What ever he get paid, Kurt needs a pay rise! Best customer service I've ever experienced, we are from interstate and he was fantastic, above and beyond.

Told to one of female staff , to change the paper for machine and she never changed and instant of doing her job , she send me on another machine.
Seriously, if you can't do your job , plz stay home or find another job.

The manager was arrogant and rude. He just accused me of doing something and asked me to leave just because i sat there using my phone for like 20 mins and didn't keep playing and losing money. I tried to communicate but he couldn't even be bothered to talk and seemed to be out of control running away from me. I cant believe hes the manager. How could he manage the whole venue when he couldn't even manage his emotion or... hair.

Nice venue to have a quiet beer and a punt. The only drawback with this venue is that there is no Bistro, they should serve light Asian dishes such as Dim Sims and other Asian cuisine because of the other restaurants nearby.

Me oh my, the golden nugget hotel, what can I say about such a classy cbd establishment, went in here with a sad grin on my face and left a local hero, will never forget the time that Ken suplexed a man over the genghis khan machine after demolishing a cheese toastie, recommend to all my friends and lovers.

I plan on going here tonight after reading some of the reviews I'm worried I won't even get in the door let alone get to play any machines fairly most peoples complaints seem to be centered around management unsure how many managers there are but if I owned the place id be straight onto the management team and sort out the power hungry guy/ girl when people complain about management its more than likely the same person everyone complains about I'll update my review after tonight edit the staff where friendly and didn't bother me altho i did notice that when ever someone won over 1000$ either a staff member or security would rush to them i witnessed one of them begin pressing buttons for the winner i assumed in an attempt to hit the gamble button mabey???

I normally don't mind coming to this place but tonight was different. The islander security at the door tonight was so UNREASONABLE, RUDE AND ABNOXIOUS. He would not let us in because we didn't have sufficient ID. We've been spending ALOT of money coming to this pokies every night for the past week except for tonight! We took our money and spent it elsewhere! We will be back when the power tripping security guard isn't working!

Great pokie Icon of Melbourne.. love it, often have a win on one of my favourite machines in the world that they have there.. and is one of the latest closing pokie venues other than the crown.. security Re usually pretty chilled and funny guys as well as really great bar staff..

Everytime I head to Melbourne this place is my go too. Relatively cheap beers, beautiful snacks. Huge tab facility. We stayed at the Chifley just near it. Then headed to China town for a feed. We'll be back again tonight for round 2 .

Don't go here! I went in put $50 in the machine.. the little blonde manager approaches me straight away. I was dressing in a beautiful outfit nothing wrong with it at all.. hi. and a woman that work there, told me that i was wearing my can't wear it there I asked to see the policy.. they couldn't producer it anyway i pulled my money $57, he kicks me out the front.. and I handed him the ticket and said cash it in, he went and cashed it in, threatened to call the police all because i didn't ask him nice enough to do it and then he gave my money to a guy i specifically told him not to and then the guy wouldn't give me my money back i have huge arguments with tim out the front.. all because the manager gave him my money,.. it really upset me, the manager took no responsibility for going and giving my money i had to get the police involved. This went on for 20-30mins. All because the manager decided he didn't like what I was wearing. They are rude and it's Discrimination!

Asked the lady cleaning around the sliding glass door at the front, for directions to a nearby business. I found her attitude towards me to be very rude, dismissive and impatient.

Another incident bad treatment.
Please this is not a joke anymore! Even this customer who they give my machine wants to fight with me. I was setting on that machine since 12;30 pm till 12:47 am. I lost almost 2k
I went to get more money at home, I left my bags . This is not fair.

U CAN'T PLAY TWO MACHINE ONLY ONE MACHINE PER PERSON.!! Hello , the place is not crowded. Many people put so many reserved SIGNs but they never got told off.
I only put reserve on my favorite machine..I was NOT the one who took someone's reserved MACHINE. Why I'm the THE GOT told OFF?
Why this person who took my reserve sign and the supervisor and security DIDN'T tell him OFF. Just stood there and waited till this person got the free games which that would have been MINE. So he WON, then all I get is , oh you can go an play YOUR MACHINE now.
Are you SERIOUS? AFTER I lost because I couldn't get a free games then the man WON..what an insult.
Ok, I was advised to call the management, I spoke to the management and the old staff members, they feel sorry for me and understand why I'm not happy.
Until now I'm still waiting for the outcome. The management said that they will get back to me but I have been coming there at least 4Times since and last night. But nothing. After 18 years NEVER won a grand jackpot or even a cheque..I even made a joke the least you guys can do for me as a good customer is to give me half of that MAN's WINNING which is $300 not much to compensate. Maybe this will make feel happy for my birthday in a week.

A nice hidden spot for daytime punters. I was in today & had the chicken fillets snack size for $5.50. Plenty of screens, EBT’s, & friendly staff.
Unfortunately my visit was marred by a patron who looked homeless & affected by drugs following me around mumbling threats under his breath. Eventually i just left. There were a few patrons lingering in the TAB who fit that same description. Has an element of unsafeness.
