Wonderful service. Very friendly and polite young staff. They kept checking that we were OK, if we needed anything more. Lots of friendly smiles by them all: table servers, bar counter staff, food ordering. Very busy, but food arrived in very quick time.
Food was pretty good. Of course pub food is never top shelf, but then the prices were reasonable for most dishes.

We love the Shearer's Arm Tavern! It's our local and we always have a great meal when we go. Jon is the best and we love when he's on shift, he's absolutely awesome and fantastic at his job. The food is always great and the service is 10/10.

We attended here as a part of a large gathering (20-30 people). We were served by Johnny who was absolutely amazing. One of the best service experiences I have had. He was so enthusiastic and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and constantly happy. It was such a pleasure to dine there.

To the dearest security guard (Thunder) and the most tender of.. uh.. bar.. tenders..? (Skylar),
You two have made our night amazing! There was trouble when we got here but it was dealt with quickly and discreetly (I'm just a sticky beak!) Skylar remembered our order after one drink, gave us amazing service with fantastic conversation. My sister mentioned her absolutely GORGEOUS hair and she was out BFF all night lol
We love this place the atmosphere (staff) are wonderful.

The atmosphere is fantastic. Service amazing. Love being able to order and pay separately at the table.
My only issue was that the Guinness pot pie only had 3 pieces of meat, the rest was soggy carrots and gravy. The mash was lovely.

Service and atmosphere are amazing. New upgrades to the pokie room is awesome and a wide variety of machines to choose from. Food was delicious and well priced. Recommend as a local tavern.

Our food for 14 people was perfect!
Everything we ordered was correct and delicious!
Not often you got out anymore without someone getting something wrong or didnt enjoy there meals as much as the others. Hats off to the team there!

Ordered Christmas roast lamb which was recommended. Bad decision. Pumpkin was raw carrots were hard potatoes were hard...no greens. The only good thing was the lamb. Will not be returning to the restaurant.

Ordered a $45 rib eye steak medium rare, advertised as MSA grain fed from Nolan's private selection. It came out overcooked & tasted like it was from a grass fed cow who died of old age. My wife had the rump, supposedly grain fed 100 days. It was full of gristle and tough. Oysters natural were good, very fresh. Won't be returning there for a steak.

One of the best pub feeds around, really to call it a pub feed doesn’t do it justice. The meals are always on point, served in good time with great survive.

My wife and I had lunch here for the first time, We rate it highly, food, staff and outdoor lunch was just great. Do give it a try. 5 ⭐️

High priced for below average food, 45bucks for a medium rare steak to come out blue and cold. Fast service tho and kids enjoyed the park. But $180 on two kids meals one t bone one rump steak, one spirit and mixer 3 cans of coke. Paid less and had far far better meals.

From the moment I stepped into the Tavern, I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and cozy, with plenty of seating options available for both large groups and smaller parties.
As for the food, I must say that it was simply outstanding. I started with the salt and pepper calamari that was bursting with flavor. For my main course, I opted for the chicken parmy with bacon, avocado and holinaise sauce which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous helping of golden fries and fresh salad. The chicken was so tender and juicy that I couldn't help but savor each and every bite.
Throughout my dining experience, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they made sure that my every need was taken care of.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Shearer's Arm Tavern to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes.

Food was over cooked with my fish meal being dry. Drinks are very expensive. Who pays $9.15 for a mid strength schooner? Won't be back.

First time visiting yesterday for lunch and everything was fantastic! From the moment we walked through the door we had a good vibe, with the friendly staff greeting us with smiles. The food we had was delicious… cheesy bacon garlic bread, seafood basket, pumpkin feta salad with grilled chicken and teriyaki chicken skewers.
We will definitely be back!
Other venues could learn a few lessons from this team!

Exceeded expectations. Their pork ribs and steaks were fantastic. Amazing food with reasonable prices.
Great atmosphere and service. Have lots of playing facilities for the kids. Can't wait to go back with my friends and family and definitely recommend to everyone to visit there.

Drinks are served cold (literally they have chilled glasses a which makes us a difference on a hot day!), with large portions. We could have shared but it was too good not to get two meals and try a bit of both - so good! Great service and happy staff. Will be back!

Cannot fault this pub. We go fairly regularly with our family and can confidently say we have never had a bad meal. The meals are always beautiful and are super affordable.

Came here for a date. She didn't want a second date. But an awesome spot for a punt with the boys. Also has a great. family bistro area. Old school suburban pub and not trying to be anything else.

Amazing. Yesterday was my first time at this establishment and I absolutely love it. The person serving my friend and I was the nicest most charismatic fella I've had the pleasure to be served by. Our food was fast and reasonably priced for the portion size. Lunch time was bustling, definitely a new favourite of mine.

A couple of us went in for lunch and to be honest, couldn't fault the food.
Lunchtime steaks and parmy's were good, steak cooked well and the parmy, super decent 1" thick. Serves were a good size, really filling.
Probably only negative was the schooner price, aired on the high side of pubs, especially seeing you certainly aren't paying for atmosphere, as there is pretty much nothing.
But, all in all, decent pub lunch, so would go back, probably not so much with the wife and kids, but for a catch up with the blokes, serves it's purpose well.

10/10 fast prompt service, meals just as described, perfect timing on delivery of the meals at every stage, and would be happy to recommend to friends and family in the future. Look forward to my next visit 😊
