Where to begin
This place is well kept, well built and well managed
The food menu is vast, the portions and prices are excellent and the service is fast
Plenty of drinks on tap, enough spirits for just about everyone and bar staff are friendly and fast
The facilities have everything you need, a good kids playground, an area to eat/drink and watch sports. Plenty of seating in the dining area, gambling and a nice outdoor space
As well as a surprisingly well stocked bottle-o 👌
And all of the staff are efficient, work well together and seem happy to be there. Plenty of smiles to go around
The Seaview Tavern is the standard for which all pubs will be measured

We were looking for a good pub meal whilst travelling and thought we'd give the Seaview a try. Decent amount of parking with a car oark attached to the pub, and pretty easy to find. Whilst we enjoyed the semi outdoor dining environment, we weren't so keen on the flies that came with it. That being said, the food was good, honest pub fare, that was served quickly. Special mention to the chippies, they are very good! The beers were cold, with a good range on tap to choose from. All in all, well worth the drive in off the highway.

We were absolutely pleased with our dinner here last night. The venue was clean and spacious, the staff were all kind, and the food was great. I had the wings and oysters (great price at $2e that night). My partner had the pulled pork burger. And my sister and her husband split a pizza on gluten free crust that they said was the best gf pizza they've ever had! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, low-key evening. Also it looked very family friendly with a kids' play space too.

Went to a belated surprise 60th. The staff were exceptionally accomodating and thoughtful. Their attention to details showed they knew what they were doing. The finger food was delicious and there was plenty of it.. would highly recommend for a function. We had heaps of room and privacy.

Went for lunch to let junior blow off steam on a long drive. Generous serves of delicious food, crispy chips and unlimited tomato sauce. Indoor/outdoor playground and obstacle course. Parents and kids happy.

We looked up the reviews and we chose here, best choice. Food was superb, my partner had Lamb cutlets amazing fresh, great price. I had the fish special My favourite fish swordfish! Service was impeccable, staff were super friendly. Definitely worth the stop in

We had the crumbed cutlets and chicken parmi. Both were perfect. Cutlets were to die for and parmi was crunchy and moist in all the right places. Staff were friendly and more than happy to help when we had a Coke that didn’t taste right being the last of the postmix. Salad with cutlets had no dressing but was fresh and cutlets made up for it. Would eat here again.

We chose the Seaview tavern for our sons 21st as we were not disappointed when we celebrated his 18th a few years ago. The share plates on the table was hot, came out when needed & enough to share on the night.the staff were supportive & helpful during the night for special requests such as a cake cutting knife. The atmosphere is great for families having the play area for kids handy to the bistro area. Irene Collins

We called in for lunch on a Monday (not public holiday). There was a decent number of people inside so that was a good indication of the reputation locally.
The food was great and really good sized portions. We had pizza and cheesy sweet chilli and bacon bread.
The meals we saw going out to other clients also looked like great sized servings.
The staff were friendly and laid back.
The interior was clean and modern with plenty of areas to spread out and the outdoor area looked nice too. (Not run down like some places).
Definitely worth the visit if you're passing through or holidaying.

Unbelievably Good . Heres what i liked . The food was spot on ! Looked great taste even better . A very good serving too . I had a 300g sirloin with Garlic Prawns . The salad was put on the plate with love . The chips were hand cut . Absolute ripper tavern meal . My Daughter had a vegetarian pasta . The tomato sauce was like a rich and had been reducing all day i think. So much flavour. They had the open fire going . And the girls behind the bar were good at it . They looked to be enjoying working there kept themselves busy . Crumbed Calamari was good too . And a very fresh different salad served than mine . Loved it . I highly recommend worth the trip if you don’t live there

This pub is one of the Top 10 pubs I have ever been to...
The staff were incredible 👏
Happy, fast diligent in every way.
The food was amazing.. fast service.. good timing & quickly clearing the table.. no desserts on offer, but I can overlook that for the top cocktails..
All round great pub.. open fireplace beautiful kids playground..
Options for seating indoor & outdoor areas... we loved our visit & stay at the Woolgoolga Seaview Tavern.

This place is really nice. The staff are lovely....sitting outside on the veranda is really nice...the beer is nice.
Most of the food I have had is really nice.
But don't get the Angus beef burger...it's a joke. $22 for a pre-made super small Pattie with some lettuce and pickles on a bun with a side of a couple of frozen chips.

