bistro food.

We love it here. There is great entertainment for kids, an indoor play centre and an area with xboxes set up for the kids to enjoy. The food is good and the atmosphere also has a great vibe. The indoor play area is right in front of where you sit and eat, so it is great for watching the kids when they play after their meal.

We had a poor experience. It was quiet, but meals took an hour, they lost orders. The manager apologised and gave us vouchers, which was nice. The food was expensive and when the food came out, it was ordinary. The kids playground and video game area were redeeming features.
Overall, won't be back.

We had 2 tables, meals where bot flowing 2 people got there meals when everyone one alse on all tablets had finished this was after we keeped chasing waitters for the 2 meals and mind you we got told kitchen had done all meals for our tables had to wait so they could go though the dockets and basically prove that we didn't get the meals. Plates where all still setting on our tables when we left they where bot cleared, they where not buzzy for the night ither.. . no stars at all for tonight. Had to give 1 start to put post though that the only reason for the 1 start.

We enjoyed the kids play area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Some issues with meals, steak not to our liking (ordered medium rare, got medium well for the 2 steaks we ordered) this was dealt with by the staff. We returned twice during our visit for the play area alone and the second time the Parmigiana and fresh seafood basket were good.

Totally agree with Sharon-
putting a table for two next
to a playroom
for children is NOT acceptable behaviour
for a restaurant that
has a certain standard
to keep up!
Come on,People,
lift your standards!
PS: a thick lace curtain
would hide the playroom
and lock the kids in the room
while their parents are eating would also
be a good idea!
Don’t let them run around
and disturb other guests!

Ordered the fish and it was the worst meal of my life I would of preferred no name fish fingers from Woolies no wonder the kids eat free they have to tey fill tables somehow the food is terrible and my partner had roast of the day it look like a came out of McCain's microwave meal very very disappointed will never ever go back again. ðŸ˜

Ordered a rare steak $46 chips salad. Steak came out as thin as a sandwich steak and cooked well done. (Wouldn't have been able to cook it rare as it was so thin) sent it back got a refund.. This was my own fault for ordering the steak as last time I got a steak it wasn't as bad but still very underwhelming for the price. Staff in the bar are really good but I feel sorry for the bistro staff, the chef obviously has no standards in what leaves the kitchen. Was not offered anything else, not even a drink. DONT GET THE STEAK.

Nice accommodation. Good size undercover pool. Large bistro with nice pub food. No dress code brings it down a bit even for a pub.

My partner and l stayed for a few nights in the resort, we dined in the bistro for breakfast and dinner. The food was very delicious. The first night l had the lamb cutlets with mash potatoes and broccolini that was yum, my partner had the porterhouse sadly though he wasn't fussed with the meat also it was a busy Saturday night, the meal took at least 25 minutes to come.
Then the Sunday we both had bacon and poached eggs that was tasty, pineapple juice and an espresso.
The last night l ordered a meal from the room service menu... Battered barramundi with chips, salad and tartare sauce.. Now that was delicious. Recommend but be prepared for a long waiting time to have your meal served to you especially on a Saturday night.

My family enjoyed our meal and the playground was great for our son. We will definitely eat here again when we visit Bendigo.

Meals are a great size, cooked very well, meat so tender. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large area for meals and the kids loved the play area. Highly recommend.

Large very family friendly bistro caters to everyone's needs. Excellent food with a good service time. Facilities and play areas are terrific. Did and drinks at reasonable prices.

It was fine, we were with a large group and it was great for that. Food was good, not great. Atmosphere was clinical, not inviting. I would go back, but I would not be in a rush to do so.

I have been a regular here for some time now and always been happy with food quality and service but, that changed today bigtime. After an hour we had to ask if we had been forgotten and yes we had been forgotten so our food was delivered to our table, it was inedible , it had been microwaved to the point it was rock hard , we spoke to a young waiter who apologized and took the food away. we never received an offer to replace the meal or a refund. we finished our drinks and left while wondering were we valued by this place .

I had the wild barramundi with seafood sauce which was very good except it was all luke warm. Hubby's steak was OK but nothing exceptional. Not a great place to dine but ok if you want to watch 2 TV's and the Keno results. You need to go up and order your meals and go to the bar to get your drinks. Overall not fussed and won't be rushing back. There are better places in Bendigo.

Good meal but expensive. $21 for a hamburger and chips. Drinks expensive too. Senior roast v good. Noisy. Can't expect much else in a pub though.

Fourteen of us went on the weekend for a birthday dinner. All meals were large and reasonably priced. The cheese and mustard bread is worth trying. Seafood platter never fails to impress. Children of all ages are catered for with games rooms available

Four meals were ordered together 3 cooked and 1 salad. The three cooked meals arrived together but the salad didn't arrive .After waiting about 20 minutes staff were asked about it and the salad was delivered. The staff were apologetic.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, OR RISK THE HEALTH OF YOUR FAMILY! there is nothing I can recommend about this place, we were staying at the resort so thought we would just eat at the bistro, we made a booking for two adults, we were put next to the play room and a very noisy game, kids running past us almost running into my chair, when I pointed out that it is impossible for us to have social distancing from others while sitting at that table, I explained that I have a daughter at home who has cancer and I need to be careful not to take home a bug that could make her very sick, and that social distancing is very important to me, the staff member just fobbed me off and said well do you want another table then, I pointed out that the table we were sitting on shouldn't be there in the first place due to social distancing regulations, and if they had another table available, why would they put a couple right next to the play room?, This was last night, the table was still there this morning, so I pointed out the issue to one of the managers, who said thanks for the feed back I'll pass that on to another manager....... I asked him why he couldn't move the table, he replied with it wasn't his job, what a lazy cop out.
people are becoming to complacent about covid, I will never eat or stay at another restaurant associated with All seasons resort, we left without even ordering a meal, pick up your covid standards Fortunes, it's just not good enough!

Good selection .2nd sitting worked out well.no rush.
No one would of ended up hungry.

Celebrated our Wedding day on the 06/03 there. It was an amazing venue ( Fernery room) , staff went beyond and above expectation to make our day spectacular. Thank you to Lisa ( Wedding Co ordinator) and her awesome hospitality staff. You made our wedding feel so special in every way .

Arrived around 7.30 told could order meals until 8.30. chicken curry was lovely. Large serve. Others had plum schnitzel & flat head & enjoyed their meals. Fast service

Always great food and atmosphere, kids love the 3 different kids areas to play in. Always my #1 spot to eat at when I'm in Bendigo
