What great old place this is, but in need of a bit of work the aircon could not keep up on a hot day.
But great dance floor hope for more dances there.

What a little gem! A great family friendly place to relax with the kids, enjoy a cold beverage from the bar or coffee in the mornings from the cafe Bean on the Green. The facities are clean and there is a wonderful games room filled with pin ball machines and more as well as a pool table. I definitely recommend checking it out!

Went for coffee and drinks for the kids, after watching Several other kids and parents on the soccer pitch we went and had a kick around, promptly thrown off because “we just spent $6000 on the goals, (same goals that were locked and not being used by us or anyone at the time) Father and son kick arounds and drinks/food at the new wonderful coffee shop clearly not welcome by the new leasee’s. The community spirit doesn’t seem to have lasted long at the ‘all new bowls club’, I think we will search elsewhere for our morning coffees. If this isn’t public usage then you need a sign up to say so and don’t pick individuals to belittle because of harmless family fun, your struggle to reinvent the club isn’t helped by that jobsworth this morning I’m afraid.

We always have a great time at the clubhouse. I love having somewhere local we can go for coffee with the kids. The indoor seating and air conditioning has been a lifesaver over the heat of summer. The new fence around the boundary is amazing and gives a chance for parents to actually relax a little and not need to worry about the kids escaping. Good work club!

This is a large function room in a typical Aussie bowls club. I came to watch some indie bands and had a great day. I hope this venue continues to have live music acts, it's a great venue for it. Reminds me of the Marrickville bowlo in Sydney. The staff were great.

So glad that there is still a venue which hosts great bands like Maude Linn and the TearJerkers, provides food and drinks, and a games room with pinballs and video games.

Moorooka is very lucky to have such a fantastic drop in place. They now have original pinball a standup video arcade games for you 80's kids. Regularly attended by a variety of food trucks. Movie nights in the bowling green. A great little cafe called 'Bean on the Green' open Fri-Sun mornings serving great coffee and snacks. It's great for the kids, and a lovely little meet up place for friends and families.

It wasn't busy. They have a video arcade/pinballs. I can't wait to return with some pocket change. The bar staff were unbelievably personable and welcoming. That is to say, the person serving our group was very helpful.

I really love everything about this place except one thing. It feels like absolutely no one in anyway is monitoring their children. While we were there sitting on a picnic rug kids kicking soccer balls at us, were throwing around a large foam plane that hit one of us in the back of the head and were regularly running over our picnic rug. They were playing tackle football in between the tables at one point knocking peoples things over. We had two drinks knocked over and the kids kept running and the parents weren’t watching them so we’re none the wiser. It would be really great if the club could monitor this a bit and re-direct the kids to the extra field space they have and when kids are getting a bit too wild tell the parents they need to calm their children down a bit or think about leaving.

Great place to hang out with friends and families to enjoy drinks and some bare foot bowls. A handy location to host your TrIvia nights or any important functions.

Great Family Atmosphere...
Old fashion, Arcade Games. Played Air Hockey with Gran Kids, Galactica, etc Bar to Quench your thirst. Spacious outdoor area & Food Trucks. I'd give this Place 100 Stars, if I could !!!
