We booked a reservation a week ago only to show up and be told they couldn't serve us because of a power outage. This would have been fine, had we received a phone call or some kind of warning about the reservation. We drove all the way there just to be turned away. This is the second time we have made a reservation only to be told they cannot serve food at the time. Very disappointed.

The times I have been there, they have had great service and pretty solid food would recommend for anyone wanting to try it out!

The new renovations turned out really nicely, but unfortunately hasn't seemed to have fixed the issue of the floor feeling seconds from caving in on the second floor.
And coming into winter the outdoor area could use some heaters.
All in all not a bad bar at all though.

The food was great and service was great. Setting up stairs in front of the very large screens watching the cricket was ok, due to the size of the screen and the number of high tables, it was very hard to see the hole screen. As there was very little soft finishings around the bar it is very noisy. The location, being in the centre of town is great, but getting a park even on a week night was very hard.

Tatts advertised on the internet that they are showing a world title boxing match, then I get there and it's not showing. Staff member goes off for a bit to try get it on, comes back and says Foxtel problem and Foxtel not open. I questioned this and story changes to Foxtel wasn't answering quickly and her manager said to not worry about it (wasn't very busy there). Piss poor effort, just no care factor, unfortunately was the only place in Toowoomba showing it so pissed me off.

Satisfied my curiosity. Previously Tatts Hotel had an undesirable reputation, the new renovations bring it in alignment with modern pubs. It was clean, friendly and the music wasn't too loud. Big screens for the sports fanatics and an out of the way gaming lounge. We had a 3-dip sharing platter with very soft gluten free bread & a couple lemon-lime bitters.

Popped for a sneaky dinner date. Staff were friendly and attentive. Venue was clean and well designed with a functional layout . The food was fresh, hot and out in record time. Portion size was spot on and value for money. Could not fault them.

My partner and I had dinner here last week and we received our meals by a woman with a green mullet. She slammed my girlfriend's plate on the table as well as my plate when giving us our meals. She then proceeded to keep staring at my girlfriend, looking at us up and down, making the whole dining experience uncomfortable.
The food was bland, and the gravy I feel wasn’t enough for what I paid for considering the gravy is an extra. Most pubs have gravy in a big steel gravy pourer. But here it was put in a really small dipping sauce..

Looking for a vegetarian option, no veggie stack available. Cauliflower steaks - plain tasty and rubbery. Thai salad. was also mediocre . Very average meal. Waitress certainly wasn’t hired for her friendly, helpful personality.

I would like too contact the manager of Tatt hotel as a matter of bar service. It evolves one of your bar tenders I have her name that I won't publish now, but If I do not get a reply in 48hrs, I will be issuing a a freedom of information application and will publicly inform the interactions with a single bar staff member. I know the names of the owners and would like respect given respect returned. I have multiple witnesses who have given consent to publish the information.

I ordered the tatts parmy on uber eats and it was hands down the best order ive received off uber eats. It was hot and fresh and they swapped my sides for me no problem.

I came here for dinner and drinks. The food was nice full of flavour I had the kitty Queenslander it was amazing so garlicky and the chicken was moist the prawns where not over cooked. My friend had the lamb shanks they where also really good.
The cocktails are amazing I love the creamy strawberry one! Staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

Here for the Tatts Classic Pool Comp weekend, Great bar. Friendly staff, great prices, great good. Plenty of parking.

Helpful staff with good service. Couldn't find an open coffee shop in town so settled for a refreshing soft drink instead. The hotel itself was quiet and the side lounge offered cool respite on a hot day.

Had our Christmas Party at tatts and could not fault them! Super accommodating and helpful. Meals and platters were delicious and huge servings. Everyone had a great time thanks to the venue and awesome staff.

Great staff, brilliant beer garden and friendly patrons. Good range of drinks and meals. Recommended. Addit: power upgrade underway to ageing infrastructure. Beautiful building, upstairs club, downstairs pokies, plenty of sports screens if that's your thing. PS: Try "Little creatures" beer on tap, it's Ace.

Great pub, we found this place by wandering up the street. Yummy chicken wings, excellent priced and array of dishes on the menu. Great place to watch the footy. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff, the Steak Sandwich I ordered was brought out pretty quickly. A little more elaborate than the
Standard SS and the ranch Aioli was a nice touch. Rated 8.5 / 10.

Didn't get the best service, the owners don't act like proper owners and are very rude to their customers. Don't go here for a good night out. You will be highly disappointed 😞

Bartender John is the greatest and deserves a raise and a million chefs kisses. Everyone was so great who worked on Thursday night just gone 11/04
Felt so welcomed on our visit to Toowoomba by this pub, overall we had so much fun. Love the location of being so close to pizza too 👀

Awesome upgrade! Service is a tad slow but the place is always busy and vibrant. Great security on nights out and fun happy atmosphere. LOVE IT

Attended a 21st Birthday upstairs in their function room (a private function)Where do I start, the room smelt and the floor sticky. The staff behind the bar were extremely rude. Alcohol was expensive, $18 for a can of rum and coke. Food was booked and paid for in particular a pizza platter and when questioned half way through the function where the platter was the response was “we don’t do pizzas”
Package included access to Tv and Slide Show, when asked staff to put on slide show “we don’t know how to do that, sorry we can’t” Children were welcome to attend, that is until they arrived and told they couldn’t be in certain areas or touch the pool table and made to feel they weren’t welcome
Don’t waste your money or time booking here, I was extremely disappointed, not a positive experience at all

A group of 7 dined at Tatts last night.Very disappointed with the fish asked if you can have it grilled she said yes not expecting Salmon which my friend doesn't eat. Spoke to the manager and he said well that's what you ordered and if you want another meal you will have to pay for it He was a bit rude..So had to pay another $28 for the second meal. Then had to wait 35 minutes for it meanwhile everybody else had finished their meals.....Not Happy..

A great pub/restaurant right in the main street. A nice eating area looking out onto the CBD. A couple of different bar areas with pool tables & several big screens showing sport. Live entertainment on some nights. Upstairs is a nightclub area. Very friendly, helpful staff

Absolutely Wonderful Chicken schnitzel came out perfect heat for eating, cold refreshing coke and massive screen to watch sport. Hotel is fit for all ages and tastes. Greeted by friendly staff, Tatts has everything you need to enjoy a good dinner and a fun night with friends.
