What a great pub. Staff were super friendly(Anthony I believe was the name of the person who served us). Meals were good price and size. If I was being super critical I’d say could do with bigger screens for TAB races and more betting terminals.

We went to the restaurant with a under14 basketball tournament with a group of about 30 people. We were placed in the kids playroom as we had a large group of parents and kids ranging from 13yesrs old to 6 years old.
Food took over 2.5 hours to arrive and there were kids that waited so long for meals we were given takeaway containers because of the wait.
What happened in the kids room was nothing short of staggering.
There was a group of local people sitting next to the kids eating dinner. When a fight broke out in the kids room between this group and other patrons in the restaurant.
Our kids were sitting on the table next to this fight and I have never seen anything like it.
The fight was broken up by some of our parents and not security.
After things settled down and the locals left. no staff can over to clean up the mess including broken glass on the floor, tables overturned, the manager came over to apologise to our group and kids but still nothing was cleaned up. We had to get our kids food that still hadn’t arrived after 2 1/2 hours and leave. No police were called, the groups that came into the kids room and started the fight stayed in the restaurant and were not asked to leave.
I would not recommend anyone take kids there as it’s not a safe place to go.

Went for the $23 seafood night plus included salad and vegetable bar! Delicious meal. Certainly filling. It is a family bistro so do expect noise and children. There is a good play area for the kids though.

We headed to the Gateway for dinner during a recent basketball tournament. We sat outside/undercover at Verde, and the vibe was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful, pulling tables together to fit our party of 9 even though they were jam packed.
The food was absolutely delicious, there was not a crumb left on a plate. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

Visited this venue multiple times whilst on holiday in Mildura.
Met the owner Gordon on the first night and he came and chatted with us every time we saw him.
All the staff were friendly, food was delish and the playground was great for the kids.

Very disappointing food. Looked up best pub meal in Mildura and even though reviews said it was expensive we gave it a go. Hmm gross. Not nice meals maybe they had too much to choose from but everything from the chips to the cutlets was ordinary

This place is a gem. Staff here are just so attentive and genuinely friendly and gp the extra mile to make your experience a good one.
I dealt with at least 5 different staff members and all of them were the same on their demeanor and service. Very impressive and not what I am used to.
The food was reasonably good and drink special great.

The atmosphere and service were good, and the food looked great, but I was soon disappointed when eating the chicken burger it tasted dry and rubbery like they had reheated it. I have previously had great experiences here, but that was not good at all.

Spacious dining area. Good menu variety. Great location. Easy access and parking. Friendly, helpful staff.

Service was wonderful, staff very friendly and helpful. Sadly there's no vegan options on the menu. They said that I could have the burger with a vegan chicken patty. I had to pay extra for the vegan patty. There was no cheese replacement. An extra $4 for the vegan chicken option, I don't personally believe it's right for the vegan option to cost a whole lot more especially when I'm not receiving all the items included in the original meal. The burger arrived and the bun was toasted to a crisp and it was a (I hope) vegan beef burger patty and not chicken as ordered.
Please in future, have a clear vegan option. Most places prefer to have a vegan option with the option to add items such as cheese etc.
I personally won't be returning. However, other meals did look nice.

Saturday night 19/05/224 ordered chargrilled tuna. Not sure what I was served on the plate, but something from a $1.99 Aldi tuna can would have be better. Rquested my money back and will never eat there again. If a cheif doesn't have the ability to chargrill a tuna, than I will not be financially supporting his paycheque by eating there.

Nice restaurant in the area. I’ve tried steak and pork ribs which I enjoyed. They just need to present food and cutlery much better as they left disposable compressed towel inside the meal.

Nice place to go with the family. The food was great and reasonably priced (the kids meals were very generous in size too). Staff was friendly and attentive - Would definitely recommend it!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff and chefs for the amazing food and service tonight.
The beef brisket was to die for and the burger and Parma got the thumbs up from my boys and the meatloaf for the seniors meal was one of the best I got told !
Working and managing in hospo for over 20 years I was impressed with your staff and how your venue ran. Loved the place. Very well organised and attentive service by all, in particular the young man waiting tables, so lovely.

