With regard to the food and beverages, massive for the value. Something we don't see much of in Perth W.A. Friendly bar staff, good atmosphere. This is a tourist drop in hotspot for sure... thanks all.

Went for lunch today.
My experience today was that the food was very average and not good value for money.
Would have sent it back but didn't have time to get something else to eat.
In a nutshell the quality didn't match the prices charged.

We hosted a staff function at the Club Hotel Gladstone and the service, staff and food was excellent. The staff function room was decorated for the occassion and nothing was too much trouble. The 3 course meal was excellent and the serves were large and delicious. The food was very high standard and we were impressed. Definetly reccomend the private function room.

We had Christmas lunch here today.. What a great experience. Great selection of food and deserts, presents for the kids and some lucky adults, a fun Santa and even two complimentary drinks. Thank you, we will be back.

We had an amazing experience last night in the bistro! The new upgrades and renovations are outstanding. The staff were exceptional in their service. Every one of them were, friendly, prompt and super helpful. They even bought our birthday cake to the table singing and cheering. Their hospitality made our night!
The meals were amazing in size and taste!
All in all it was an amazing experience! Well done and thank you to all staff!

Very clean rooms, comfortable stay. Not much to do in the area but we only stayed for one night as a stop gap from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. Staff were lovely and friendly, and the food was delicious. Not badly priced, we paid $108 for the night

Very clean friendly staff willing to help and advice on where to go and not to go. Food is beautiful and tasty also fresh. Highly recommended this place to anyone anytime.

Thanx to Nichole,I work on heron island and go to gladstone once a fortnight to get supplies, I've stayed in just about every hotel in gladstone and found for convenience, cleanliness, price the club is the best,Nichole is down to earth and Strait down the line very honest and helps me out with everything when she's available thanx again Nichole good luck with your future.Benny. Popped in for lunch on my way through town, and I must say the service I received from the manager Jess was absolutely fantastic!
She took attention to detail to ensure there was something that would satisfy my need for a fulfilling meal!
Pretty well priced for a pub, and definitely recommend if you swing through.

I’m really sorry to do this, but I just need to share my experience to make whoever reads these aware, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great one.
I came to karaoke night on Saturday night, and came in early to have dinner. I see 2 staff ( Michelle and Jess - 5 stars to both of these incredible ladies!! ) absolutely run off their feet, and then I spot Nicole, who is standing around doing nothing, just leaning on the end of the bar. Probably has to be the laziest hospitality worker I’ve ever seen.
She wouldn’t help the other 2 already very busy staff serve the bar when people were lining up, and she just left!
I was finished eating at this time so made my way into the sports bar for karaoke early. Not surprisingly, Nicole had abandoned her teammates to gossip with the other workers, in both the public bar and gaming bar!
I had to leave because I couldn’t bare witness to it anymore.
I’ve worked in the industry for over 30 years. This is not what hospitality is about, it’s about team work, and how she’s still working there is beyond me.

I had the best local fesh beer batterd fish on Saturday night just gone(1st June 24) they were so busy. But staff handled it all, very well.

Had our Choice Passion life staff Christmas function there. We're well taken care from the Bar attendant on the night. Very accommodating friendly staff member. Great food platters and the cheese platter was super. Thank 😊You for the awesome night.

Had a doordash order, confirmed. 3 hours later order is delayed. Then it's cancelled. They have no idea as they apparently turned doordash off. Werent even aware of order apparently.Nothing they can do, just starving family 2 kids on mothers day. Wonderful.

Great staff and decent rooms. One of the breakfast cereal packet has been chewed by a mouse, most probably.
Plenty of easy parking.

Great pub food! My partner and I eat in establishments like this often, and must say the parmi is one of the or in his words "the best parmi I've ever had" - and I think that speaks for itself.

Great meal value for money....it was my first time in this place the staff are friendly, the venue has a clean feel about it.i ordered a scotch which seemed to fit the correct bottle but was a little down on taste maybe not quite the full shot .the club has a nice feel about it, which seems family oriented ....not a long wait for the food to come out, the portion seemed quite good.and fair As always I polished it all off.and I was pretty full.some would struggle with my portions but I found it very satisfying. As it was my first time I'm going to give it an all round 5 which is a pass in my eyes but could use some work
I wouldn't hesitate going back for a second try and trying this meal again....to see how they stack up on each other.....if your near club hotel give them a shot....

Great food. Exceptional service.
Could not ask for more.
Had a steak that came out perfectly cooked and donut fries for desert, all fantastic.
Even got an impromptu singing session for my birthday after being a bit cheeky with the server.
Great night, will be back.
Thank you for being exactly what Gladstone has lost in recent years, good food, great service and an enjoyable night.

Amazing staff and food! Had many hours to kill because of a very delayed train, and they were so accomodating and nice about it. Let me sit in the warmth for a few hours rather than in the cold, and had a delicious menu. Beautiful interior, playground for kids. Highly recommend.

A great place for a meal. Plus, if you join the tradie club every Friday, they give you $10 on them and a free BBQ. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's close to most things in town.
