This is a blast from the past!!
Original pub decor and atmosphere from the past...no pokies...no false modern extras..just a genuine old style pub with a great atmosphere , good personal service, pretty good food, very good beer prices and a good sayisfied feeling on feperture that you have experienced a unique outing to a bygone era that is fast coming to an end. Give this place a try and, even though it may need a little extra pizzaz, it is well and truly worth the effort to visit.

Still the best pub in South East Quensland,,and I'm glad it's still there open, after all these years,
The publican is a legend of a bloke, really friendly bunch of locals, who make this pub a little gem,wish more people would contribute to it's future success

Quaint little pub for the locals, nice kitchen - the Lil fella enjoyed his fishburger and chips and was given an iceblock treat.

Not many real old fashion pubs left around. Cannot fault this pub. It was so good we went for lunch 2 days in a row. Exceeds expectations exceeds all reviews fabulous food, brilliant barman, lovely locals and celebrity chef with amazing culinary skills.

Mick the Boss was sssooo welcoming and friendly.
It's a classic old school sports bar with a lot of memorabilia.
They've also got a frilly neck lizard 🦎 family that has made their home there. We like to sit outside as it's great atmosphere. There's daily food specials and reasonably priced. I recommend having the steak Sanger. Absolutely delicious.

Love it. No pokies. Clean open kitchen. Large, cheap, good quality meals. Awesome vibe. Mick the boss is good bloke. Runs a good crew.

Loved it! Might not look like much however great atmosphere AMAZING team running the show. Really appreciated our Bar tender and head Chef accommodating our family and especially enjoyed watching the V8s with great food! Thank you so very much

Leoni always serves up a smile with the best steak sandwich on the GC. Worth a visit to see Mick’s (the owner) serious memorabilia collection. The beer is ice cold so please enjoy a very relaxing afternoon on the deck. A true gem hiding in plain sight.

Great place and great vibe. Really old school and lots of friendly people. Never any fighting or drama. The pizza is absolutely amazing and I was supposed cause the price is so cheap. I would recommend this place to anyone! Go and see it for yourself!!! You won't be disappointed!

Enjoyable atmosphere. Great for an after work drink on Fridays. The topless waitress on Fridays are always a lovely sight.

Been coming here for 20 years. Great atmosphere, hard to find original, traditional type pub. Friday afternoons are great my wife and I love to come for a beer after work and also enjoy a sausage on Friday arvos.

Absolutely brilliant meal, chicken schnitzel with chips and gravy! Went down a treat! Misses got the ham cheese and tomato toast and she loved that too
