You had to stand in line to get to order. Yes they delivered to the table. Didnt like that I had to put my licence in front yet I wasnt going to the pokies. I already had my licence hacked if it happens again am going to know who by. This is wrong. Put me off. Will rethink if I come again. Most of the food was cold. Crackling looked like cardboard, I couldnt even eat it. I was on table for party but regardless of that we should have had the normal menu. For a good place to eat you would think they could handle more people but not after the renewed menu which didnt have much on there. Not good enough.

Wow!The food was cooked to perfection,Bruschetta was the best I've had,Tomahawk steak cooked medium rare with crispy charcoal outer and a big pourer of mushroom sauce was straight out of a steakhouse.Even the kids spaghetti had big slices of parmesan and sauce to rival any Melbourne restaurant. With amazing food, soft lighting and friendly staff, Shell Club will be my new go-to eating spot. Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu. Five yummy stars.

Wonderful place and good food. Chicken kiev was good but would have been better presented if there was more to the meal than just mash. Lasagne was delicious, but serving size was small. Bread rolls and butter a ++

What a great place to have lunch or dinner something of a hidden gem we went there for lunch the meals where great the restaurant over looks the garden area, the staff were very helpful and friendly we had the seniors menu and the price was just great even if you have the main menu these prices are also great value, plenty of car parking available. The prices are up a little bit but the servers are also bigger, still a great place to go.

Went here with my family for the first time the shell club was very classy to me very clean also service was excellent such nice friendly staff. The food was beautiful good size plates. And very good standards with the food the presentation was great and the food tasted as good as it looked. Very happy with this place would definitely come back my daughter and husband liked there food also great how the kids get free ice cream etc my daughter had the biggest small on her face. But not that she finished it. Lol thank you for such a warm welcome difently would recommend here.. this is why l give 5 stars.

That was the worst service/experience we ever had. I wish I could give 0 star. Very poor customer service, the situation is poorly managed. Food doesn’t taste good particularly calamari is very salty.! Completely a waste of time coming there.

Thank you to all the Staff and especially Trish the supervisor last night who helped look after my partner Craig when he had an episode in the Restaurant you were amazing and so calm. He is OK and was discharged from the Hospital at about 1.10am after blood tests and were still not sure what's wrong but he's feeling a lot better today and taking it easy. All the staff that helped we would like to thank all of you and wish you a Very Merry Christmas with family and friends, we will definitely be back soon to thank you in person. xx 🎄🤶🎄

Talk about finding a gem of a place to visit with quick search of suggested places to dine. Made it the just before the kitchen closed at 8 pm. There was no issue finding a table without making a reservation on this occasion. The entertainment was superb. The two guys sang some great arrangements and harmonised excellently. One played the guitar, while the other played an amplified violin in the style of a fiddle. I may be an admirer of old school country and rock genres, but their delivery of Elvis's Christmas Carol and Take On Me made you want to sing along and just be mesmerised by their humourous and fun approach.

So disappointed to see the menu change and now offer only 1 vegan meal and it's only an option not and outright vegan meal. If you have to remove a key ingredient and charge the same why even bother, just be open about having no main meal options that cater. This place used the be so good and now not worth visiting as they don't have options my group can all eat.

Shell Club is a Not-for-Profit Community Club with money going back in to supporting the local Community. The New Building Expansion is complete and can cater for large Functions and Events. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The Menu has many choices, with full Bar facilities.

Outstanding! The Shell Club is a must visit . Recently renovated they have thought of everything and more. Delicious meals with a great atmosphere plus great place to watch the game on the couch.

Only previous visit was in the 80's when very basic. Returned with friends yesterday for lunch and most surprised. Very sophisticated and classy. Meals, service, atmosphere all very good. Jewel in the Crown in our northern suburbs

Meal was delicious, the new outdoor area is green, relaxing and pretty, you could be anywhere. Service was spot on, you can order from the full menu even if you’re in the outdoor space. A really good addition to the club. All three meals we ordered were spot on. Get down and support this iconic local venue.

Meals are usually really good. Friday night was busy. Everyone’s food on the table. Looked good except for mine. I ordered the pumpkin salad. As there isn’t very much more for vegetarians. Last time I order it back in January was great. So I orders it again. For $19.90 I would have expected a full bowl of salad. Last night I got a handful of rocket. Maybe 4 half cherry tomatoes and some pumpkin and feta. I could actually see the bottom of the bowl. Terrible for that price. Probably won’t go back any time soon.

I went with a large group of seniors.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was great quality and value.
The menu has a few gluten free options, and staff were helpful advising of possible GF modifications.
There were no complaints from our group members.
Nice, clean and welcoming bistro and Bar areas.

I was really surprised by the food here. We've now gone a few times here recently and everything has had really great flavour. Onion rings are some of the best I've had. I wish there was a bit of a more interesting selection which sometimes they have with the specials but they're not all the time. It's also quite well priced compared to other pubs.
Also lining up to pay for your meals is a bit awkward as when there's a line of people it goes between the tables of others while they're eating, so it feels a bit awkward for everyone.

Horrible food since the last time I went which was about a year ago. Back then there were definitely better chefs I noticed this time they were all Indians only in it for the money and not the love of making fine food KFC would have been better don't go you'll be wasting your money

Hadn't been for a few years,but some up dates had been done. Inside was lovely looking out to the water feature n gardens.

Enjoyed my first meal here. I had the chicken schnitzel and it was perfectly cooked. The service staff were friendly, the food came out piping hot and all at once for a table of 4. Will come back.

Customer service reception staff always friendly and happy.
The pokies venue they have there has a huge variety of machines to use.
The Venue is and looks very well lit and very clean.
