Where can I even start. I literally just finished eating here with my partner (17/02/24 @ 4:30-5:00)… worst burger I’ve ever consumed tbh. I spent $86, I was in shock. Just for one chicken burger and one beef burger (and two pints of Ginger beer that were $15, which is reasonable). The prices of the burgers was BAFFLING to me for what you got. I complained during my time there to my partner and on the walk back to our hotel, with people passing by asking where it happened.
It was $25-$28 for both burgers. My chicken burger didn’t even have much chicken at all. It was literally A QUARTER of a chicken breast…… like WHAT. When the server gave it to me, I looked at it confused to where the chicken even was cos it was HIDING. The flavours in the chicken as well was also so confusing. They had aeoli sauce that you barely can taste, a grilled small chicken which was heavily seasoned, and BARELY any veg. Only + was the BRI that was unexpected to taste. Only did because the chicken was so small that it clinged to one side of the patty and the cheese on the other.
I wish I could have taken a photo of my chicken burger, but it was charging at our hotel.
The beef burger was apparently bland :) service was ok.
If y’all existed in Perth, no offence, your business would die 🫶 thanks.

We went for a family lunch for Mother’s Day there were 15 of us , the Cabonara was greasy and horrible my son in-law choked on a fish bone that was my grand daughters lunch and when he advised the staff they simply shrugged it off with a who care’s attitude and to top off our lunch the cleaning staff walked through the restaurant with bags of dirty laundry and bags of rubbish :/ we will never go there again

We ordered two meals, and I have an allergy to nuts. They came out to check the severity of my allergy and allowed me to alter my meal to avoid possible reaction. They also looked after our dog, by offering a water bowl on arrival without any prompt from us. Very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend the pasta :)

Twice my sister and I showed up for breakfast and were told each time that breakfast menu had closed ( despite it being 15 minutes before end of time!) the way we were told was cold and flippant. WHY even have a time on your board outside if you are just going to make up your own times? Your girls at the till need to be taught manners also!

This place has unfortunately gone down hill in the last few months. The menu has change and they no longer do alot of the great meals they used to. Particularly the macho man fries. They also dont offer the 250ml wine anymore. Overall thought the food lacked flavour and it had lost some of the atmosphere it once had.

This is just on the food. Don't buy the share food. It's straight out of the freezer and into the fryer. Pork belly was dry as. Arancini balls the same with a weird packet cream sauce with a bit of bacon and parmesan. Won't eat a share again. Oh and when they took the plate, they definitely made sure not to ask me how it was. The mains looked ok, so maybe that's what they put the effort in to.

The worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at.
2 nights without access to hot showers. Checked in at 4pm desperate for a shower after a long distance bike ride. I waited over an hour and rechecked, still no hot water so told a staff member who just said oh we are at capacity. Rechecked several times until midnight as there’s no hope sleeping while the live music was on (great bands and music)
Next day still nothing, overheard the rude response another guest got so waited a few hours and asked for an update. By lunchtime I was told out of gas and someone is onto it. Still nothing so off to the free grungy beach showers. 2 days later still no hot water.
Good thing was free coffee/tea/microwave.
Refused to spend money downstairs and went elsewhere for meals.
Better off sleeping in the car then staying at 6degrees Albany.

The place looks great but were not impressed with the service! Table of four, 2 meals came out in 10 mins, then...crickets. We went & asked when the other two meals still hadn't arrived after 15 mins & were told 'we haven't forgotten'. One of the meals was identical to one of the first two! 15 mins later they arrived. No apology, no explanation just 'who had the nachos?'. Won't ever go back, average meals to boot.

The burger was the best I've eaten! The onion ring absolutely makes it! The pork bites were delicious and cooked to perfection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here 3 nights with no access to hot water the entire time. No resolution was provided - just sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
Rooms are very basic, but extremely noisey due to concerts playing downstairs. Sunday morning music was also blasting downstairs.

