Went here for the 1st time. The most rudest staff personel. I wouldn't be going back. A major disgrace

The female staff member who was working behind the bar in the pokie room on Tuesday is one of the most beautiful girls i have ever seen . ill come back just to c her! I did tell her that her boyfriend is a VERY lucky man, she said thank u. i wish that she said that she didn't have one!! Id happily lose 50 on the pokies just so i get to c her 😊

Terrible customer service do not go here if you are not from the town absolutely appalling how the staff will treat you - no lid for a takeaway coffee cup because apparently they only give them to people they know

Security abusive, discriminate and rude.
Threaten and harassed by security and security staff as I am blind and unable to see without glasses.
Security manager told me if I am blind why am I out and not at home.
I cried and even then told to take off glasses.
I walked into walls and bumped into things and still not allowed to wear glasses or get any assistance.

Out of every hotel in the area, this is the friendliest, the customers are true locals, and the staff are extremely helpful and on point.
Other venues in the are the staff are cold, but here the gaming staff meet and greet at the door always welcoming.

Offers a very excellent traditional Yum Cha, very reasonably priced, very wide range of both "normal" and traditional foods, highly recommended, always going back for more, a good, relaxing and enjoyable lunch.

Not happy. All the machines do is provoke, keep giving free spins for nothing, keeps taking my money. Never give anything and not much variety of machines. All the same.

I would not recommend this place. I was spoken to very rudely by an asian man behind the bar. I went in on a hot day to have a glass of water and he approached me and told me I could not stay around the hotel, I was to drink my water and leave. Was not worth an argument. Very bad experience.

I wish I could give zero stars..the RUDEST staff I have ever come across in my entire life!! They are actually abusive, aggressive to staff and patrons. Horrible, would never go back! And absolutely disgusting food and it's filthy and dirty.

I’ve never witness a toxic and abusive working environment until I stepped foot into Stardust Hotel. I was a new customer of Stardust hotel, been here for around for a month now and yesterday I’ve just witness one of the female manager shouting and getting aggressive at CUSTOMERS for “not playing big enough”. Safe to say I won’t be attending here ever again. The owner needs to do a better job at hiring managers and need to stop giving them too much power.

I used to regularly attend the Yumcha before it was shut down for renovations and the food was spectacular, the service was a little slow but that was due to the quantity of patrons. Now the food is mediocre and service great as there is only a smaller quantity of patrons, the cost has gone up considerably.

Iron Chef Yum Cha. Amazing. Excellent dumplings and the Roast Duck is to die for. My go to place for yum cha

I like this place because it is so close to the train station for a quick beer between trains and the beer is cheap! $4.10 for a schooner is great value anywhere. They also serve jugs. And get this, at 430pm happy hour lasts for 3 hours @ $3.50 a schooner.
Mostly its just a standard no frills pub. Large gambling area up front with a bar personalised for the dedicated punters. Tab area and pool table and out back in the main bar area with a smoking beer garden attached. Working class clientele drinking in the main bar and very friendly staff.
This bar is attached to one of the most popular yum cha restaurants in sydney, Ironchef. So, if yum cha is your thing, The Stardust hotel is even ideal for a drink whilst you wait for a table.

Great place poker machine pool tables TAB nice sitting sreas inside and outside very busy most the time but usually run ito people you know that makes it fun too.

Absoulutly Atrocious ,Gutless Female management staff,a couple in particular.The owner of the venue needs to address this.Very,very rude to patrons and other staff members.Should not be placed in positions of power in venues,they should remain where they belong,In the kitchen.
