We had dinner today. Food was really nice and delicious. Our food was served by sushma really nice and charming person, seems very hardworking that needs to any company. Love to visit this place again.

We had an amazing time here, Cam welcomed and greeted us with a smile. He was full of knowledge around the pub which made for a delightful stay, will definitely be back!!

We had a birthday here today and the staff were so friendly and very helpful.
The manager Alan made sure everything was perfect and checked in to make sure it all ran smoothly.

We attended this venue with and were warmly greeted by Cam. Already counting down the days until we can return with our family- the steak was on point ! . The gaming room was spotless!! We ran into Cam many times whilst he was helping other patrons and making sure everyone felt welcomed ! 5 stars !

We are very happy to have spent Mother’s Day dinner at St Albans hotel The food was very testy and did not take long to be prepared. Sushma served us and was very pleasant. I think she is an asset to this company. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to my family and friend. Thanks to Sushma our evening was nice and pleasant…

Very friendly staff and always amazing food. The bathrooms are not great they need better maitainence!! They look ancient.

Something for everyone!! My family and I often visit this venue as I find it caters to each of us; there's a sports bar with pool table and darts for the boys, a quiet bistro with delicious food.
The managers Alan and Kevin are easy to have a chat with and they always helpful and attentive.

Severely underrated! The food here is amazing and the prices are affordable! The steak, Parma and butter chicken are so good!! The service is always great and welcoming! We are very surprised that it’s not busier - get in here guys !! A local gem #supportlocal

Near the station, a nice big pub with lovely outdoor areas. Airy and neat, it is a real local with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

My work colleagues and I sometimes come past after work for team drinks and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Bonus they often have great promotions on at the sports bar, love their pot and parmas great value these days!!

I went to my friend's birthday on May 11 and was welcomed by Nabii, a very cute and hospitable girl. She was the only one serving the food but she was always smiling and ready to come back to serve someone who had just returned from the dance floor. I really like the service of this young girl

I was invited to the St Albans hotel for dinner with a group of friends who live nearby. Wow! What a great place! The staff were fantastic. The menu was yummy and we had a fantastic night!
As I live more than 2 hours away, my husband and I decided to spend the night at their accommodation. It was very reasonably priced, very clean and quiet.
I would highly recommend this little hidden gem in the north west!

I had the pleasure of savoring a delightful parma, impeccably prepared and bursting with savory goodness. The service was outstanding, demonstrating the team's commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. With minimal wait time, the meal was served promptly, showcasing our dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences. Cam was very welcoming to the hotel and greeted us with exceptional knowledge of all the specials on at the venue through the PA system. Very professional when speaking across the venue both in the gaming room and across the bar services. Will defiantly be back for another with my family and friends. Looking forward to trying the steak next time.

I had my nieces 21st in the weekend and was absolutely disappointed in the service. The wait staff were so unwelcoming and kept taking meals when they weren’t eaten and at one point took a meal off my niece who was already eating it because they gave it to her by mistake. I also don’t understand why new cutlery could not be given for each meal but was told to use the same set for all 3 course meals. There was also a male staff member on the night of 27/4/24 who was rude and was difficult to deal with, definitely would not have him at the front dealing with people. Overall disappointing service and would not recommend after that I am hoping that improvements would be made to ensure this type of service does not happen again to another family.

I had my nieces 21st here on the 28th of April. This was the worst service I've ever received!!!! i was so embarrassed at the lack of hospitality and professionalism. Cam the manager was so unwelcoming! did not smile once and made us feel like WE were inconvenience. They had only 2 staff working even after knowing they would be catering to 107 guests. they served cold food and most of the guest didn't even receive food. They even asked guest to keep our cutlery to use for all 3 courses. They complained at every request even when we asked for refills for water. WATER. DISGUSTING SERVICE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LIKE WE DID.

I found the service in the gaming room. Very clean and most of the staff very helpful a staff member. by the name of Cam very professional and alert. To keep us customers happy and to keep coming. I was very happy to stay there. And enjoy the place for the evening. I will definitely go again.

Had dinner with my wife and food was amazing. We are here weekly and the food and service never disappoints. Highly recommend this place for its wonderful food and staff

Food was delicious especially the cheesy garlic bread. The lovely man who served us had immaculate service, very attentive. Stunning area with great views from the window that we sat at. Would recommend for family events as they do host functions here as well :)

Food and service was great... I just think it should be optional to give a tip or not... Because when ordering in the venue and paying by credit card... There is no option for $0... The only smallest option is %5... I think as a paying customer you should get a choice... Apart from that... Yeah was good... Lil bit pricey... Be nice if they had a mid week special of some sort... Like a Parma and a Pint for $17 would be nice... I'd be more tempted to come back then.. .

During a recent work trip, I stumbled upon the St Albans Hotel and had an amazing time. Cameron recommended the Pot & Parma offer for $20, which was top-notch. His friendliness and menu knowledge made my visit really special. I ended up going back for three nights straight, trying out everything else they had. The schnitzels were my absolute favorite. If you're around, definitely check out this spot! And Cam, thanks for making me feel like a regular!

We're already looking forward to returning with loved ones, enticed by the prospect of enjoying the exquisite params on the menu.
