What a club plenty to do there nice people

We visited on a Monday night for dinner and were disappointed with the menu items ordered.
The gnocchi sauce lacked flavour, the steak and rib was disappointing - the steak was ok but ribs did not taste good and this was ordered by 2 out of 10 guests and both provided the same feedback. Out of the 10 orders only 3 completed theirs and the remainder didn’t because they weren’t enjoyed.
The staff were accommodating by providing plates and spoons for our birthday cake and we were also able to pre-book for this birthday dinner.
It’s a shame that the food wasn’t up to standard and it’s surprising that most reviews given are quite positive when it comes to the food quality and taste - quite possibly we dined in on an off night.

Went to an 80th birthday there today. Food very nice, staff helpful, venue excellent.

Went for lunch and ordered 2 dine and discovery voucher meals (steak n ribs) paid the $14 remaining on card. After 50 minutes waiting ,went to see how much longer they would take as I was running out of time. . They couldn't locate order with my buzzer number . So was told they would get our meals to us asap . Just over an hour to get the meals . My meal was a big let down . Well done steak was not cooked properly . Didnt have time to send it back and wait even longer . Wont be rushing back .

Went for a quick dinner. My chilli prawn pasta was nice but was Luke warm but the plate was very hot. Obviously it was microwaved. My wife had the lamb which she says was nice but undercooked close to the bone. Still is a good place to eat and maybe next time it will be better.

We have been with St Johns Bowling club for so many special occasions for 12 years now. We love the fully renovated place. The services are always excellent. Congrats to Jennifer, event coordinator for always very considerate in our needs and always with a beautiful smile. And Mary in catering excellent job.

this place is nice n all but the people who be working at the jamieson room with all the private events need to be checked tf OUTTT . the rules are so outdated, like my cousin and dad both wanted the desserts they were serving but the lady legit yelled at them for having 2. like bro why do you care how much someone eats, why are you being rude about it and why is that even a rule?? lmfao by the end of the night there was still enough dessert for one person to have 2. that old lady who works in the kitchen is so rude for no reason. why does she have such in attitude for? she got mad at the kids for eating the “adult” desserts (which had numerous leftovers but alr) and said TO MY LITTLW COUSINS FACE (who is 9 for the record) “you shouldn’t be eating this we already have you dessert” again why are you limiting people to what they can eat? and why would you say it to her face?? say ur to your co worker or your boss but never to a child’s face, you never know how trauma inducing it is and shamed my family for wanting more food. the food at this place high key sucks so bad. this menu needs a replenish because half the food they serve is outdated, bland or doesn’t even taste good. this place is nice but there so much improvement that could be used for staff and rules that would make this place a comfortable soace instead of a place where people feel judged for enjoying food.

Terrible food, do not order the mixed grill, so dry, looks like it's all pre cooked. After taking it all apart this is what it looked like, great club but terrible food.

Such a great place to go for a meal, live music and the raffle on a Friday night is fantastic. Love the host!

Love this club. Friendly staff, good food and great parking facilities. They even have introduced a connoisseur range of aged meat, on view in their glass-fronted fridge. Impressive!

Love the food!! It was cheap and delicious. Friendly staff. And the area was very clean.(We ordered a steak and spaghetti for $16 dollars each).

Haven't been for a while, and it has totally changed. Really nice decor and staff are friendly. The food section was nice and comfortable. What we ordered was delicious and fresh. My parents ordered ribs from the bistro and noodles from the dumpling section. Both came out quite cold. Apart from that, the ambience is quite nice.

Have never been a fan of rsl/bowling clubs, but I think I may have been swayed. Have eaten dinner here a few times and the food is great and good value for money. The atmosphere is quiet as we come about 5.30/6pm. The food is nice and the coffee is really good.

First visit today and loved it! From the nice gentleman at the front signing us in and saying welcome to the food we ordered our experience was amazing the chilli prawns were so delicious the food is great the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The lady who served our drinks while we were on the machines was super friendly. I think this place is my new favourite place to come on a Sunday. Will definitely be back! Great job to all the friendly staff!

First experience in December, we had a private event in the Naughty Corner. The food was absolutely amazing! So fresh and tasty! I can't wait to go back! Atmosphere is nice, staff are warm and friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous parking.
Looking for parking for literally 1 hr driving up and down, I missed my child's presentation for yr 6 graduation due to parking. Levels 4 and 5 were locked up was told by security guard it'll open up which it didn't that also reminds me the security guard was absolutely rude.

$25.00 for the most dry fry fish that you can have...in your lifetime... extremely over priced for frozen packet food nothing is actually made fresh... My relative ordered 2 dishes and they didn't have time to sit down and they brought food on the table how can that be good food...if you want to pay a lot of money for a frozen food cone here

$15 for 15 meals was enough incentive to try this place. I admit that my expectations were low of a $15 lamb shank with mash… needless to say it exceeded expectations.
The lamb fell off the bone (don’t need a knife) and the flavour was good. It’s a little bland plus it could do with a slightly more sauce to balance the roast veggies and mash. Otherwise it’s a good deal for lunch
