Went for Lunch, it wasnt that busy.
The Meal took an hour which was too long.
The food was good and so was the prices.
Would go back again.

We had lunch here today and we both liked our meals.
The staff was very helpful and attentive. There is 24 hr parking with is helpful if you want to have a look around town and not having to worry about parking.

We dropped in on the way back to Melbourne, became members at the door which gave us a birthday gift voucher (as my birthday in a couple of days) so we had a buy 2 main meals and the cheaper one was free.🙂
Had a Korean chicken and chips for an entree, very tastie i would have again next time we are there.
I had a grilled chicken and the wife had a seafood basket for main meals. Very good meals, lots of veggies for me and the wife had a salad.

Was there for a wedding and the staff was fantastic. Very quick and easy responses and were lovely with all the guests. Would recommend to anyone,

Very nice club. My meal was shocking 😐 fisherman's basket. I should have asked for the box that the fish and prawns came in and ate that. Not even a pieces of lemon. I had fresh fisherman's baskets in Broken Hill. Tibooburra. Which are in the middle of nowhere. Be careful of what you order.

This is a great RSL club, lots of interesting machines, very friendly and helful staff, good restaurants and nice Chinese. Good car parking, close to main street (short walk) Well worth a visit when in Albury !!!

The food is delicious, they need more variety though. The waiters are friendly and very helpful. They are very accommodating for those who have forgotten to make a booking :)

Really great bistro. I've eaten there several times when visiting Albury. Lots of options to choose from and I was impressed that they served gluten free gnocchi! Great family option for a dinner out.

Please take caution when going for a meal here. The council have been called to do a health inspection of the kitchen as one of my family members who is 40 weeks pregnant & her partner had lunch here 30/03. 3 hours later they both were in hospital over night with food poisoning. After contacting the ss&a club they at first we’re not sympathetic at all, it wasn’t until a follow up phone call the next day that they understood how drastic this situation was for both parties. They still haven’t seen a refund yet & I don’t think the venue staff realise the seriousness of this situation.

Out for dinner with family from Melbourne. Ordered two dinner meals within a few minutes of the others on my table. Everyone else's meals came out within a reasonable time, but our meals were significantly delayed. We waited for a while but unfortunately everyone at my table had finished there meals before ours were even being cooked. It wasn't until we questioned the delay that we were told our meals were being served. Yet 10 minutes later another staff member approached us to confirm the order details indicating that they had not actually made the meals, and there had been an error with the preparation of the meals. On top of this, a table of 15 who placed their orders after us, were served before our meals were even made. very disappointed in the service, yes we got the refund however this is not the point. We had a table of 11 and only 2 meals were missed, but the staff made a point to argue that the table of 15 ordered before me. This was absolutely not the case and the young boy taking the orders confirmed that we had infact ordered first. The staff were very unprofessional in how they handled the issue and completely refined the experience of a rare dinner with family. The manager on duty did not come to discuss the situation but sent junior team leaders and junior waite staff to communicate on his behalf. The team leader was aggressive in how she spoke to us and blamed us for not receiving our meals saying that had we have waited 1 more minute we would have had our meals. But as we explained to her, our table was already finished and ready to leave. I will not be back.

Lovely big club!
Went for lunch here yesterday.
Good service and good food.
Plenty of food on our plates.
Would like to go back before we move on.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff are so lovely. Never had a bad experience there in all the years I've been going. My only complaint would be the Menu in the bistro. Some more general pub meals would be great, not everyone likes fancy stuff.

It’s a regular spot for Sunday lunch. However I was stopped one day and refused entry with my backpack containing my laptop. So am I not allowed to sit in the cafe with my laptop? The security guard was not allowed to check my bag even though I was offering. A backpack is the male equivalent to a woman’s handbag. It’s quite strange but I’ve never been stopped by other staff. That was quite an off-putting experience.

Haven't been here for months but didn't disappoint in the least after all this time. OUR choices for today's lunch: Thai sweet & sour prawns 🍤and a Greek Lamb pizza 🍕 which we shared. Yummo!

Had Sunday lunch there, the Wagyu cheese burger was pretty good. Good atmosphere, but the noise coming from the sports bar was a bit too loud.

Had a bad experience with the Xmas roast meal last year and hadn't been back since. Went with family for a birthday yesterday. Got the best steak on the menu with chips and veg. Steak was terrible, sinew and tough. A decent serve of chips and very few veg. Two roast potatoes. Chips and potatoes, not normally what you get. Complained to management and all I got was sorry, picked up my plate and walked away. I'm very disappointed. I've been a long-time member but finding more and more the Commercial Club is a better option.

Good location, plenty of parking, kids friendly.
Saturday night could effect waiting time for your order.
We ordered chicken wings (they are sooo good!), like entrie , but they comes with all in ones.
And my husband waiting for roast 40min.
If you have time and not mind waiting- recommended this place for visiting 😊
Live music, raffles, kids eat for the half price Saturday.

Food took 45 minutes and was no good at all, Bowl of vegetables was half full of water, The white wine mushroom sauce was just carbonara sauce, Chips were crunchy on the outside and Glaggy on the inside. Very costly and the wine glasses were filthy, could have used a good wash and wipe over with paper towel.

Food is okay but scammy with the gravy in the chips. They give you a shot glass of gravy for large chips and when I asked for more they tried to charge me extra and then the woman on duty said it wasnt her fault and proceeded to completely ignore me...thus they get this review. I actually spent near $40 and they can't even give you a thimble more gravy. Totally unaustralian.

Excellent food. Service from the staff could be better. They look a bit disengaged. The place is littered with pokies which is sad.

Disappointed with the service at lunch today. It was not very busy, but it took 45 minutes to be served our bread entree, and while the main. was delicious it took so long to arrive that there was no time to even consider ordering dessert. It was a birthday meal, and we had hoped for something special. We have always enjoyed our previous experiences.

Best mate & his pregnant partner got food poisoning after having lunch here over the Easter weekend. Health department have been called, venue staff not helpful at all about the matter.

Been there twice in the past five days. Meals where very enjoyable staff where very pleasant.
I would recommend it to anyone we would come back again

Been a member for a few months now, really love coming here for dinner or even for coffee and cake after a night at the movies.
Dinner here on the weekend was very enjoyable, you really need to book a table as they are always very busy, the prices are quite reasonable abd you get a discount if you are a member, drinks at the bar are the same.
We ordered a garlic and cheese pizza for entree but they accidentally brought us a garlic bread but were quick to fix it, our meals were both excellent and was pretty quick arriving.
Finished with coffee and desert cakes, coffee was perhaps a little too hot for my liking but otherwise all good.

As visitors we were warmly welcomed into the dining area for an evening meal. Although the facility was busy our meals arrived in a timely manner, well presented and enjoyed. The staff were efficient and professional.
