We stayed the long weekend there. Worse stay ever. Power points hanging out of the wall, cockroaches in the room as well as the bistro. Beds were just pulled up not made. We will not be back as it has gone down hill since we stayed there 3yrs ago

We stayed here in Shepparton for my god daughters wedding. The room was really nice & modern, especially the bathroom. Although we were in a room on the main road we heard very little road noise. Bed was king sized & really comfy.
We were also able to get an early check in at no extra which helped immensely with getting ready on time for the wedding.
Would def stay here again.

We booked in today in upstairs room and carpets are disgusting absolutely filthy great location but surely a carpet shampoo would not break the bank

Was a nice place to stay the night. I found the bed was hard and my back was a bit sore. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This is a 3 star property. The pictures on the internet for this motel look better than it is in reality. I found it to be a rather ugly complex with grounds in disrepair. However, we were lucky to get a small back room which was surprisingly clean and quiet with comfortable beds and an almost silent airconditioner!||The weekend we visited in January had few guests so plenty of parking. It was hot and the kids jumped in the pool but it was dirty and the landscaping in general poorly maintained. Hannah on reception was lovely though, efficient and friendly. The location is good and only a short walk to the main shopping precinct.

The sofa beds are really just for small kids, they’re not made up and really uncomfortable. The place was fine otherwise for overnight - but avoid being on the main Rd.

The room was comfortable enough but very NOISY ( it was a Saturday night & fully booked out), blinds did not block out outside lights so we had a restless & interrupted sleep. The light in the bathroom didn't work so we used the lamp to see.|Parking was very tight as we had a trailer.|Evening meal was very nice.

The rooms are clean, great service, the food is eatable. The beds are uncomfortable the noisy from the cars and trucks go all night 🌙 if you like your sleep find somewhere else 😴

The positive firstly the staff were lovely with plenty of smiles. The restaurant was clean with a good menu to select from. I ordered steak and it was so tough and I reckon it was rump rather than scotch fillet. I’ve had several meals here and have never had any issues but this visit was very disappointing.

The customer service was outstanding. The room was very clean. Easy access to the main street. Easy walking distance to river links. The bistro had great tasting meals. Would recommend staying here. Next time we need to stay in shepparton we will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here for two nights during a conference. The room sizes are good. Comfortable rooms. ||||The room I stayed in was number 27. It is not facing the main road. However, behind the room, there is a big parking spot. On both mornings, a truck pulled over there at around 5:30 am. It was very noisy even though the bathroom door was closed. ||||The restaurant didn't have much options for dietary requirements during dinner. If you have dietary requirements, you are better off eating out. ||||The breakfast spread was good. There is a lady called Christy who works in the restaurant during breakfast! She is so nice and friendly. Really enjoyed her customer service ethics and the chats. ||||If you are looking at staying one or two nights only, this place is good.

Quality Hotels brand are usually great but this one didn't live up to expectations. Floor not vacuumed, discoloured sheets and outdated decor. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Wouldn't stay here again.

Older motel but very clean and convenient. Reasonably priced for Shepparton where all motels seem to be very overpriced in general. I stay here regularly for work and find the bistro meals convenient and as close to a home cooked meal as you can get.

My family and I stayed for a night at this motel. The room is clean, renovated as seen in the pictures. Location is pretty good too. The room is not facing the main street and is pretty quiet at night. Need a clear sign for motel entrance, dedicated parking is definitely recommended and I preferred a softer bed. Overall it is value for money.

Motel is very nice and convenient close to town.We had 2 rooms and you could only connect two phones to the wifi and having no microwave was a nuisance as other motels supply them. They supply you with a jug and a toaster but no knifes or fork’s.

Modern room, on ground level clean, would stay again.
Bistro food was excellent had grilled barramundi with mash and veg, was delicious, service was great and staff very friendly, breakfast was just like home cooked had the big breaky.

Love the location. Bar and bistro in the same complex. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Been travelling for a few days and asked about laundry facilities. Offered free use and laundry detergent too. Room are very comfortable and clean. Good size bed. Again a credit to the staff making our stay that bit better.

I stayed here on a spontaneous trip to Sherbourne with a friend. The check in process was very easy and the room was very cosy. One big downside of the room is that the bathroom isn't fully insulated, so let's the cold air in very easily which is troubling in winter. For the price point and location of the hotel is was overall a good stay.

I stayed at the Sherbourne Terrace as I was seeing clients for work the next day.
My experience was on arrival.
Bad attitude from the booking receptionist.
Told I was getting the north side rooms, which is much better
Instead, I got the south end, which was old and deteriorated, and the room smelt very musky
Spoke with Manager, and he had me moved to another room
The receptionist gave me a worse room, right near a downpipe was located right outside my front door
Water kept dripping down this pipe all night, keeping me awake .
In the morning as I departed, I observed that the place was not fully booked, contrary to what I was told during my booking.
I had been informed that there were only a few rooms available, leading me to be placed in the southside courtyard area. However, this turned out to be inaccurate, as there were clearly many more rooms available on the north side that I could have been accommodated in.

I called to book this a few days earlier for business- it was an unusual phone call. I am used to brisk business calls with most motels for this one... it felt like I was calling a pizza store to place a delivery. Arriving at reception on the day I noted that the young lady was professional behind the counter - contrasting to the call. ||||It is located on a busy road, so they ask that you do not park in their driveway...I drove in knowing I had a booking and that there should be a carpark in there for me. I am wondering what happens when it's at capacity and someone drives in hoping for a last minute booking. The busy location of this motel means that they need things not to block the main road, so it is understandable that they have the signs up asking you not to stop on the driveway. ||||The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay. It is a basic and clean room. I slept badly though... there was a lot of road noise, I struggled to shut it out. ||||The bonus for me is that the TV acted like a normal TV instead of one of the new smart TVs. For the first time in a long time I felt like I knew how to operate the remote control!

I asked for a refund before i unpacked my bags. I was denied a refund so i stayed, unhappy with the staff who didn't care about my requirements.
Very dirty walls and spider webs throughout the unit, itchy after being biten by insects. 1star hotel with a nice bathroom.
Not enough towels, not enough soap. The pool wasnt working.
No cups, no plates no knife's or forks. the Tv was a really old 720p we couldn't hook anything up to it.
Definitely not worth the money we paid. Really uphappy stay

House keeping poor. Heater could not be turned off the entire 3 days we were there. And couldn't be fixed during our stay, lucky we had it down low so we didn't cook ourselves.

Hotel has always been my go to based on location. Was a little disappointed to find I had no cutlery for making tea or coffee or a microwave for meals should I chose not to eat out. With that aside, I have no hesitation returning to this establishment on my next visit.

Have stayed here previously for work and has been OK but was left non-plussed last night as the bed had just been pulled up and not made, with sheets not looking great!! No cutlery also, so used a pen to stir coffee. These are the basics ...

For the price was really good, location is good as you can easily walk to the centre of town or other dining choices, the road outside is a little busy, did notice the noise early in the morning on day of departure which was a Monday, I think if you had a room on the roadside it may be quite noisy, apart from that bed was great! Shower was great! Plenty of room and everything was clean. I would stay again but would definitely request to be as far from the roadside as possible

Comfortable accomadation. Clean and tidy rooms with spacious showers. Good location near centre of town. Staff where all friendly and helpfulone of the few places i have found with powerpoints near bed for recharging phone etc over night.

Awesome check in and check out process. Room was clean and tidy with modern furnishings. Heater worked well. Short walk into the centre with plenty of eating options available. off street parking. Very busy mid week.