The bistro yes. Good as. The people behind the bar the owners are not nice people. They would surely laugh at you and kick you out the door. Though as a inner west newtown boy its hilarious that they even think anything outside this town. Havent bothered for 2 years then they got offended cause i didnt. What a joke. What are they smoking.
The locals verdict is stuff you rick. Yeh your crew got nothin.

Such a great place to come for dinner!! Like previous reviewers…we read reviews.. and decided to come. Our 14 year old couldn’t finish his pizza, my husband loved his schnitty and my barra & salad was delicious!
Service great, with a fun atmosphere, staff friendly, prices very reasonable!
Highly recommended!!

One of, if not the best pub northern New South Wales. Have been coming here 20+ years on holidays and the staff and management are like extended family; friendly, polite and engaging. Great food, great specials and great atmosphere.

My partner and I went to the tavern for dinner. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our food was ready incredibly quickly, I'm talking within 5-10mins. I had the Chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy and it was pretty good. The gravy was delicious and there was plenty of it but it could have had a few more mushrooms. My partner had the BBQ Pork Combo which he said was delicious and he particularly loved the pork belly part of the dish. However he felt the BBQ sauce tasted more of tomato than BBQ even though it was still tasty. Both our chips were very crunchie. Overall a great meal.

My husband & 1 attended the Seaview Tavern as part of my 50 + year reunion 🫂.
The food was great 👍.
Service to order food a bit slow at 18.30 as everyone thinks to eat immediately rather than wait ✋️ an hour or so as the rush settles.
We had hired a function room upstairs, so we were away from the main area downstairs.
Fortunately for my husband & I, a staff member carried our tray upstairs for us, which was extremely helpful.
I would highly recommend this establishment for food & entertainment.

Love the Seaview. Such a great place for everyone to come and enjoy great food and drinks in a beautiful space with amazing service. The updated kids area is fantastic and they have really well priced options for kids birthday parties. The Chicken Schnitzels there are some of the best you will find around, the mushroom gravy is delish and the Calamari is yum. Would recommend the Seaview to anyone.

Looked up reviews of local eateries and decided to try here because of what we read.
Did not disappoint.
We particularly loved the kids area that was a playground and jumping castle, rather than digital devices. Refreshing.
The portion sizes were huge, the food was delicious and the live music had us singing and dancing in our seats.
A partucular note of the ever efficient staff. It's a busy pumping place and the staff kept tables turning over. Plus we didn't have to wait very long for our food.
5+ stars for this venue, that we hope to return to on our next trip.

Had a delicious lunch at the Seaview Tavern today. Service was great, and food was great, We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the shade and atmosphere. Can recommend the Tavern and also a drive down to the town on the beach.

Great night, we had our expanded group set up in the outside area near the kids zone. Meals were all great (I checked with everyone), and the play area was so good they only returned for their food. Service was great, the orders came out pretty quick, and the prices (though structured a little strange in my opinion) were reasonable in comparison to similar venues. Definitely recommend joining the membership for free, as that and the weekly specials help to keep it down for a family. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely go back when down this way again.

Great bistro food, generous portions. Plenty of tables inside and out. Friendly relaxed atmosphere with kid friendly playground area and colouring sheets. Would definitely come back!

First time here. Visited family working on the nearby fruit farms & took them for lunch. I can see how and why they won Trip Advisors Travelers Choice 3yrs in a row!! The food, staff, venue and atmosphere is fantastic. The value for money and size of the meals 👏🏾🙌🏾 This was their first time eating at a venue & I’m so please we got to experience the Seaview Tavern. 2x full rack ribs, 2x 300g sirloins, garlic bread & duck spring rolls $177 - great meals! Thank you!

Came here for dinner which was lovely.
Had oysters Kilpatrick, chicken supreme with garlic sauce & vegies & hubby had the good old chicken snitty with mushroom sauce ( which he said was the best sauce he has had in a long time)
Very friendly staff
We sat near the window which offered a cool breeze.
The drinks were cold & refreshing & they had musical bingo the night we went.
All in all a very enjoyable night.

Awesome atmosphere, had the ribs and they were delicious 🤤 very open with bi-fold doors and french windows... Very efficient staff , fast on the clean up and professional. Highly recommend
