Want to leave some good feedback for the supervisor on duty Jack. After having some issues with our food and not getting very far with speaking to kitchen staff. Jack swooped in to accommodate and amend our experience! Managed to turn a negative and sour night into a much more happier one.

Tracks died after that Montgomery kid got stabbed outside the place about 7 to 10 years ago. Since then they stopped all DJ made and most live music and it's has become known as the worst venue in all of Sydney. Cleary a venue run by and for pokies profits. This could only be managements and or investors doing and fault.. The bar staff are very vibrant and friendly which is nice and appreciated. And the kitchen staff even when busy and cooking, happy to offer quick friendly advice on potential orders(a skill on its own). And the food is absolutely amazing.

This waiter named Liam must immediately recieve a raise as he is an absolute GUN WEAPON at serving customers, he was very adament on delivering the best service possible, adhering to my every specific request, serving me the absolute most cracka parmi I've had to this day.

This pub is modern and clean. It is located directly opposite the Epping metro and rail station. A note for male clientele, the door to the toilets upstairs is broken, and needs an extra push to allow access. The staff are friendly. The bar is large. On the night I attended, the bar wasn’t serving jugs of drinks, only glasses of drinks. The bistro food variety is excellent - and staff deliver your food to your table. The pub has sports betting facilities and large screen TVs that show sports programming.

This place is almost always packed in weekends. The music is pretty good. The establishment is really clean and well maintained. The staff are pretty good too. Tried some cocktails and they did a decent job not the best bit pretty good. Drinks are decently priced. Nice outdoor area but you never end up getting a table especially on weekends... They could do with a free extra tables or chairs.

The medium rare steak was more uneven than outback corrugations and took 45 minutes to arrive. It was a prearranged meeting point, first and only time I will visit. Picture of raw steak attached. 3 more in the party had a similar uneven dining experience on a slow Sunday.

The Epping Hotel has changed significantly from its heyday when the nightclub Tracks was first established. The decor and ambience of the pub is now decidedly modern, with a light filled and open air aspect during the daytime. Lunch is standard pub fare, which while tasty, was not served with much haste. I'll be back to try the karaoke Fridays one day soon.

The bar lady was friendly. Nice and tasty food. However, we did not feel welcome from the lady at food counter when we ordered our food, no greeting or smiling at all. We felt like asking to get some free meal from her. Tonight was our first dining experience here, will give it a try next time...

Sunday afternoon ordered a double expresso, was told $8.30 and can’t be taken away, I said wow must be really good, alright. It was tasteless, and I think it was from a pod! If you don’t know what you are doing, just say we don’t do coffee, to serve this type of thing and charge $8.30 for it, it’s just robbery. SHAME

Such a nice place to meet up with your friends since it’s near the station. They have a good selection of draft beers and food is good! Cheers!

Spacious and clean venue. Lots of options for food, not so much for great beers. Also quite a long wait. Had the chicken parmigiana ($28) - chicken was over cook and dry. Fries were between crispy and stale. Lots of cheese which was to my liking.

Really good food and large servings. Double baked lamb was excellent - nice and tender and the end bits were crispy! The vegetables were amazing - especially the potato and sweet potato. Nachos was so big it was impossible to finish it. Calamari was huge too. And Parmigiana, well, who doesn’t love a good parmy? We’ll be back.

QR check in was checked by a staff member at thr fron entrance. All staff were masked correctly. Atmosphere wasn't bad for a Friday night! Order and pay at the counter. Drinks bought from the bar. Food came out super fast. Food presentation was on point. Halloumi entree was so good! Lamb shanks fell off the bone. Chips were awesome but the vegetables were soggy unfortunately. Espresso Martini was too sweet, I wasn't a fan. The toilet with the nappy change area was filthy. Parking free for 2 hrs across at Coles behind the hotel. Access by train just get off at Epping station and walk across the over bridge

Ordered when it wasn't busy, went back 35min later and was told that the kitchen hadn't received the docket... The staff we're good, but when we finally got the food... It was super disappointing. Chips were nice but the fish was bland and... Wet? Margarita pizza was... well... I've had more flavourful cardboard.

