Wow just wow Santa Cruz restaurant up stairs is discusting service is poor one person serving dinner for 3 people was $80.00 the place is normally packed very few people out to dinner soft serve machine is normally working out of order. Deserts brought from Woolies with cream put on top. tables haven’t been cleaned since we got here every table has plates piled on it nothing has been cleaned just discusting. Wouldn’t be putting a good look for a club that used to have a packed car park and no tables tonight there was Empty tables stuff all food just wrong how can u charge so much with no options on food. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK

We went to the buffet on a Tuesday night. They advertised 25 dollars for a non member on the clubs website but wanted to charge 29 on the night. The food was not good and not worth the money. This place has potential but they are charging too much and the food isn’t at a good standard.

We went along for a family birthday dinner over the weekend. 6 Adults and 4 kids, cost us $290. The food was disappointing, was bland and tasteless. Not a great variety, the dessert bar was just cakes and jelly and the only seafood available was prawns, very dry oysters and mussels. The old 83 restaurant was so much better, with a huge variety of different foods and was well worth the $35 per head for adults we were charged on Friday night. We won't go again.

We love our nsw clubs but this would have to be the most disappointing. Food at buffet was the most unappetising I've ever seen. 58.00 for 2 . Complained but no offer of money back. Not a good experience 😕 😞

We had lunch at Santa Cruz Restaurant at the Services Club. New owners - the meal was delicious!! Cheeky Charlie Chan is a lovely man who welcomed us and made sure we all enjoyed our meal. Lunch time meals are served by staff from the bain marie- choose from 6-8 Asian dishes, fried rice, spring rolls and Aussie roast pork with baked veggies, carrots and peas. You can go back for seconds!!! Lovely welcoming staff. Give them a try. Really nice people.

We ate here about 2 years ago and it was wonderful best place food was great and you could help yourself - all you can eat buffet.
We couldn’t wait to come back this time when we were visiting Tamworth but we were very very disappointed.
You had to be served you couldn’t help yourself, food was nothing like previous. Prawns were yuk the rest of the food was dry and not fresh - Very average. paid $90 for 2 adults and 2 kids. One of the adults tried some things but didn’t have anything as it was not nice we went to maccas and got some dinner after trying a few things.
Wouldn’t recommend.

Travelling through town and thought I'd support the local services club as usually they provide a value for money meal......in this case how wrong I was.
$40.00 for a buffet meal is a little steep considering that all of the food came from a hot box and looked like it had been there for a quite a while while.
Whilst there was a reasonable selection, all I wanted was a simple roast meal. The roast meat was swimming in water and looked less than appetising.
I would not bother going there for s meal in future due to price and quality of food.

This was a lovely gem that we are so glad we stumbled across. We opted for a club as we had 2 year old twins and a 10 year old and needed somewhere kid friendly. Although we had no booking, they were able to fit us and another family in. The selections cater to all ages and tastes and was fresh and tasty. Fabulous value for money as well. We will definitely be back, next time we are in Tamworth

This is my first time that I been here its amazing I'm so full the food so beautiful yummy and the duck so tender. Definitely come back here again for sure.

This is a smaller club but has a Cafe and other facilities. The restaurant was closed when I visited but the staff were friendly and helpful.

The upstairs all you can eat buffet, was sub par and nasty, that I wouldn't feed it to my dog!! The host at the front counter lied and said she had oysters when is was only a mussel kil Patrick and I paid $40 for a 15 year old that all he wanted is chips and $95 total for myself and two kids, a total waste of money. But like they say fool me once shame on you , fool me twice, well it won't happen because the upstairs restaurant at the services is a total Rip!!
Please don't be discouraged about the down stars area, staff are fantastic people and the service is always 1st class, beers spot on too.

Staff friendly, not great range of beers, however the basics are on tap. No cocktails, old feeling club, enough pokies, but wouldn't return. Had a deep fried share platter, which was very very basic. (Pictured).

I've been coming here for 2 years and the food has progressively got worse, we walked in and there was a family complaining at the front desk. We should have taken the hint and turned around. Tonight the food on show, you wouldn't allow the homeless to eat, and i reckon there dogs would have turned their nose up. Pork chops that looked several days old, they matched the sausages that were shrivelled to hardness, the prawns were getting old, were clearly frozen for 6 months , were soggy and looked gross. The Chinese was almost empty and looked to have been there since yesterday. Old mate at the counter did say if there was anything that needed to be topped up yell out, but that was everything.
Sorry Servies, but we won't be back.

I think the food needs to be fresh. Ate all you can eat and in all honesty. Had one plate only when I paid $30 for all you can eat. There was no flavour. It felt like the cheapest meats of the barrel. The food looked like it had been sitting there all day. Such a shame as we really felt like a good home cooked meal outside of home.
Won’t go back. Wasn’t worth $30 for one adult at all.
Staff was really friendly. Such a shame.

I’m not normally one to write a review however…. After going for diner tonight I feel I need to!
The food was absolutely disgusting to say the least, no flavour and barley eatable.
The food tasted & looked like it had sad for days & only been Re-heated.
Now I am left spewing my guts up from this “food”
$30 dollars for all you can eat, yet it’s not even eatable!
Don’t waste your time or money at this place
On a serious note, it raises serious concerns & I think a visit from the health inspector & a deep dive into the food handling is definitely required!

I liked everything about this club,staff was great and the restaurant had a $15 chinese buffet on the night we went there,which was worth every penny.

I go here with my daughters every time I come to Tamworth food is amazing love it can't wait till it goes back to self serve it was better when it was self serve but still good the way it is the staff are friendly always smiling fantastic family friendly place see yous next time

Food was terrible, and there was the smallest variety of low quality food for a buffet. The sweetnsour chicken was made with chicken nuggets. Overpriced, don't waste your hard earned dollars here.

Family and friends arrived at the Buffet upstairs which is under new management and we were warmly greeted by manager and chef could not fault the variety /quality and value for money we will visit again thanks 10/10 — Alan

Excellent food and plenty of it. Very friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals with reasonable prices.

Dined at upstairs Chinese Restaurant $40 each
All you can eat and keep down ! Green juice amongst prawns that were soft ( don’t know how long that was sitting there)
Every serving was discusting except the King prawn cutlets!
Desert Choc Mousse was nice Everything else was terrible . Never go again !! Waste of $80
I wouldn’t feed it to my DOG

Courtney and Vickie went our of their way to ensure my evening dinner was an enjoyable one.
Both provided table service. Meal was very cheap. Not to expensive.Served hot. Premises very clean and presentable.
Close to CBD and located on main Highway.
Worth 500 stars.

Club is great ths buffet was feral, dirty plates to put your food on, prawns that sorry where not got out that morning if so refrigeration is questionable, manager was rude and arrogant, dishes where dry and luke warm if at best, a stir is not goibg to fix that, to tell young staff like he did omg i would remove my children. Club was recommended but no more a family been going there for life has been ruined chef raymond omg im sorry you are a bad show for chefs nsw food authority needs to visit

A great club. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are clean.
Only draw back was my seafood basket was a little over cooked.
Would recommend the club to anyone looking for a quiet drink and good feed.
