What a great place, staying at Meriton for the weekend to watch Eels v Roosters on Saturday night so Friday night we thought we would try here for dinner. Music pumping upon entry and some great tunes too mind you... Our meals were exceptional, Parmi and a 300g Rump cooked to perfection and parmi succulent and delicious with great chips and salad.
Staff very friendly and welcoming so will definitely be back here for a feed when in Parramatta next for the footy...

We booked a table for 14, we ended up having 16 on they day. The team handled this changed efficiently with out any fuss.
All food that was ordered was delicious and was received not long after being ordered.
We stayed well after lunch service and again were well catered for.
Overall, it was a great time and I would recommend returning for further team lunches

Was a very relaxed Friday evening. The DJ was loud and played a lot of ABBA remixes, but sitting outside at the front we were able to talk. There weren’t too many customers, so food came quickly, and there was never a wait at the bar. This is ideal for us, we love a quiet venue.
Bathrooms were clean and modern, carpet was a bit grubby, but overall enjoyed it. Not a trendy modernised place with an expensive bistro and fancy drinks. Typical Aussie pub that hasn’t been gentrified. Liked it.

The staffs especially in the pokies area deserves 5 stars. Very friendly and make people feels welcome and comfortable. My wife loves going there.

The hospitality at the Collector Hotel on Saturday was amazing!!! Well done to Dan O'Hara and his team for looking after us so well. I didn't know that Justin Harrison was such a great speaker. Cant wait for next year.

The chicken parmigiana could was alright but could have been better. Small amount of chips and salad wasn't great. Staff service was great otherwise.

Serving staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing an interesting beer. Had a decent canned stout. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. It seems most pubs in Parramatta have become mini casinos with little architectural charm. The Collector is also modernised but the standard seemed higher than the three other pubs in Parramatta I visited that day. We had a good visit.

Pretty quiet, clean, and the food is decent (nice chips). They have mid week trivia and poker but should add karaoke to the mix.
The staff are really nice and helpful.

Overall for me and my family everything was really good. The staffs were very helpful and friendly, foods were good and the atmosphere was nice too as we had early dinner so not too busy 😊

Omg I had 1 beer then got turned off and very aggressively by a bouncer and the manager. Nice holiday from Adelaide never ever experienced such awful service don't go. I never will again

Not recommended… my family came here for nice dinner and got dry scotch fillet steak that you could not cut through also had off beans on the side, brown eggs not cooked properly, off lamb shanks, a meat with a napkin not under the pie but IN THE PIE. then to top it all off ordered a certain meal got a completely different one and then was told I was lying when asking for my correct order on a positive note the snitzel was okay except for the cold chips

Margaret is the best, 10/10 service every time, such wonderful service and good prices. Special mention to Margaret for making our nice perfect!

It was a quiet night on Christmas Eve, although that didn’t stop the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating.
They even gave me Christmas snacks and a card.
My experience here was nothing short of amazing!
Extra credit given to the staff that worked Christmas Eve 2020!

I booked a retirees lunch at this place and it was fantastic! The staff are very respectful and courteous, the food is well priced with terrific options (the menu isn’t big, but has something for everyone), the drink options are plentiful and reasonably priced, the safety is top notch. Zero to no trip hazards, which is important with older patrons. And, the place is clean and very welcoming. Thank you, Lewis and team for hosting us. We had a great time and will be back soon.

I attended a gig night. There were four bands, about 100 guests. The service was good. Ambiance was a bit functional, nothing "wow," that I saw. Seems like a decent place for a drink, but didn't stand out. Would I go again? Sure, but I'd prolly explore other new places first.

Have come here a few time to have dinner and thought I would share my experience. Their new menu is AMAZING, their chef really puts attention to detail and as always, the staff are the most friendly and welcoming people. I have had friends and family come with me and all have a great time. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

Guys, do yourself a favour. Jump on a ferry from Circular Quay, cruise the Parramatta River to Parramatta and visit The Collector for lunch 😀
Chef's special Lamb shank pie was wicked !
Good service and atmosphere.
Nice front and back beer gardens too.

Great atmosphere, music & staff. Had chicken from the Ginger Tiger restaurant & they were amazing. Definitely going back even if it's only for the chicken.

Friendly and relaxed venue for lunch and after work drinks and food.
Outdoor beer garden area is simple but comfortable.
Food is good and usually served promptly. The buffalo wings with dipping sauce are excellent. Can’t stop eating the wedges with sour cream and sweet chilli. Reasonable prices, particularly the lunch specials.

Friday 22 March 2024 at 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm with Exotic Trio to start the weekend.
@exotik.djs headed by Mr Camilo Parra who plays multiple instruments - saxophone, flute, guitar, piano as well as a dj himself has a team of musicians and artist who goes around sydney as well as Australia. Can do private functions like weddings, birthdays, company party and the like. It was a great experience to listened to a live band at the said venue.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner at an event in the hotel. We sat in a reserved area and it was quite a nice atmosphere. Parking is difficult, however. We managed to find free parking after 6 pm, which was a 10 min walk to the hotel.

Amazing service! We were there to watch INXS and it was absolutely fantastic. Huge shout out to Lewis and his staff who were amazing.