I was very disappointed with my roast. The beef was dry and hard to cut, potatoes where hard and the only green I had on my plate was maybe 6 green beans..Snitzel was ok but portion very small for the cost..
I had eaten there a few times when I've visited the area and food was great, but unfortunately,not this time..I doubt I'd go there again and to add to that, the person who took out order,misheard our table number and took awhile for them to work out where it belonged..

I have been a member now for almost half a year on joining said on birthdays members get a 20 dollar voucher I was at gateway on my birthday 3rd July 24 and never got a voucher not even by email may have to find a new venue to go out for dinner

Hubby's chips were cold as were half of my veggies. Inside was absolutely freezing, everyone still had their jackets and beanies on. Moved into the bistro and was a bit warmer than sports bar. Not one person knew how to operate the Keno properly. 1 staff member in the bistro area was lovely. Didn't get her name though

Great atmosphere, unfortunately has a great selection of steak but it was dry and very well done when ordered medium rare, disappointing.

great atmosphere, friendly staff who were ever helpfully to visitors who just turned Up.
food was well received and felt they were good to large portions
they have a kids menu and play area
the sports area has a large screen and individual screens for the edge tables it was great to watch the footy.

Better half and I ordered a couple of entrees to share for lunch. We ordered a BLT and the buffalo wings. Food was excellent, the wings were not over the top spicy but were nice and saucey. Service was excellent. We are planning on going back for dinner if time allows. Will put in a review for dinner if we make it. 8.5/10

Best chicken schnitzel with vegetables I've had in years, & very reasonably priced too.
Really friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful surroundings. I had the chicken cordon bleu. The vegetables and mushroom gravy was great but the chicken was overcooked and dry. My friends had the pizza and said it was nice. They had finished theirs before mine arrived which really shouldn't happen. They also ordered a side of chips that didn't arrive until mine. So timing issues. Staff are friendly and accommodating .

Bad drinks, flat and way overpriced!
Been a few times (not my choice friends want to go there don't know why) but yesterday was the worst, sitting in beer garden and the heater was so hot burnt my face and my face swelled out and burnt patches hurts to touch, (my friends also said it was maybe a bit hot but it was outside thought nothing of it and didnt want to make a fuss, I rang up got a women on the phone to let them know nicely about it if it was a kid or something and they didn't care and was quite rude.
Don't go there!!

Ate there on a Saturday night while travelling west from Canberra so it was noisy and very busy. The staff were efficient and friendly, and the chicken salad and butterscotch fluff we had were excellent. Reasonably priced too. Can recommend eating there.

After a long drive to come here for a funeral the next day it was more than refreshing to come to this environment.
The staff were all friendly and full of energy and I didn’t mind how one decided to share her story of why she was here.
Every time I went up to the bar or went up to order a Belgian Brownie which she greeted with an energy to work as at the time I was waiting for a bit near the bistro ordering spot but she waved me over as no one was at the bar which was nice to see.
Sorry but I can’t remember your name, not sure if I got it otherwise I would mention it but I did see you before leaving 😀
My father and his partner enjoyed it here and found the dinner very filling.
Even with a small minor set back with ordering the staff that came over had a funny way of dealing with it that made it more of an experience.
My dad had the roast of the day, his partner had the wrapped souvlaki and myself the mixed grill which is rare to see on the menu.
All fantastic and well worth it.
If I’m ever in Mildura again I would like to come back here again and hope the staff are on for dinner again.

After a long drive had steak dinner here, it was lovely. The place is like an RSL but isn’t one and has a bistro area ;also a large pokie area - which I am not a fan of) . The food and service was good and the steak was done bang on - also has a kids and a senior menu if desired
