We tried dal makhni and shahi paneer along with veg Manchurian. Everything was good. Manchurian can be better. Pretty busy on Saturday night, still gave us table. Beautiful ambiance as well.

Went on a Wednesday night and the restaurant had a good vibe. Service was efficient and polite. Upmarket feel at a reasonable price point. The food were really tasty. I particularly loved being able to custom select the spiciness for each dish. Medium Hot was our go to and it was perfect. Recommend the Lamb Korma, Paneer Saag and Butter Chicken.

We had the goat curry and the vegetable korma. They were both good, tasty. But for the price the portions could be bigger. I left feeling a little hungry after we ordered our two mains. Hence the 4 stars.

We had a lovely curry last night, my husband had Lamb Korma, I had Goat curry 🍛 both were lovely good size meals, for starters Chicken Tikka nice and spicey didn't need dessert as we were full , will come a gain when we come to Coffs lovely Jubbly 😋 😀 😉 ps The meat in the curry's you could cut with a spoon 🤩🤣

We dined here on a Thursday night and it was a little on the quiet side. That’s probably due to Valentine’s Day being the night before! The service was very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the vege samosas, pani poori and the lamb saag. All were excellent and the prices were quite reasonable, given some Indian restaurants can be very expensive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We called and booked the table with 8 kids and 11 adults. On arrival we were given outdoor table. However, people were smoking and we requested if we can be moved indoors. Waiter for extremely rude n didn’t attend.. we had to rebook n it was a very bad experience. Ps , indoor were not fully occupied..

This is a very belated review. We ate here on an overnight stop in Coffs Harbour a few years ago. It was a Sunday I think and the place was quiet, but I have to say that the food was rerally excellent. Even now I remember that the lamb dish I had was full of tender and delicious lamb. We also had a biryani dish that was really lovely and was cooked with a thin roti lid to seal the dish. As you will gather, the place made a lasting impression on us.

The food was not good. Ordered vegetable biryani and mushroom bhaji. The quality of rice used in biryani was not good also the taste was below average. The mushrooms were not fresh and other veggies were under cooked.

The food was beautiful, there were three of us and we ordered quit a bit. We had Lamb Saag, Chicken Jalfrezi, Prawn Malabari, Mushroom Bhaji, Peshwari Nan, Garlic Nan, Amritsari Kulcha Nan and a large portion of rice. I thought that would be way too much but we managed to eat it nearly all. Really beautiful. One little thing if I had to fund something, the food could have been served a bit warmer. I would definitely go again when I am back in Coffs Harbour.

The flavors and aromas that waft from the kitchen are nothing short of enchanting. The menu offers a diverse range of authentic Indian dishes that cater to all tastes, from mild to spicy. Each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, resulting in an explosion of deliciousness with every bite. The warm and welcoming ambiance, along with attentive service, completes the dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Indian cuisine or new to it, this restaurant is a must-visit for a delightful journey through Indian flavors.

Ordered chicken tikka masala and the chicken was inedible at all! Prawn balamri was good but very expensive$30 They guy who served us asked us if we need pappadams to start with which is always free as complementary but they charged us for it. I never paid $ 79 for any indian restaurant in Australia. I believe this restaurant is kind of tourist trap who passed through Coffs Harbour.

One of the best places to eat Indian Food! We were 2 families looking for a kid friendly place offering Indian food. We tried both veg & non-veg options and liked the dal & butter chicken. Great quality, light music and good vibe!

Nice ambience and great location. The good quality is also good. Not many veg options , otherwise very good if you like eating without restrictions. The only reason for 4 stars is their quantity of food which seems less compared to the price being charged.

I recently ordered three fish pieces from this place for $17. Unfortunately, I found the price to be quite high for the portion size. Additionally, the taste was just average and didn't meet my expectations for the cost. Overall, I was disappointed with both the value and quality.

I had the most delightful time at this establishment, first I was greeted by a friendly young adult and ushered to my seat with the utmost excellency of service. Then I was served by a lovely young man named Gurkirit, he provided the most wonderful service in creating an elegant dining experience, furthermore, he welcomed us and made the ordering experience intuitive and pleasant. And the food, oh the food, it was brilliant. Quite extravagant indeed, from famished to fed my mouth was graced by every bite. I purchased the goat curry and my lord was it amazing, a flavour explosion one might say. I would most certainly return and would recommend others to stop by if they’re around or even to make the trip to this restaurant. Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever eaten and certainly the best service (Thank you Gurkirit) 10/10

I dined here twice with my indian vegetarian parents, and wow!! Taste of North India was outstanding! From being warmly greeted at the entrance, being seated, having some menu items explained, the service was above and beyond throughout. The food was beyond excellent too. The seekh kebabs and Keema somosas were flawless entrees. The rotis, naans and kulchas were cooked perfectly. The spice level for nearly all dishes can be customised. We tried an assortment of mild and medium dishes, and while the chilli level was tailored to our order no flavour was compromised at all. Each dish was authentic, balanced, and perfectly flavoured. The goat curry was an absolute delight, while the paneer tikka masala was just perfect. The saag paneer was lovely, and dhal was seriously impressive considering we rarely order dhal at restaurants since we make it at home so often. Fish tikka was mouth watering and cooked perfectly. The Gulab jamun came as we requested, nice and hot and were delicious. Just the right amount of syrup too. The masala tea to finish the dinner was just sublime, especially when sweetened. We had such a wonderful dinner here we came back again after 4 nights and it was consistently excellent. If you see Indians like us walking out of an Indian restaurant with beaming smiles, as we had here, you know it's going to be something special. Thoroughly enjoyed it and looking forward to returning again

Great tasting restaurant. Seems to be always packed when I visit. They do great tasting Indian foods and even have the Indian beers 'Kingfisher'. The curries are great. Even medium spice kicks enough punch to have your taste buds going. The Biryani comes in a nice traditional clay pot covered in a naan bread. The cheesy naans are also great for mopping up the curry. Pleasant experience overall.

Great authentic Indian food. The staff were very friendly and it was very busy with hungry diners. We had the butter chicken and lamb rogan josh with plain naan that was super tasty. Thoroughly recommended !

Good food and attentive service We had a lovely meal at this local restaurant. The food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. We did think that the portion sizes were a little slim, but the prices were reasonable and BYO wine was a plus!

Food was very average. Pakoras were small, burnt on edges and super greasy. Chicken Tikka masala had nice tandoori flavour but the sauce with it was tomato and tasteless. The dhal was watery. Overall disappointing food but good service.

Food arrived after a long wait.Though claiming to be North Indian, the butter chicken was overly sweet, the chicken tikka masala was full of colour, dal tadka was the worst and paneer tikka masala was not a saving grace! Will not recommend to anyone who is after authentic North Indian.Overly priced as well
