WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
Not attention to detail, no customer service, worst guest experience , ordered food but came home without having food after 2.5hours of wait.
Venue manager Laura and floor staff was not helpful at all. Made wrong order and then went to make the right one but never arrived. Manager said for the refund after 2.5 hours of wait and said i apologies that all.
Wow for ruining our evening and came home without food.

What a great place for Sunday lunch! We thoroughly enjoyed our family catch-up at The Club. The menu was extensive, staff were friendly, and the food was beautiful. The kids meals were pleasantly plentiful! We'll definitely be back.

Went for dinner last night to the bistro with my family. Ordered the seniors grilled fish and roast veggies …meal very disappointing. Fish was overcooked and dry almost inedible, veggies consisted of 3 pieces of broccoli and 3 beans. Other family members experienced the same disappointment. I have eaten meals at this venue before and meals have been delicious so I can’t understand what went terribly wrong. I wish I had sent the meal back but didn’t want to create a fuss. Unsure whether I’ll ever return again. Marie James. Melton

We chose “The Club” to celebrate a surprise birthday dinner for my husband (35 of us). The atmosphere was great, the service terrific and all meals were delicious. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating to keep our celebration special. It felt like home, with service making a difference to an enjoyable event. We made the right choice.

We booked the function room for a bridal shower and the process was seamless from beginning to end. The food was great and staff were friendly and so easy to deal with. Would definitely consider coming here again for our next function.

The food at The Club has gone downhill. My mother and I both had veal scallopini there today and it was awful, tough and overcooked. We Used to come here all the time, but we’ve now decided never to come back again.

The family attended for lunch. Very kind staff, nice atmosphere and the kids enjoyed the food and play area.

Service was very disjointed, it took ages for our food to arrive. By the time the last meals arrived, others had almost finished their meals. Toilets were not working properly, and needed to be cleaned. Service was friendly though. Good sized meals

Over the weekend, we held our daughter’s baptism hosted by The Club.
What an absolutely terrific day?!
From the day of enquiring, right through to after the event, all the staff I came into contact with were so kind and helpful.
The finger food package we purchased was great. All the food was delicious.
The layout of the room looked beautiful. Everyone complimented on what a great day they had, including the soft play owners who also stated that the staff are great to work with.
Thank you to The Club once again. This was our second time booking a function with you, and looking forward to booking more functions with you again in the future.

Ordering system could do with a bit of tweaking as the app crashed and we didnt get confirmation of our order. Was fixed up pretty quickly after asking though and service was very friendly. Food was delicious and kids meals generous serves. Will surely be back!

On this occasion the seafood taste watered down and the vegetable wedges/fritters too greasy.
Menu has changed (boring for my liking). Work luncheon - make do with the menu ppl (stalk the chef preparing lol)

My fiance and I had an amazing night at The Club, they were able to accomodate to the 160+ guests that we had. All of our guests loved the set up for the night as the Club are flexible on allowing us to decorate the function room. I really want to acknowledge the real MVPs that worked on our event at The Club which are MIA and LUKE who made sure that each guest were treated with the highest standard of service and was accomodating to us for the rest of the night. They made sure that Janine and I enjoyed ourselves and have all we needed and went above and beyond on serving some of our high named guests. Which is a good win in our books! We also want to thank Emily the event manager from the beginning to the end of organising the function room for our event as she made sure we have all we needed prior to the event were met.
The only thing that we advise future clients is to make sure that your orders of food are to the dot of what you expect them to be. As we noticed and have been told by our family and friends that a few platters were not up to the standard of what we ordered for e.g. we ordered buffalo wings and got plain unseasoned wings I cannot confirm why this is but either than that it was a great night and great function place!

I went with a few friends and we had the Seniors meal. A choice of 2 or 3 courses were available. I had the Prawn spring rolls, Chicken salad, and Apple Crumble. I especially loved the Prawn rolls.
I was most impressed by the quality of my meal, and to the lovely waitress and serving staff who were very polite and efficient. Keep up the good work.

I was at this place for an event and I must say that the price that I had to pay was not worth the services.
The food at this place may look decent but it was definitely below average. At this event they provided dinner with a selection of chicken or beef. The chicken was really dry and the beef was flavourless. The desserts were terrible. The pastry dish had pastry that was too hard, so many people did not even touch the dessert. The other dessert was okay but would not eat again.
Overall the service was terrible. The staff were rude to the guests and did not provide much assistance when needed.
We had to pay $70 for each adult and $20 for each child; it was not worth it.

Had lunch here a few weeks ago .
Very disappointed in the meal .
The staff were lovely but my meal was terrible , pork schnitzel it was more like a tough pork steak the salad and chips were limp and not at all enjoyable.
Will we be back ? I’m afraid not.

Had been a regular customer until the prices were increased and the quality decreased. Your bistro is the most overpriced across the board and across all established venues in the area. I and a friend attended on Australia Day and were subject to no seniors menu and a 15% surcharge for the most miserable cheeseburgers we had ever eaten. Cost $48.80 - what a rip off.Will not be back!!

Good place to visit, food was fantastic, atmosphere was good. Play area was closed, but that was a good thing as the safety glass surrounding area was broken.

Good meal and good selection of meals, desserts looked good as well and reasonable prices, large meals though. Lots of space, but filled up quick for a Tuesday night. Staff very friendly.

First time here, great atmosphere, staff were lovely.
Sml annoyance line at bar ppl order drinks and food. 4 staff in the bar area standing around, only 1 working.
