Went there four days prior and the food was amazing, went back the second time and it was the complete opposite. Was so excited since it was a birthday dinner but left feeling really disappointed. Food was cold and bland; honestly ruined everyone's mood and our night. Really just disappointed with this place when you're paying that much for food you remember being so amazing and it's a complete flop :/
Staff are hard working and lovely though, thank you for looking after us!! :D

We love the coconut prawns in the dining room here. And the BLT in the Cafe.

We do not go out much, but after hearing the club was up and running re renovations, went to check. I think if it was supposed to be up and running, it should have been. Did not care construction side of things, but paying for a meal, which was really pretty ordinary for price, not happy. While there over heard, new menu etc in a week or close. Just disappointed that kitchen was not sorted first up.

We came to support club while renovating Food terrible, all entrees:
2 calamari just 5 little pieces on Lettuce,
1 Nachos awful, 2 duck spring rolls, 1 brucetta terrible, over $100 .$88 for member
So little, so expensive and not nice.
Get it together or loose patrons.

The updated club house is fantastic.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, to the point of helping taking drinks to your table rather then just giving you a tray.
Tried a few different menu items been very happy with all so far.
Drink prices....you really can't get better outside of other RSL owned businesses.

The Clubhouse Hervey Bay great food, very friendly and helpful staff with excellent service. The place is very clean and well looked after. Always look out for their specials as they are great value. There are is plenty of parking outside even on a busy day you will find a parking spot. Why not play a round of golf in the morning on their beautiful golf course and enjoy a great lunch afterwards.

The best food in Hervey Bay. Awesome pork ribs. Fillet Mignon. Wonderful staff so welcoming.

Stoped in on a work trip. Stayed at the comfort inn ( also a brilliant place) they gave us 2 free beer coupons with our stay for the clubhouse, being working boys we ran with it! Food was excellent, staff over the top friendly , live band playing on Friday night. Loved it !

Our monthly lunch date with aqua tribe today we went to the newly furnished Club House it was spacious and fresh the food came out super fast lots of lunch specials, majority of us were happy with the meals value for money and lovely and fresh sorry we got too excited about lunch and forgot to take pics

One of the worst meals ever. Who has ever heard of lamb shanks on a pile of chips. Other people at our table had inedible steak and vegetables that were still partly frozen.

I had a ham and pineapple pizza. Disappointing that there was so little topping on it that it reminded me of cardboard with sauce.

Great value with monthly beer specials, and kids eat free some days. Adequate amount of pokies. And 10 pizzas from 11-5 at the moment.

Great meal at reasonable price. We went on a Wednesday night, complimentary garlic bread with each meal. We all got 4 slices of garlic bread each.

Food tasted nice, but very bad portion size. Felt like a drop kicked when I asked for more chips literally only got A couple of chips when other plates had a lot. they were very arrogant when they were asking What was the problem.

Enjoyed the location but not the food. New chef they said. Sack him. My wife had pork belly with a Thai noodle salad. Pork belly blackened to a crisp noodles were warm and no Thai salad. There should have been someone checking the meals to ensure they were right. Clear incompetence. My pasta was under cooked and the sauce was nothing like the photo. Again gross incompetence from the kitchen. As an ex publican if I served this king of trash I wouldn’t have customers very long. We initially both joined, but the girl who signed us up neglected to tell us, we were only paying for 4 months. More incompetence. My wife sent her meal back for a refund, cancelled her membership. We won’t be back and will pass the word on to our friends about our disaster meals for a wrecked wedding anniversary. My wife is still waiting for a her refund of around $40 to be put back into her account.

Course is great and clubhouse is even better! $10 pizzas $14 jugs can't go wrong 👌

Came here last year and had a great experience so we decided to go back again this year but unfortunately had quite the opposite experience.
We ordered 3 of the $12 toppers which they forgot to put them on the meals. When they came out though they were in a tiny bowl and definitely not worth $12 plus they weren’t great at all. I also ordered a burger and ended up eating it without the beef patty cause it was still red inside.
We had a young kid serving us who was doing all he could but the older lady who I’m pretty sure was the manager that eventually came out was very unhelpful and unapologetic.
We had friends that went there the next day for lunch and they had a better experience so I don’t know if they have two chefs that switch shifts but for the price we paid it was very disappointing

Booking a table was easy on the phone …. Staff were nice…. But food we ordered today was terrible
Steak was soooo tough ! Salad bar was thrown together and 🤮 It wasn’t busy and I had to ask for our meals as they were taking so long My Nachos were burnt And my pops meal didn’t come out with ours 🤦♀️ I was so disappointed I wasted money on the meal the 4 meals I also acknowledged there are renovations in place but if your gonna charge for meals T least serve something eatable.

Been here many times and very disappointed the last two times. Today we ordered one full cappuccino in a mug, one half strength cappuccino in a cup, a pot of tea, with milk, chips and a toasted sandwich.. we got 2 half strength cappuccino’s in mugs, a pot of tea with no milk, chips ok, and toasted sandwich which was toasted on one side only, and looked a bit of a mess. For the money we pay eating out in these establishments, make sure the staff are listening, read back what’s been ordered and at least make sure the food is presentable.

Amazing
Thank you James and staff for making our wedding day beautiful . I have no idea what it would look like untill I seen it and wow . Only have one photo ATM but will share more when I get them back :)

3 of us enjoyed the Saturday night special of ribs and wings. No complaints there! Very yummy. Barramundi grilled was also delicious. Service was excellent and I won a raffle prize. Want more could you want??
