Wow oh wow what a bar!!! I came to Surfers for a 6 day holiday and came to this bar EVERY DAY!!!! The staff are all so friendly and amazing, shout out to Simon for his jenga enthusiasm and overall kind demeanour and utmost professionalism. 11/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a good time!

We waited about 35 minutes for our food and one beer which was forgotten, which is an extremely long wait for what we ordered.
In addition, the food was not good at all. The fish tacos were okay, the corn cobs were soggy and cold in the middle, the nachos weren’t great with half a container of sour cream on one side, and the chicken taquitos were greasy.
It was also super unpleasant watching cockroaches run across the tables, which were sticky. Overall would not recommend at all, especially at the price point.

Went here for a couple of drinks & to watch nba. The staff were nice & put the game on when I asked. There is a very funky smell inside this establishment. Quite hot inside also. But it is a sports bar...didn't try any food. It is also beside timezone & location is good.

We had the best time at the weekend! Can't wait to go back the next time we're in the Gold Coast. We definitely took advantage of the free Canadian Club hat with every 2 x CC drinks purchased. We ended up with 4 hats! The space is huge, would be perfect for work/birthday/engagement party etc. We actually went back the same night and there was live music which was a great vibe. The staff were so lovely, even offered us to try different drinks on tap before purchasing. The giant jenga was a crowd pleaser too! I can't recommend the beergarden enough.

We dined here on a quiet day, not very busy at all. I was disappointed as there was less cocktails on the QR menu than what was advertised online and even less were even available to order despite us dining just after 12pm. The food we ordered (mini seafood platter) was sub par and very underwhelming in terms of quality and taste. I would hate to see the quality on a busy night. Great venues for larger groups but personally wouldn’t come back considering there’s better options in the area.

Was always a beer garden patron when I was younger. Didn't go for a few years and have recently moved to Surfers and have frequented it a few times.
The upgrade made it look so much nicer. Still decent pricing on drinks too which is good. Also for a bar in Surfers it's actually got a nice feel to it.

Uninspiring beers on tap, just the normal major beers. Was expecting a better variety of beer styles and craft breweries. Service was fine, didn't have any food. Very empty at lunchtime.

Top tier cocktails! Beautiful venue in the sun. Special mention to the espresso martini and cosmopolitan. Chefs kiss 🤌🏻

This place did a 180 compared to 8 years ago when I was in there last. It’s so clean and bright.
The interior and layout is extremely family friendly, there’s heaps of games for kids and adults around, huge tvs with different sports on, comfortable lounged to chill and bigger tables for groups.
Loved what they did to the place.
Came in for drinks on Thursday and back for dinner on Monday.
Tried two pizzas and they were amazing.
Fresh, nice base and loaded with delicious toppings.
Will be back for sure when visiting next time.

The view is soo good, we had few drinks, I took some pictures from that balcony where we sit… just brilliant. The Surfers Paradise Beergarden located on the middle of surfers paradise, nice to have some beers with that beautiful view. But you have many choices for drinks, about food I don’t know, so read others reviews about food

The Staff are class…don’t even get me started on the atmosphere had a very good time but I guess it depends on who your with and you can have a good time anywhere but the beer garden is something else :) when the main man pedro is working sorts us out every time.

The contactless ordering is convenient and safe. The meals are delicious, the drinks are good, the price is moderate, and it is very suitable for families. There are great screens for watching sports events, and the children's play area is really great

Our first place we visited on the Gold Coast. And what a start it was. Good variety of drinks at reasonable prices. And a small variety of pub meals at slightly higher prices than I would expect.
Beautiful beautiful area! All sports are on display! Friendly staff, family fun games on nearly every table! Loved it here on a Wednesday lunch time. Can imagine a great vibe here on weekends and peak sporting events.

It’s such an amazing place! the nicest one in Gold Coast. Wonderful cocktails and great staff! They are always around smiling and helping everyone 🌈🌈 I recommend this place to whoever that wants to have a great time ❤️ Simon is a G!!!

I really enjoyed the beers, and also the Pizza after waiting forever for it. I was compensated but in general the service was poor. And the atmosphere, are they a family restaurant, sport bar, or a tap room for craft beer? I dunno.

If you want to pay for alcoholic drinks and be served non alcoholic drinks as well as have drinks missing from your order and when you mention it to staff they argue with you black and blue not willing to help then this is the place to go. We left after that and we won't be going back. Mistakes happen, I get that. We are all human but I don't like being ripped off!

Had such a fun night! The crowd was great. Simon was super helpful and fun. Vibes were great even for a week night. Definitely worth coming back. Great views overlooking the Main Street.

Hadn't been to The Beergarden for about 30 years so when I stayed at Surfers I was keen to see how it has changed.
Pleasantly surprised. Good atmosphere and not too loud plus all the sports on the screens.
Food was great. Went back the next night it was so good.
Recommended.

Food was nice. But we killed at least 8 cockroaches on the table. They came out of the cutlery and napkins. Young lady staff was very sorry, but when she told the manager and was just looking over at us smiling.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent! Burger was made with a high quality meat and you can confirm it with every bite you take, however you don’t get tomato sauce with the burger.
Bathrooms were not desirable at all, the hallway leading you to the bathrooms on the top floor had a really strong and disgusting smell.

Food was amazing!! When you see meals beautifully plated you hope it tastes as great as it looks... definitely 5 stars for food!! Thanks guys x my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food!! 👏🏾👏🏾

Everytime we go to the Gold Coast this is the first and last place we go to. We go there everyday and absolutely love it. Great food, staff are so nice and the atmosphere is great

Absolutley terrible food. We ordered 6 meals and only the kids burgers were edible, worst dinner we've ever had. The mens toilet didn't have any tap handles to wash your hands. Nice location and cold drinks that's the only positive.

A bit rowdy on a Friday night...it was so loud we couldn't hear each other at the table. There was a bouncer out front too which felt odd for a restaurant. The food was good though, huge serving of pork belly and nice cocktails! The ambiance (or lack thereof) is what let it down, unfortunately.
