What a great place to have dinner. The meals are huge, the staff are friendly and helpful, the dining area was beautiful and clean and even the toilet area was lovely and clean. The menu had a great variety to suit everyone including the kids menu and to top it off the kids get a free drink and ice cream. Will be a regular customer from now on

Went there for dinner with the family tonight. The dining room was beautiful, the service was spectacular. The food was delicious and huge portions. There was no fuss about getting takeaway containers to take what we couldn't eat home. Overall all it was a great night out
I want to especially mention one waitress Sharlene who was amazing and put a smile on all our faces.

Went for a midweek Birthday Dinner. 20 at the table. We all ordered at the same time. Some of us had been finished eating for 10-15 minutes before the last of us were served. Meals were good though and the food staff were very accommodating. Bar staff a little impatient and rude.

We had, without doubt, the best chicken parmy we have ever had We selected the garlic prawn parmy from their "Parmy Army" menu. The service is prompt and friendly. The menu is well priced and the wines are good. You really can't lose.

We found this great pub by accident during a quick trip to Innisfail on the last day of our FNQ holiday. We had roast pork for lunch, great food, great service and a nice ambiance. Won a few dollars in the gaming room to top it off.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we do enjoy the meals and the friendly and efficient service (and atmosphere/decor) there regularly. The staff are knowledgable and helpful and make the dining experience pleasant - great food too at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

We didn't stay at the crown. We dropped in for lunch and ad with all Star Liquor hotels the meal was good. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was good. The hotel has been renovated and is well appointed.

Visit The Crown Hotel for dinner with friends visiting from interstate. Service was terrific, staff very friendly and helpful. Our meals were well presented and fresh. Our friends have special dietary requirements and staff above and beyond to ensure their needs were met. Would definitely recommend for dining out. Great location, clean and has very friendly staff.

Very disappointed with the killpattrick oysters and steak oysters had half a kilo of bacon on each one with a bit of bbq sauce by the taste of it not happy at all last time I’ll spend my money there

This hotel looks fabulous after the renovations were done. The place just looks amazing. The staff are always wonderful and well mannered all round and the service is great both at the bar and the kitchen. The meals must be the most expensive in town though so its not the cheapest hotel to eat at. Paid over $60 for 2 people which I think was ridiculous, its bad enough we have to pay out the nose to have a good time and drink some alcohol. Prices for the food definitely need reviewing as the prices keep me from continuing to visit your hotel.

Such a great place to come for really good solid pub food. The serves are really large!! We shared a Parma and had side serve of salad and little add on on calamari and ribs. Very tasty and enough for 2 people. Lovely young enthusiastic staff, especially Casey, who was attentive.

Purely based on the quality of food, had the lemon myrtle chicken breast, well if that was a chicken breast it was divided into 3 portions, it was as dry as a bone, it was cold and basically inedible. The waitress staff asked me how was the meal? Provided her with my feedback with most of the food on my plate and she kindly offered me a drink? Won't be going back there for a meal.

Positives: Food is great, Michelle and the gentleman (forgot his name sorry) in the kitchen are fantastic. They ensure my meals are safe for me as I have food allergies that I make them aware of. And they taste awesome.

Bar staff are great, friendly, knowledgeable
We don't come all the time as we don't live in the area, but we make sure we support this business as they do a great job in the kitchen.
Only negative thing I'll mention, which I did mention in store and the duty manage took it on with full understanding, but i mention it because it's important, is: The young wait staff though require more training, and need to learn to listen, please understand the importance of getting it right when it comes to serving food to someone with food allergies. Also made us sit and wait for another 15 minutes before I had to go up and ask for our takeaway meal, again after already asking for it when the girl cleared the table, that was sitting on the pass for an extended period of time, so no need for us to wait.

Not a bad feed at all.
I like the new decor, it's quite pleasant, though it may get a bit noisy and hard to hold a conversation when the place is full. (Lots of reverberation from hard surfaces on the walls an ceilings)
Food quality was good, we enjoyed our meals and there was plenty on the plates.
We'll be back!

My wife, her sister & I dropped in for a quick meal just before serving finished for lunch. The bar staff & bistro staff were fabulous. Attentive, engaging & professional. The barramundi was super moist & tasty. The beer batter was super thin & crispy. Congratulations team on creating a great experience Thank You!

My friends and I came for dinner at The Crown Hotel and I was so pleased with the service. Zayn provided us a wonderful meal and delivered not only great service but had awesome manners and we will be coming back 100% The crispy salmon was so so so good, props to the chef!! Thanks Crown Hotel. Great Service.

I'm leaving this review based of the quality of food and nothing else.
It was disgusting, I had a home made beef burger that was stone cold and filled with bits of fat that were inedible. The taste was greasy too. They did replace my burger with another but I took one bite and it was just as fatty as the first. I soon left leaving the food on the table.
Will not be going back anytime soon.

Had dinner last night. We ordered the advertised Pork Chop which was great. Unfortunately my friend had Crumbled Steak which was they tough she couldn’t cut it. Rang to inform rather abruptly told they couldn’t do anything. Goodbye Crown

Had dinner here and watched the state of origin. Dining area was nicer then I expected.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Locals we’re friendly too.
Menu was pretty typical of a pub.

Great experience. Well priced meals and drink. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Casey who looked after our meals was sensational. If you want to experience true country hospitality and meet staff that will actually speak with you and not grunt at you this is the place to go.

First time coming here. Weren't greeted by anyone when first walked in so didn't know exactly where our table was that we had reserved, so we just went past all the empty tables until I found my name on it. Ordered our food and waited 30mins but that's okay because there was a lot of people. Food was delicious.

Came here for lunch with family. |Great menu and the food was really good, unfortunately not a lot of gluten free options for adults or children. |Well priced and good atmosphere.|Hidden off the Main Street so you can’t hear the traffic.
