The Family Inn Reviews
We go there with colleagues about twice a week. It's our local pub lunch that we really look forward to. The Manager and the team there are very professional, efficient and hard working. Service is consistently great. Food is also fresh and delicious with generous portions. I tend to skip dinner after lunching here! Also nice to have lunch with a wine or beer! Thanks for always welcoming us and feeding us your delicious food TFI team! We appreciate the effort you make every visit. Justin the manager is always welcoming.

Typical local pub with a friendly and positive atmosphere. Great outdoor area and 2 pool tables. Lunch & daily dinner specials at good prices. Food was plenty and good!

This is the first time I’m dining at The family Inn. Barramundi is not fresh. Disappointed. Pork ribs are fine.

This is more of an "after work drinks" kind of establishment for the local industrial workers. Patrons mostly consist of middle aged guys in fluoro vests. It's not exactly a 'family' joint but the meals are good quality pub grub and you can get cheap beer. A schooner for under $5 at happy hour and $20 schnitzel. It's not fancy but the food is fresh and well prepared.

Staff were very friendly, food was served quite promptly and was great (had the beef burger with the tradie special). Well maintained, great environment.

My local. The new manager is lovely, very attentive to us. The food came out quick, lunch specials are always cheap. Good vibe on a Friday afternoon, very relaxed environment. Have been coming here for 15+ years and will continue to do so. Long live TFI !

It's almost agenst the law hiw they make money, the food is good, the bar is good and then they use their poker machines ro slayer you, -26% not

It’s a great place to have beer. There is always an offer this week it’s Great Northern for $5.5. The staff is really great. It’s quiet. Food to try: Chicken wings. Nice ambiance. Come with your mates.

I normally come here for dinner with my family since I live nearby…food is getting worst and worst, not sure if there was a change in management recently? Food is too oily and greasy! Big portions though but the taste of food is greasy and not healthy! Please get a new cook on urgent basis! Food at the FC Social club nearby is of better quality!

I am always surprised with the quality of food and customer service provided by the staff, especially the asian manager. We went to have dinner with family and absolutely loved everything. I definitely would recommend to visit this place. Hope you will be amazed. 🤩

Had lunch there with kids on the weekend. Had the Ceasar salad and kids had the pasta and fish and chips. All the food were yummy and came in a timely manner. Big thumbs up!

Great food. They have a bistro children allowed in. Except to poker Machine section.
Nice big garden outdoors for drinking and smoking.

Food servings were pretty massive. Grilled salmon was pretty big serve with lots of baked veggies. Food was served in short time and the lady who served us was really friendly.

Decent local pub, good spot to grab a bite and a beer for people who work in the area. The restaurant seems to have changed hands a few times over the last few years, and the food is hit and miss. I'd say miss the fish & chips, and the schnitzels, and hit the nachos, burgers and pizzas.

Came to the Family Inn tonight. The food was beautiful. Staff were welcoming, especially Justin the venue Manager - he went over & beyond for us. Very nice venue with a pet friendly outdoor area!!!
Highly recommend. Will definitely be back!

Been to The family Inn multiple times, their service has been consistently good. Food quality was also great with am affordable price. Serving size is always generous.
The steak I had recently was surprisingly good. Requested the steak to be medium rare and it came out just as I would like it. Usually the steaks at most places are quite dry or slightly overcooked. However, the steak at the family inn was very tender with a good amount of charred flavour.

Been ordering food over the phone for so long and my 17 years old daughter goes and makes the payment and picks up the takeaway. All of the sudden today they asking for ID at the counter for the food order. Need to educate and train all employees and so all employees follow the same rules and are on same page too.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Very cold beer. Staff is extremely friendly. It appears that management looks after and cares about the customers and what they think. Also well manages any issues including partrons or concerns of people. TVs and audio is always spot on. Steaks are great and well presented. It would be good if the tasty chicken noodle stir-fry was put back on the menu. Footy comp is even better this year. Well done and other establishment could learn from what tfi is doing.

Absolutely amazing service and high quality food. Made a mistake with order and replaced it with a whole new meal rather than just the meat which was unbelievable, chef even came out to personally deliver it to our table. Very appreciative of the service. Great place, highly recommended
