WOW !
Face painting was amazing.
The staff were incredible and my daughters were thrilled with their designs and have begged to go back again next weekend.
FOOD - incredible and lots of variety.
We will be back for sure !

What a fabulous Christmas Day, food was excellent, staff great & the display was brilliant & the seating arrangement were great. This place has been the best ever for Christmas lunch.

We went on 17/5 evening
Ordered food at 7 pm scanning the QR code
Food never came on table. At 7.40 we went to collect the food as kids were hungry. It’s wasn’t busy and when I asked the staff.
They just apologised in a rough way as if it’s our fault. Food was made and kept there and wasn’t sent to tables. Few more people were complaining to. Ideally they should compensate or give a free meal. 40 min wait for pizza and garlic bread wasn’t reasonable.

Went here with some mates to chat and watch some cricket/rugby league. We sat outside and it was freezing as the heaters were too far away to impart heat on us.
Ordering food was easy by utilising a code on your table or what I did was go inside and spoke to a lovely human. So far so good.
I think I waited 10-15mins for the food to arrive. The ribs, chips and salad looked good, were well presented and hot!
The food was very nice and there was plenty of it. It was better than a certain RSL club not far away!
All in all a good experience. I didn't expect a lot from a pub where I have had poor food and service but that was in the distant past.
I certainly recommend the Ettamogah for groups, pairs, singles and families. Let's hope they don't drop the baton and keep up the great work.
Went again so updating my review. All was good as was the Pulled Pork Burger and Chips. Paid using the App and it went OK. The Stone and Wood went down very nicely.🤤

Totally blown away, such an awesome venue! Drove down from Newcastle for lunch with a mate, great food and awesome service and my little man loves the play ground!! Nice work!

This pub is a bit pricey but it is a good place to visit for live music or watching sports. Their steaks are also cheaper every Wednesday

The steak was ok, wanted it medium rare, so I ordered it rare and it came exactly as I wanted 🤣 I loved the pizza though. They had a healthy choice of beers which was nice. Being a sports bar it was not to loud, but ot wasn't that crowded when i was there either.

The pizzas here are absolutely great. The ginger beer with a wedge of line goes very well with it. Nice comfortable atmosphere. A bit pricy through...

The menu at Etamagoh offers a wide range of dishes, and the food was tasty and enjoyable. The lamb shank and chicken schnitzel was very nice, however, the prices are on the higher side. For example, a surf and turf dish costing $54 felt overpriced and not up to par with other pubs.
The staff are friendly, but there were some issues with service. Our table was left with empty plates and glasses for the whole evening, which affected the dining experience. Additionally, it took some time to get seated at our reserved table because there were no staff at the reception area.
Despite this, we had a pleasant evening. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and good music, which made up for some of the service shortcomings.

The food was good, but the drinks were not so great. Ordered an apple cider & think I got Hard Rated instead but not really sure. The ladies ordered multiple cocktails & I ordered a whisky sour & none of those tasted like they should.

The environment was quite joyful. Service was prompt. We had salmon, cuiscous pumpkin salad, ham pineapple pizza, etc. Boxing was projected on large screen. For children air hockey, climbing walls were there which were pretty good! Toilet could have been more clean.

Thank goodness for this place. While most places around close so early on a Monday, this place was perfect for catching up with a friend over a slightly later dinner.
Service was really friendly, good music, and there were little activities like arcade games (basket ball, boxing), an outdoor rock climbing around the outdoor (but covered) section.

Staff cannot handle the workload. Firstly our booked party of 45 had to sit very separated from each other due to another group sitting down at reserved tables and management refused to request they leave those tables then our family (seated at same table ordering through the app) had 1 out of 4 children 3 adults food come out 40 minutes prior to the rest of the family!
Handle your bookings better and start delivering the entire order out together so families get to eat together!

Pretty good pub. Fairly large, lots of seating, and a decent selection on the food menu. The food was very good, although a tad expensive. Good for families as well.

Outstanding experience at Ettamorgh! The pasta was a hit with my daughter – she can't stop raving about it. Friendly service, cozy ambiance, and truly delectable dishes. Highly recommend for family dining!