Not the best of steak meals I’ve eaten for the price. Food was very bland and the steak was full of sinew, the place for drinks and service I can’t fault also conveniently accessible via the metro

My Husband and I cant priase this establishment enough. After being regular patrons for 2 years, we had our wedding downstairs in Tracks and we are so glad we did! As per usual, the food was phenominal (we did canapes and sit down main meal with desert) and all our guests made special mention to this. The staff on the night were wonderful! Saskia was amazing in the lead up to the day in organising it all and was there to help set up music and our slideshow from the moment we got there. We had the best day for many reasons but the staff at Epping Hotel were big contributors. Thank you Team xxoo

Medium rare steaks over cooked and over priced, not tasty. $24 burger was very small and, you guessed it, over priced. Would rather have had a Macca's burger which tells you how bad it was. Not a place for a good dining experience IMO. Never again.

I ordered a schnitzel with chips, salad and mushroom gravy, not only was it VERY average, but it also took 1 hour and 30 minutes to be cooked. I understand that it was a busy night, but 1 hour and 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous.

I am writing this as I wait for my mums meal as the staff member forgot to add it to the bill. Waitresses at the bar are unfriendly and show no smiles what so ever. Now to the meals. The salad isn’t fit for a rabbit starving in the wilderness. Gravy was as if it was taken out of the fridge and the steak had so much gristle that half of it wasn’t edible. The fries you could taste that they were reheated and not fresh. Too expensive for pub grub not good enough for a restaurant. Would definitely take yourself elsewhere. There is a great Japanese and Indian place just down the street.

Hi I went to the Epping Pub last Friday for lunch with a couple of friends. Went to bar to order a bottle of Chardonnay. It was warm. The very kind barman offered a glass of ice to go with it. But really, what sort of pub/bar does not have a cold bottle of white wine. Then the real problem: Ordered the Kilcoy 200g rump made a "surf & turf" to be done "medium rare" It was promptly served but when I cut in to the ends it was absolutely over cooked. The very switched on waitress took it back to the chef and it was returned back to me cut in half which I could see that it was actually cooked medium rare in the middle. It was then obvious that the taste, texture and quality of the cut of meat was well below standard and did not reflect the product description in the menu. Overall the steak was inedible. The 2 prawns were lovely as was the green salad. The scallops (while tasty) were about the size of a 10 cent piece. Bearnaise sauce scant. The photo attached is what I could not eat. While the service was really good - the food quality was below standard. Will not be going to the Epping Pub again!

Exceptional food and super kind Bartenders! But be aware .. you always have to be on your tippy toes to behave like the perfect human being. You’re not allowed to be “over friendly “ because it could seem like you’re being inappropriate. I love the people and I love making connections with people, but unfortunately at this place after multiple times trying to have human being fun IT’S NOT ACCEPTED. Staff are abusing the power of just snapping their fingers to kick out people as they please ..still it’s a great place to go to have a drink and some good food but don’t plan on a comfortable peaceful night out. Jack, you’re a manager to make a fair call in situations and clearly you proved not to be the right person for managing a team.

Eat ... Drink ... Enjoy. A great little Pub at a handy location, opposite Epping Train station with parking nearby at Coles. Due to covid restrictions on seating we recommend you book or perhaps take a chance and impulsively drop in. We were lucky to snag a table for two under an open window on a balmy Sumner night. It was perfect. Almost romantic even. Staff are always friendly and we are always happy with our meals.

Can't recommend this place at all. Will never go back. Food, atmosphere and service was terrible. Food especially is overpriced and very low quality. All meals at my table were underwhelming. I personally had to wait an hour before getting a soggy, sad looking ham & pineapple pizza. Definitely not worth the $23 and the wait. Probably would have still been waiting if I didn't chase them down. They also took my order incorrectly so got a pitiful bowl of chips instead of the salt & pepper calamari I had ordered. Chips were a combination of crusty, stale and scrappy but these still took nearly an hour before they appeared. Don't get me started on the thimble sized $9 strawberry mousse, which looked like a bit of strawberry jamon on top of a vanilla something. They also have an outdoor smoking section but the internal door was not closed so the smoke just wafted through the place. It was like eating back in the 80s. Staff seemed dazed and showed a complete lack of care for the patrons and the venue. As for drinks, cocktail menu is uninspired and range of beers is limited but at least these seemed to be of a standard price.

Best place to gather together and have a quick refreshing chilled draft beers prior to heading for the dinner. Tap beers were well chilled, icy and tasty to chill out a day after a long day. Happy Hour: 5:30pm - 6:30pm on weekdays applied for all tap beers. Highly recommended

After promptly stopping by in Epping for the first time in years I decided to visit the Epping Hotel with my family as this used to be a tradition. The hotel is adequately decorated and has upheld its charisma and charm over the years. We were served by a young bearded lad who was chirpy and swift at taking our orders. Food was great and will be coming here again. Thanks Epping Hotel!