Rooms were extremely small, which we anticipated but they were smaller than what we thought. It was only 18 degrees at night time and the rooms were warm so I imagine during hotter days they will get very hot and possibly uncomfortable to sleep and they only give you a very small fan. The shared bathrooms were clean during the new year's period which was a bonus.
We had dinner with live music one night and the food was good with a great atmosphere.

restaurant plate, the price does not match the quality, the food is not good, the fish is dripping with fat, the salad is tasteless, the spaghetti carbonara is oversalted, the baby's chicken is burnt. I do not recommend

Ordered drinks asked for a tip. Asked for fresh cutlery was given the can and was told they were put out fresh in the morning time being 1pm. Asked for fresh cutlery as there was no napkins in the can. I felt the attitude when she stormed off. Brought back cutlery with napkins(likely the same but with napkins) don’t need to be made to feel this way when asking a simple request. As for tips they asked for no, they are getting paid double for a Sunday.

Nice staff and venue but drinks are very overpriced. 14 dollars for a pint is crazy. Times are tough as it is, sux going out and having to pay that much for a beer

My experience at the restaurant was unfortunately marred by an extremely unpleasant reception. Upon my arrival, the person at the entrance asked me to leave, arguing that my flip-flops were not acceptable. Their aggressive gestures and hostile tone deeply disappointed me. When I suggested that I had shoes in my car and was willing to put them on, their behavior only worsened. They even justified their attitude by invoking their German nationality, which is unacceptable. I firmly believe that one's origin does not justify such unprofessional behavior. Due to this unpleasant experience, I chose not to enter the restaurant, resulting in the loss of a customer for the establishment. It is regrettable that an experience that could have been enjoyable was tainted by the behaviour of one individual at the entrance.

Limited seating, was charged $14 for 4 pieces of cheesy garlic bread and $18 for a small plate of popcorn chicken. Prices feel a bit exorbitant for the quality of food provided

I googles best eateries in Albany and 6 degrees came up x Well worth it. I believe if a place has great "smalls" than their "bigs" are gonna BE great. We had the smalls. Lamb, pork, aranchini balls with sweet potatoes fries. This place also stock Raintree ginger beer from The Den in Denmark x

If you want to have a good sleep and being able to have a rest don’t go there! Their policy says not noise after 10 pm but there was a guess who didn’t let anyone on the second floor sleep because of his screams in the middle of the night and in the morning. The number that was supposed to be after hours was disconnected so basically we payed for a room for one night to have a sleep and rest but we couldn’t and 0 solutions from the receptionists

Had lunch here. Albany Burger & Nachos. Food was delicious. You can order from a QR Code on the table & your meal & drinks arrive quickly. Cannot comment on the rooms although I would imagine that they would be as comfortable as sitting in the pub was. For the adventurous there is an Al fresco area on the street outside.

Great spot in Albany, food was lovely, staff all very polite and accommodating, the rooms are small but very clean and for the price you pay well worth it! Will definitely come back

Great place, absolutely wonderful staff and great food. Always busy, but still clean and somewhat quiet. Definitely a great place for a good dinner.

Great bar, lovely decorations with different atmospheres in the different rooms and a lovely beer garden in the back that is well lit with overhanging lights.
food and service was great, music was very much adding to a great evening.

Great ambience. We had a table of four and two similar meals arrived 30 Mins before the others. No updates or apologies , which would have made all the difference. Lucky we chased them!

Excellent service. We stayed in ensuite motel room which was clean and well equipped - good value for money! Great live music and vibrant atmosphere - perfect for fun during Halloween season. We recommend breakfast - home made waffles!

Been here twice. I stayed in the accommodation out the back during my first visit. It was very clean and spacious. Went again last night for food. Service was awesome. The staff are super friendly here. Awesome drink and food options.

Average, service was lacking as in a cannot be bothered attitude. Shame as great for live music. Will keep going back as everyone has a bad day now and then.