On a Sunday afternoon, we visited this lively spot filled with great music! The atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors, was charming. They offer a nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and we especially enjoyed the panerr pizza. The staff was friendly, and the service was swift. Plus, there's plenty of parking. If you're in Rouse Hill, it's a fantastic spot to hang out with friends

NOT a good experience here. I went in on a Friday for lunch and got their lunch special. Steak was slightly burned but cooked nicely. BUT charging $3 extra just for sauce is absolutely outrageous. At least offer gravy for free? Also, in less than 30 minutes of sitting, I got 6 mosquito bites on my arms. I know you can't stop nature but maybe put those insect trap things because my arms are literally swollen now... I chose to sit indoors thinking I'd be safe but I was wrong. Also, quite a large amount of flies going all around the place. Not sure if I'd come back but maybe night time is better :/

Nice place to relax with the family, friends and kids. Plenty of parking and the hotel itself is extensive in accommodating large groups. Ordered the brisket, which wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only issue encountered was in relation to the time that it took for the mains to arrive from the kitchen and the coffee and cakes from the cafe area. Overall I'd recommend the place.

I've driven past this place countless times, always curious but never finding the opportunity to stop by. Finally, we managed to give it a try.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall experience. The food was good, though it didn't completely blow us away.
The atmosphere was decent, but it didn't quite capture our attention or create a lasting impression. For a Saturday afternoon visit, it didn't seem like it was busy enough.
Given the chance, we might consider returning.

I've been a fan of Ettamogah for years, likely since my teens, and it pains me to write such a review.
After booking what we thought was an inside table, we were placed outside with half the required chairs for our party being a horrible communal lounge. The table had been gathered for our seating but the table was sticky and unclean. I asked a team member to clean the table which she returned 20 minutes later. She sprayed the chemical across the table at me then half heartedly wiped small sections, leaving it sticky again. She did this at multiple tables. Maybe training required.
After waiting for all guests we lined up for food, we checked with the bar staff the usual requirements for our Loyalty Card and ordering and proceded to join the 30 minute queue. We got to the front and found we couldn't use our loyalty card at the bar. Being a significant discount, we then had to onshare our personal details via a QR code at the table. This caused a large amount of time between guests receiving thier dinner and subsequently we all ate at different times, others after the first guests had finished.
Knowing people book here for parties, the TV is really not required to be so loud that guests can't talk across a table. So loud it was uncomfortable.
The food was wonderful as usual.

If you want some good live entertainment, they certainly can put it on. It's a large enough place to get around. Food's okay and an interesting mix of people, but friendly all the same. They may need some extra staff at the bar, but otherwise a decent place to go.

If you haven’t heard, as I hadn’t, I think, the ettamogah pub sadly is no more. It’s changed totally & to be honest it’s nothing like I remember or care to. How would I describe it now? Imagine Tom Cruise & the film Cocktail…

Fun, classic old pub vibe. Always a great place to come, old saloon look from the outside, weird decorations through out
Pool table, air hockey tables, rock climbing wall a lot of fun around.
The food, was nice
The cheesy garlic bacon bread was okay bit $16 for one half slice cut into 3... pretty steep.
Steak sandwich was nice, needed a little more sauce
The parmi was nice, good sauce

Friendly staff, cold beers, a more than decent dining menu, a good coffee shop, breakfast and excellent wood fired pizza. What more could you ask for? This is a good, unpretentious, a little rough round the edges suburban pub.
The kids love the lamb shanks, pizza and cake and dessert options. Coupled with rock climbing facilities, indoor play area and weekend live music makes for a nice evening out.
Would get 5 stars if I didn't think the food was priced slightly higher than it should be and if the food consistently came out on time.
Recommend ordering early if its busy as the lines get longer and food takes longer than would be expected. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic St Patrick’s day, great service. I had a large family gathering there and we all enjoyed ourselves. We ordered a couple of large platters which went down a treat. Long lazy afternoon well spent.

Everything about this pub is on point. Food, seating, security, servers, bar staff etc. Actually went there two weeks in a row. The pork ribs absolutely delicious and same with the steaks and pasta. Last Saturday (a tad busy yet food quality and service was still phenomenal). Also went back last night (Friday). Way less busy, yet same quality food and service. Like not once were we left feeling uncomfortable by anyone even the other patrons and staff were all so super nice. Delivering food with sincere smiles and genuine friendliness and even clearing the tables with the same professionalism. The Ettamogah is now our go to pub for sure!!! even if its 20-25 mins drive from home…. definitely worth the drive!

An Amazing pub with plenty to offer! Our personal highlight was the Sports bar with plenty of large screens for watching any big event and very comfortable lounging area made for a nice relaxation spot to watch sport. Service from staff and Management was exceptional. Food was delicious too!
